Had a low level sea view apartment, great view, very clean, lovely staff and excellent location. A lot of different dinner options literally 30 second walk, 7/11 one minute walk. Beach access directly across road. Was there in winter, so wish the pool was heated, but nevermind. I'll definitely be booking here again. Clean area that felt very safe.

I think this has been the best place I have stayed at Coolangatta The Iconic was a very modern apartment we got a room with an ocean view, the views were amazing it was so beautiful, the apartment had a very very comfy bed and a smart TV that was big, the towls were provided and all of the kitchen utensils and all that, the dryer and washing machine was good too, other than that my only concern is the air con was only on the main room but not in the bedroom but really it didn't ruin the experience so it doesn't bother me. You also get complimentery coffee capsules so that's a plus too. Not to mention the pool was nice too pretty warm too, next to the pool there was a BBQ area too it was very nice. 5/5 I will definitely come back here again soon.

My partner and I stayed here for our anniversary and will 100% be returning! The property is beautiful and in a stunning location across from the beach and restaurants. The only downside is there isn’t any housekeeping - a creature comfort we did without anyway :) Pool is nice and has a great entertainment area but unfortunately no alcohol can be consumed there. Upside to that is that it was lovely and quiet without any loud parties.

We had a great stay, however, we found the pool to be disappointing. Poor location at the back of the property and it is a very shallow pool, with a depth of 1.2m.

The property was very secure, the apartment immacular restocked with essentioal equipment and cutlery. The only thing to mention that there's no salt or pepper and hand towels, so bring your own. Also, carr parking spaces are very small, so if your car is on bigger side, be extra careful not to scratch a car next to you or a pole. However, these are just small things I wish I knew in advance. Other than that everything was prestine.

Great location with beautiful views N & S. But W0/5 for the 'professional clean' - the toilets were not cleaned (yes both had skid marks) & the place was littered with sesame seeds all over the lounge, carpet & kitchen. Appalling.

Modern property, great location opposite beach. Friendly staff. A little smaller than some other two bedroom apartments in the area. Unfortunately some items in the kitchen (cups, cutlery) were dirty. These need to be better checked by housekeeping between bookings. Classy dining options at your doorstep. An easy place to get around with pathways and cycleways for sunrise and sunset walks. No need for a car. Would stay again.

Nice property but living area is a bit small for a 3bedroom apartment and the bathrooms are terrible design. Water comes out of the shower, the basin is made for a child height. More bath mats are needed. Also fly screens on windows & doors as you cannot leave the windows or doors open for fresh air as soon as it gets to late afternoon as the mozzies are everywhere and come inside.

Room 604 Positives Location is excellent Room was clean Some staff where excellent but not all I especially like to mention the lady named Dale I hope I got her name correct her willingness to help was exceptional Negatives Badly designed Building and Rooms, no rooms with the afternoon sun, exceptionally small bathrooms good luck squeezing into the toilet if you are even a little overweight. Very thick doona for the climate. Cheaply decorated with KMart quality items not even a water jug or a second hair dryer on a two Bedroom two bath apartment. Iron was dirty and unsuitable, washing machine filter was full of lint and so was the Dryer, the couch smelled and upon sitting on it we became itchy thus spend ten days sitting on kitchen chairs, bedding and pillows should be replaced. It’s a fifteen level building we booked two bedrooms high floor and were given level six since when is level six is a high floor. Much better option across the road at XKirra run by the same group

Don't believe the picture on the listing that is the unit you are going to get. I booked the unit after looking at the listing on Expedia, featured a long balcony on the listing, with 3 bedroom apartment that was booked for 7 persons. A meals and dining room fit for maybe 4 people. Our balcony was a 4 x 4m, a box in-between 2 solid walls with one siding door from the lounge. There was a hole in the stainless sink, which I mentioned to the reception, they sent maintenance and he placed silicon on the hole to patch it. The apartment has several scuffs on the walls, the vanities are extremely low. No towels to use in the pool, but they offer towels to rent, a first after hundreds of different accommodations that we have used over the years, Good position but the need to be punctual to what you book and pay for is what you get. Question mark if I would stay there again

Great location, with a beautiful condo. Decorations and style were excellent. The staff was exceptional, and we enjoyed their recommendations. The only issues were that the walls between units are paper thin, to the point that we could hear conversations through the walls from our room. I would recommend the business add some sound deadening between rooms where possible.

