The room was beautiful, large and clean. The shower ran out of hot water after 5 minutes everyday of my stay. It was noisy in the mornings and the noise was caused by doors slamming shut and cleaning. One morning it started at 740am and that, coupled with loud music blasting at night from a local bar really affected my sleep. Also the rooftop patio had no furniture. For the price point, I would stay elsewhere.

Very nice hotel, if you are from USA, it a higher level property then the usual Best Western in USA. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and modern. Parking situation is a little odd and we created some confusion but the hotel front desk helped us straighten it out.

A little difficult to find but, once you do it’s a decent hotel. It has a small lobby and the rooms are reasonably spacious and very clean. The hotel is just off Via Roma which is a major thoroughfare. Breakfast is simple and sufficient with excellent cappuccinos. Front desk staff are very nice and extremely helpful. Thanks, Valentina.

Hotel muito bem localizado, sem estacionamento mas com lugares próximos para estacionar. Recepção 24 horas com um staff muito educado e simpático, cafe da manha bem bom. As acomodações são ótimas, banho, roupa de cama e etc.. Só tive um pouco de dificuldade em achar, pois fica numa praça e o letreiro é muito timido.

The staff was excellent. Everyone was very professional and courteous, and if you needed something, they went out of their way to make sure you got it. I highly recommend the hotel. The only negative thing I would say would be the parking because of course you’re in the center of the city, but they do have a 24 hour parking garage about 500 m away which cost 25 euro a day.

Small hotel only 12 rooms in a very convenient location. Expensive for what the hotel offered due to its size. Rooms nice and clean but for our stay missed the services offered by a bigger hotel. Especially when traveling with kids.

The hotel is very well located, close to the action but quiet. The staff were very nice and the breakfast excellent. The drawbacks were the air conditioning which was very inconsistent and the smell of sewers in the room which did dispel if the bathroom fan ran continuously.

I loved the spacious room with bright and modern deco. Breakfast included traditional Sicilian food which was special. The location was perfect - tucked away in a quiet plazza yet closed to all tourist attractions, central train station, and LiDL supermarket. I didn't find anything lacking from the hotel.

The hotel is well-located for walking in the city. The rooms were very clean, and the staff was very helpful. The train station is easily within walking distance, but the hotel is in a fairly quiet area. This hotel is a great base for seeing Palermo and the surrounding area.

Beautiful hotel, lovely and comfy room at the back which was very quiet (we’d heard some rooms could pick up a lot of street noise). The hotel is well situated in the centre of Palermo, easy to get to from the airport bus and perfect for exploring, everything was reachable on foot. Staff were lovely and quick to help when asked. Breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay here again should we come back to Palermo.

Though breakfast was not included when I got the property even though it was an option I added prior to booking the place - I still rate 5 stars due to its super cleanliness, amazing staff especially Angela who gave me and my son a smile. The housekeeper did an amazing job keeping our rooms super clean. I will definitely and highly recommend this place. And to top it off, it’s close to the trains and walkable to cathedral 👍

Nice hotel, good central location, good breakfast and friendly staff. All good so far. However we were in Room 104 and unfortunately the hotel has a very noisy washing machine in the room above and a member of staff was running it at 10:30 pm and 7:30am.

So many positives about this hotel. Cleanliness, location and friendliness of staff Downside was the noise from nearby bar. We were in the first fooor in a room with windows facing towards the bar and the noise into the early hours of the morning was an issue. Ask for a room away from this area if possible

I felt very safe at this hotel. It’s light and bright and has a very nice breakfast. The gal that serves coffee in the morning is so pleasant. She made me feel very welcome. The hotel front desk employee always asked if I needed anything in my room. They are accommodating. This hotel is a very short walk to the main tourist street. Love the lift too! And I loved the juice machine. Lovely spread for breakfast. Need I say more?

