This was a perfect location for my daughter's softball tournament. We will be back next month to stay here again. The breakfast was great, and the rooms were clean. The only thing this hotel is missing is a hot tub.

Our room was filthy. There were random hair all over the bathroom. Someone’s lipstick or blush still smeared on the counter and an old cracker on the floor! It sounded like a full tackle football game was taking place above and around our room the entire stay.

The staff was amazing nice and polite! For the most part my room was clean and the hotel was quiet for the most part. At 1am I was awaken to see a bed bug crawling on my pillow!! I called the front desk and she was very courteous and apologized. She came up to my room and offered to upgrade my room but I declined. She stated they just got a shipment of mattresses and I must I received a bad one. She took a picture of the bed bug and apologized again. So I left at 1am in the middle of the morning. I guess this is the risk you take at any hotel.

The building is nice, but the room I stayed in was not fully clean. There was trash on the floor & the window sill had water stains that were easily removable. Everything else was nice.

I was not pleased and uncomfortable during my visit. Chair in room was filthy. There appeared to be nose matter on wall by one of the beds. The sink was cracked. The employees were friendly but they are only employees.

Worst nights sleep ever. The doors are ridiculously heavy and the walls super thin. This means that whenever anyone on your floor opens their door it shakes the entire floor. Walls, bed, everything. Add to that that the AC made a loud grinding noise everytime it kicked on and I doubt I got 20 minutes straight sleep all night

I have stayed at several La Quinta's in the last 6 months and the only complaint I have is the beds. At all 4 La Quinta's, the mattresses have been sagging or really uncomfortable. Please help your hotel operators acquire new mattresses. The most important thing when staying at hotel is the getting a good night's sleep. The mattress is absolutely key in the formula. If people are tired and just want to lay their heads down and just get some sleep. The breakfast, pool, parking lot and etc is secondary. Remember your mission statement. Thank You.

The room was clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The sofa contained an area where you could put your feet up and I found that very relaxing. My car seemed safe in the brightly lit parking lot. It was very quiet on my floor. There was not a lot of noise at all. The breakfast was good. The only thing I wish they had was real eggs instead of the fake ones. I would definitely stay at that La Quinta again and would recommend it to friends.

Had a horrible experience with front desk girl Zoe. Had a problem with our toilet overflowing. Fully booked hotel with no onsite manager, no onsite maintenance.. was given a plunger by front desk girl Zoe and was told she don’t get paid to do maintenance work. So I guess I was paying to stay and perform maintenance work. Had to wait to speak with property manager till the next day. Got a refund for a night stay.. but would so much rather be treated like a paying guest. Also iron was dirty and ruined our cloths.. Manager tried his best to make it better and we appreciate that but it was a bit late and had to use public RR on the 1st floor that night. Glad it’s over with and hope we never have to deal with such BS again since we are always using La Quinta for all our trips.

The whole staff: Ms. Millie, Rachael, Christina, Caroline and even the manager, Clint, treated me like a VIP from my first phone call & all during my 5-day stay. They were so awesome and thoughtful that I asked their names--even the housekeeper (Juana) and the person who handled breakfast, Sylvia, were super nice and personable. Initially, I had a concern because I had booked through Expedia and I added a day and wasn't sure if they could make it work out like one reservation, but they did everything and fixed it all. Great team!!

The computer system was down due to weather when we checked in at 9pm. Front desk clerk said I’d have to come down and sign for incidentals when the system came up. I told her I was just there to sleep and had to be up at 4. She called the room at 11pm and woke me up and said I had to come down or I had to leave.

It is located right on the freeway and the noise is not a problem, but keep in mind that there is only 1 direction (south/west) off the freeway to leave. You have to go west and then turn around if you wish to get on the freeway going north/east. Not terrible, but just to keep in mind.

I liked everything about it except the breakfast I prefer scramble eggs were good on Saturday morning then the next two days had sausage patties and circle eggs which wasn't that good. Overall, it's a great place to stay.

I liked everything about it except the breakfast I prefer scramble eggs were good on Saturday morning then the next two days had sausage patties and circle eggs which wasn't that good. Overall, it's a great place to stay.

Several times I could not enter front door as there was no one at the desk. Breakfast bar was unappealing. Eggs looked like pancakes. Housekeeping did not tend to room on one day. y

Its clean and safe. Its right on the highway. The only problem was the breakfast. The juice machine was broken, the sausage was not done all the way and eggs were watery. Other than that it was nice. I will stay again

The room was clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The sofa contained an area where you could put your feet up and I found that very relaxing. My car seemed safe in the brightly lit parking lot. It was very quiet on my floor. There was not a lot of noise at all. The breakfast was good. The only thing I wish they had was real eggs instead of the fake ones. I would definitely stay at that La Quinta again and would recommend it to friends.

Everything was amazing! We were in town for a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Competition and it was the best choice we made! Upon arriving we were immediately checked-in. Staff was friendly! Rooms were clean! Kids had fun at the pool! Breakfast was delicious so many options! NO COMPLAINTS! Will be back soon!

I arrived before 10AM on June 28. I hoped it would allow me time to change and make my meeting. I did not make my meeting and there was very little communications from the front desk. I was told by the personnel, there were no available rooms. In addition, I was told that I couldn’t check-in until after 3PM and no other explanation or update. I checked out the following day and not have this issue with another hotel I selected. I am disappointed with Laquinta hotel that during these economical challenging times. The hotel would stoop to cheating its clients and patrons. Perhaps the challenges Laquinta is experiencing has caused your operations to no longer put customers as a priority.
