We stayed at Villa Madeira 506 for 7 days. It's a beautiful rental with every amenity we needed. We enjoyed the surrounding restaurants, shops, and the proximity of St Pete/ Clearwater for museums. The beach area is pristine and quiet. The pool was well maintained and never overcrowded. This spot is truly a gem. We will rent it again and recommend it to friends!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place just as the pictures depicted. Great views, beach not too crowded. Kitchen had everything we needed. We did have one day with the water being shutoff from 9am to 3pm but no worries. It gave us a reason to get out and explore the area. We will definitely return.

The condo was very well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. I do think that some furnishing and/or decor had been updated prior to out stay (everything looked beautiful). Location was perfect for us. We did not find the beach chairs ect. until after we had purchased. The closet on balcony was a bit hidden, but that was ok. We left a few additional things to add to what was there. The only downside, which has nothing to do with this condo, was access to pool, ocean, pool restroom. You need to have key with you at all times, which was a pain but I understand the reason for it. Overall it was a fantastic place and great location.

The place was in a great location , we had to drive 8 miles each way to get a key that we didn’t need. The linens needed updating the kitchen supplies are minimal. My car was hit in parking lot and they took off. My problem no help was offered. The ceiling fan in room didn’t work then microwave broke I will not be back

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Family friendly, Great view, and liked the fact that building was secured. Very Quiet bldg. Convenient to Busch Gardens & Zoo Tampa. A couple of suggestions, do away with tv in master replacing it with tv from family room. Bigger tv in family room. Blinds in family room & master needs to be replaced (slats kept falling). The condo was clean but there was some broken glass in master shower.

The condo was very clean & in a great location. I did not like driving out of the way to check-in, drop off keys & make a 2nd trip because they forgot a parking pass in our initials packet. Likewise, I was very frustrated with the only elevator on the property! It was down 4 of the 8 days we were there including on check out! I was with my handicap mother who was unable to climb 5 stories with a Walker! Likewise, the stair well was extremely hot which caused her to over heat. I personally struggled making numerous trips up & down 5 stories with heavy luggage & groceries. Management said they were not aware of the problem yet maintenance had been there several times trying to repair the problem which was always a temporary fix! I did not pay that kind of money to do that kind of work on vacation & my mom was restricted every time the elevator was down! Very disappointing!!

Madeira Beach is a wonderful family oriented place to stay. For military retirees like myself, it is close to MacDill AFB, where we picked up some groceries at the commissary. The vacation rental was great. It was comfortable, well equipped, and had everything we needed for a week stay. The beds were comfortable, the furniture in the den was also nice. The rental was also very clean. The only negative comments are very minor. The locks on the door are very hard to open with the key. We would generally spend several minutes trying to open the lock and the deadbolt.. it also would have been nice to have a food disposal in the sink in the kitchen. Both of those are minor fixes. The only other item to mention would be the lone elevator. We had to frequently wait a while on it. The property could certainly benefit from a second elevator at the other end. My wife uses a walker, and it was sometimes hard to squeeze in with other people getting in and out carrying beach equipment and luggage.

Everything was really nice about the condo. The beds were comfortable and everything looked just like the pictures online. Beach view is beautiful. One thing that wasn’t working was the fan on the deck. My one complaint is that you have to use keys to get in everywhere and I heard many others complaining about the same thing. Would have liked key codes to get in. Other than that I really liked the condo.

We loved our stay in this condo. It was clean, had everything we needed and the location was great. Villa Madiera is a nice building and one parking spot was provided. The patio that overlooks the Gulf was setup with very nice furniture and we would stay in this unit again. Thanks Resort Rentals for a smooth rental.

This is by far one of the best locations if you’re looking for an uncrowded beach vacation. The beach was fantastic! The condo itself is very nice but needs a deep cleaning and a few repairs. Beach towels and chairs were not provided, but we didn’t mind renting the chairs on the beach for $165 for the week. It saved us having to lug stuff around. Biggest downfall was the keys. You had to have a key to get in the elevator, in the condo, to the beach (in and out), the pool (in and out) and the pool bathroom. This was the biggest complaint we heard from everyone staying there. Not convenient. Especially when you have more than 4 in your party. We were told only 24 hrs in advance of our arrival that the roof was being replaced during our stay so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool much. It stayed dirty from the debris coming from the roof. Another inconvenience but the beach was amazing! Again, if you’re looking to spend your days with your toes in the sand it’s great!