Great property, very modern, clean and comfortable. The staff was accommodating to our schedule, the location was perfect and walkable to the sites and the front desk was very friendly and helpfully assisting in navigating our itinerary and making great suggestions. Breakfast was a full offering of local cuisine that was delicious and fresh. Definitely a stay that I would revisit.

Great small hotel conveniently situated on the edge of the old town. Plenty of restaurants near by and the main sites are an easy stroll through the pedestrian area. Only a short walk to the train station for buses and trains to the airport. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent, particularly if you like Italian cakes.

Hotel muito bem localizado, sem estacionamento mas com lugares próximos para estacionar. Recepção 24 horas com um staff muito educado e simpático, cafe da manha bem bom. As acomodações são ótimas, banho, roupa de cama e etc.. Só tive um pouco de dificuldade em achar, pois fica numa praça e o letreiro é muito timido.

I loved the spacious room with bright and modern deco. Breakfast included traditional Sicilian food which was special. The location was perfect - tucked away in a quiet plazza yet closed to all tourist attractions, central train station, and LiDL supermarket. I didn't find anything lacking from the hotel.

So many positives about this hotel. Cleanliness, location and friendliness of staff Downside was the noise from nearby bar. We were in the first fooor in a room with windows facing towards the bar and the noise into the early hours of the morning was an issue. Ask for a room away from this area if possible

A little difficult to find but, once you do it’s a decent hotel. It has a small lobby and the rooms are reasonably spacious and very clean. The hotel is just off Via Roma which is a major thoroughfare. Breakfast is simple and sufficient with excellent cappuccinos. Front desk staff are very nice and extremely helpful. Thanks, Valentina.

Gutes Hotel mitten in der Altstadt, alles fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Zimmer wirkte etwas "kalt" und ungemütlich, war allerdings ganz gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück ist eher für diejenigen perfekt, die es süß mögen: große Auswahl an Gebäck und wirklich leckerem Kuchen; Herzhaftes spielte leider eine weniger große Rolle. Ansonsten wirklich empfehlenswert.

Super dejligt hotel med god placering i Palermo. Personalet var super venlig og behjælpelige - specielt Giulia i receptionen. Værelserne er store og altanerne var store nok til at kunne gå og stå derude. Vi havde 3 forskellige værelser - og vil til enhver tid anbefale at prøve at booke et af de værelser, hvor der er en fysisk aircondition på værelset og ikke et, der er tilkoblet hotellets aircon. Der var lidt issues med, at det var varmt inde på det værelse, hvor man ikke havde kontrol over aircon. Der er en stor tagterasse, selvom billederne ikke viser det. Ville elske, hvis der havde været stole/borde på tagterassen, så vi faktisk kunne sidde deroppe. Jeg ved ikke, om det er pga. tidspunktet i slutningen af August. Vi kunne dog få stole derop, når vi spurgte, men de blev taget ned i slutningen af dagen. Vær opmærksom på, at der godt kan være lidt larm fra gaden/området. Til trods for det, så vil jeg gerne anbefale dette hotel.

The hotel is modern, clean, and in a great location. The rooms are spacious, which was a nice surprise. That said, I don’t think this is a true 4-star hotel. It feels much closer to a 3-star property. Our first room was large, but the air conditioning couldn’t keep up with the summer heat. We were sweating for hours. When we asked to move, the front desk employee said she didn’t have the authority to switch our room. After a lot of back and forth, we were finally moved later that evening to a smaller room with a better-functioning air conditioner. Even then, it only kept the room reasonably cool. If you’re visiting during the summer, be aware that the air conditioning throughout the hotel may struggle with the extreme heat. The mini refrigerator in our room had a strong sour odor and barely kept our drinks cooler than room temperature. The breakfast was decent, but it was fairly basic and not what I would expect from a 4-star hotel. Overall, the hotel has a lot going for it, including its cleanliness, modern design, convenient location, and large rooms. However, the inconsistent air conditioning and other amenities make it feel more like a solid 3-star hotel than a 4-star one.
