Homewood Suites by Hilton Teaneck Glenpointe

Though I enjoyed my stay, there seems to be an issue with having available luggage carts. I have stayed at this location many times and this is always a problem with having available luggage carts. It seems guests would take them and leave them in their rooms until they check out which leaves none for other guests. I needed to check out but there were none. Your staff was kind enough to get one from storage which wasnt necessary if you would add a medal rod to the carts extending high enough that wouldn't allow it to go into the rooms or GPS tags to each cart. Just a suggestion.

The room was clean, spacious, comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was served from 6 to 10, had sausage, egg, potatoes. Pancakes, bagels, bread, muffins. Oatmeal, cereals, Cheese, yogurt, fresh fruits. Juice, coffee, tea. Buffet style. Complimentary internet, shower gel, shampoo/conditioner, lotion. Location is good, close to the interstate, near NYC. Free garage parking. 5🌟 for me!