Loved the location of this property. Far enough away from the Johns Pass crowd, but close enough to restaurants and entertainment if you were looking for it. The property was well equipped with beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and even pool noodles. Enough dishes to serve 5. Silverware a little sparse. Washer and dryer in the unit and a good air conditioner (nice for June). Check in and out process was fabulous and thorough. Just note the lock box is located inside the white metal cabinet near the mailboxes (we couldn’t find it). The couch in the property is very worn and in our opinion needs to be replaced or covered. We put a blanket over it and solved the problem. Overall cleanliness could be improved. The pans were greasy in the cabinets, there were wrappers under the bed and door knobs and handles need a washing. I’m kind of a clean freak though so my standards are pretty high. We would stay again, but rated 4/5 for the cleanliness.

We were pleased how close the condo was to the water. Beach chairs and umbrellas were handy. The cleaning crew could do better. Seemed they neglected to sweep and do some cleaning. We still enjoyed our stay.

Family of 5 stayed for a week. We loved the oceanfront location, the proximity to a coffee shop and ice cream across the street and John's pass a short walk/drive away. Check in and check out were easy, the condo was clean, and the management responded to our problems with the internet and made it right. It would have been nice to get the problem resolved on a weekend when we checked in, but we had to wait until Monday. We appreciated the beach gear (chairs, umbrella, etc.) in the patio closet. Kitchen supplies were adequate, beds were comfortable, and overall everything was as advertised. Happy with our stay.

My husband and I were so pleased with the condo and the entire experience. We have used VRBO before but it had been awhile. It looked exactly like the pictures posted. It was very clean! I judge a place a lot by the bathrooms and they were shining. The condo was comfortable and was stocked with everything you would need. The view was spectacular and we saw dolphins several times. The location was convenient and close to John’s Pass. We are hoping to stay there again soon!

When we first arrived we noticed that several items were not cleaned - most notably the floors. Our feet were covered in dirt the first time we walked across them! A few areas in the bathrooms and some of the dishes had also not been touched. We reached out to the resort company and they responded right away, but never rectified the situation. We went out and got cleaning supplies ourselves. But the spectacular view tainted our image of the condo concerns. This view, layout of condo, proximity to the beach and John Pass, made us want to possibly stay here again - as long as it's cleaned better next time.

Had a great time on our daughters senior spring break trip. Shared the condo with another family and we all had a great time! Very clean property & super nice area. Balcony closet stocked with beach chairs and things which was awesome. My only criticism is I wish the bathrooms had more towels is all. But I really have no negatives! Great place and would come back!

We have been vacationing in the Clearwater/St. Pete area for over 20 years. We have dealt with many different management companies and this was by far the best one yet. The rental was very clean and up to date. The owner of this property cares about his investment.

The location was fantastic. Access to anything you might want to visit. Restaurants and stores were plentiful and close by. The overall cleanliness was disappointing. I cleaned the floor and the silverware containers the first day I was there. A good amount of pillows. But not a sufficient number of pillow cases to take advantage of the pillows.

This property was magnificent. The location was perfect. The size of the condo was well above average. The furnishings were very nice, the beds were great and very comfortable. All the appliances were new or recently replaced. This location was close to everything including many restaurants. I recommend this place without hesitation.

Just note the lock box is located inside the white metal cabinet near the mailboxes (we couldn’t find it). The couch in the property is very worn and in our opinion needs to be replaced or covered. We put a blanket over it and solved the problem. Overall cleanliness could be improved. The pans were greasy in the cabinets, there were wrappers under the bed and door knobs and handles need a washing. I’m kind of a clean freak though so my standards are pretty high. We would stay again, but rated 4/5 for the cleanliness.

Pros:Comfy beds & couch. Great master shower & veranda. We really enjoyed our beachfront stay even though weather was colder than normal. Prompt service fixing plumbing issue!ConsNo coffee for first morning No frying pan or sheet pan to cook bacon. There was a super small fry pan for scrambled eggs but we Had to purchase one in order to make bacon. None or extremely poor WiFi or cell data Fitted sheet on king bed wasn’t deep pocket so constantly had to put corners back on- bed & pillows Super comfy tho!!!For price it’s frustrating they didn’t have the basic things listed above, but when these are ran by management companies were coming to realize the care just isn’t there. Place was nice though! Just be prepared to do a lot of shopping for random things you’d expect furnished.

The place was in a great location , we had to drive 8 miles each way to get a key that we didn’t need. The linens needed updating the kitchen supplies are minimal. Great stay at a great place. Very clean and comfortable. The beds were comfy and kitchen was well stocked. It had everything that we needed- however beach chairs and/or towels would have been nice to have but otherwise it had everything needed for our stay. We love the area and the complex. It has a good-sized screened-in lanai across the entire Gulf side of it - a great place for morning coffee, a relaxing dinner, or an evening cocktail - all the time listening to the soundtrack of the waves gently rolling onto the beach. Great location - near bars, restaurants and shopping needs - easy to get around by rental car to all area sites & restaurants. The beach is wide and long - and not too busy in this area. There is also a two-floor beachfront Tiki bar and restaurant just a quarter mile up the beach - quite convenient! St. John's Pass is about a quarter mile to the south - also convenient.

Everything was really nice about the condo. The beds were comfortable and everything looked just like the pictures online. Beach view is beautiful. One thing that wasn’t working was the fan on the deck. My one complaint is that you have to use keys to get in everywhere and I heard many others complaining about the same thing. Would have liked key codes to get in. Other than that I really liked the condo.

Family of 5 stayed for a week. We loved the oceanfront location, the proximity to a coffee shop and ice cream across the street and John's pass a short walk/drive away. Check in and check out were easy, the condo was clean, and the management responded to our problems with the internet and made it right. It would have been nice to get the problem resolved on a weekend when we checked in, but we had to wait until Monday. We appreciated the beach gear (chairs, umbrella, etc.) in the patio closet. The condo was very clean & in a great location. I did not like driving out of the way to check-in, drop off keys & make a 2nd trip because they forgot a parking pass in our initials packet. Likewise, I was very frustrated with the only elevator on the property! It was down 4 of the 8 days we were there including on check out! I was with my handicap mother who was unable to climb 5 stories with a Walker! Likewise, the stair well was extremely hot which caused her to over heat. I personally struggled making numerous trips up & down 5 stories with heavy luggage & groceries. Management said they were not aware of the problem yet maintenance had been there several times trying to repair the problem which was always a temporary fix! I did not pay that kind of money to do that kind of work on vacation & my mom was restricted every time the elevator was down! Very disappointing!!

From that day to 5 days later when we left it still wasn't fixed. I felt bad for the owner because I know what that does to your water bill. I was never told where to pick up the keys. So I called the leasing company, and was told look in your portal. I asked 4 times for the address. They just repeated look in your portal. I'm in town and on my cell phone, just give me the darn address. After that She finally gave it to me. My frustration with check in was horrible. In a nut shell the property was great! My husband and I were so pleased with the condo and the entire experience. We have used VRBO before but it had been awhile. It looked exactly like the pictures posted. It was very clean! I judge a place a lot by the bathrooms and they were shining. The condo was comfortable and was stocked with everything you would need. The view was spectacular and we saw dolphins several times. The location was convenient and close to John’s Pass. We are hoping to stay there again soon!

Madeira Beach is a wonderful family oriented place to stay. For military retirees like myself, it is close to MacDill AFB, where we picked up some groceries at the commissary. The vacation rental was great. It was comfortable, well equipped, and had everything we needed for a week stay. The beds were comfortable, the furniture in the den was also nice. The rental was also very clean. The only negative comments are very minor. The locks on the door are very hard to open with the key. We would generally spend several minutes trying to open the lock and the deadbolt.. it also would have been nice to have a food disposal in the sink in the kitchen. Both of those are minor fixes. The only other item to mention would be the lone elevator. We had to frequently wait a while on it. The property could certainly benefit from a second elevator at the other end. My wife uses a walker, and it was sometimes hard to squeeze in with other people getting in and out carrying beach equipment and luggage.

This property was magnificent. The location was perfect. The size of the condo was well above average. The furnishings were very nice, the beds were great and very comfortable. All the appliances were new or recently replaced. This location was close to everything including many restaurants. I recommend this place without hesitation.

My husband and I were so pleased with the condo and the entire experience. We have used VRBO before but it had been awhile. It looked exactly like the pictures posted. It was very clean! I judge a place a lot by the bathrooms and they were shining. The condo was comfortable and was stocked with everything you would need. The view was spectacular and we saw dolphins several times. The location was convenient and close to John’s Pass. We are hoping to stay there again soon!