Theree bedroom. Apartment was quite small compared to the photos online. The balcony was not the same as one shown. Clossed in as opposed to sweeping view. No air-conditioning in 2nd & 3rd bedrooms. Living area small. Couch small. All quite pokey.

The room was exceptional Very clean and the bedding was super comfy. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything is in close proximity. Restaurants exceptional menu for all ages. Would recommend this resort to all ages.

We were a late check in. The details for retrieving our key was simple. We did have a problem that the key wouldn’t work and we couldn’t get into our room. But the after hours manager was there in 15 minutes to sort it out. This kind of thing can happen anywhere and it did make us a little wary for the next few nights. We really didn’t need to worry. The view was beautiful and the apartment was very clean and well maintained. The reception staff were lovely as well. Despite the hiccup with our room key we had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back.

The staff at Iconic were incredibly helpful and professional, It made my stay very enjoyable. Very comfortable bed with hinterland views. Excellent location, close to the beach and easy access from the airport. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.

The staff were amazing and helpful from the moment we arrived. They upgraded us as there was something not right with our initial room and we were so thankful for our beautiful apartment. The pool was really lovely - the kids loved it. It never felt too busy. The location is excellent - across the road from a flagged beach and surf spot, surrounded by great cafes and dining options (Tupe Aloha has awesome mid-week specials and is TASTY) and only a walk around the headland to bigger Coolangatta for shopping needs. I am dreaming of our next trip to Kirra already.

The staff on the front desk were more than helpful and always happy and courteous. It was always a pleasure dealing with them. The location of the resort was great, easy walking to almost anywhere and a bus at the door. The apartment itself was very clean and spacious, we would stay there again.

It's a lovely part of Kirra, unfortunately there was work being done on the building during my stay and the noise was disruptive. I couldn't be in the unit at all during working hours. I would have appreciated a heads up about this and options offered. I also had to call to request the refund of the $100 holding fee. I would try again though, provided that I was told if there would be any disruptions.

Very close to all the delights of Kirra. Comfy and spacious 1 bed accommodation, although bathroom small be quite adequate for our needs. Staff were excellent.

Had a low level sea view apartment, great view, very clean, lovely staff and excellent location. A lot of different dinner options literally 30 second walk, 7/11 one minute walk. Beach access directly across road. Was there in winter, so wish the pool was heated, but nevermind. I'll definitely be booking here again. Clean area that felt very safe.

Nice apartment hotel overlooking Kirra Beach. Facilities are well maintained and good front desk staff available as needed. Free parking within complex. Easy walk to beach and a number of decent eateries close by. Would definitely use this property again if in the Coolangatta area.

We stayed in a beachfront apartment with our 2 boys. These apartments are modern and clean with great views. Directly opposite the beach with access to plenty of restaurants directly downstairs and a short 10minute walk to the main strip in Coolangatta. Staff were super helpful and accomodating. Very comfortable for a family of 4, would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommend staying here. Apartments are clean and well equipped. In the middle of some great eating place's and nice places to have a cocktail. A 5 minute walk to the beach with lifeguards on duty 8-5. Excellent all round

We booked a 1br apt and were checked into a 2br. Strict instructions not to use the extra br or bathroom or an extra cost would be incurred. The apt was extremely spacious and beautifully furnished. The master b'room was very spacious and the ensuite excellent. All room had access to the balcony from sliding doors. Great kitchen, European laundry and outdoor space. Lovely sea views.

Overall our stay at the iconic in a 3 bedroom oceanfront apartment was great. The staff were absolutely fantastic could not have been more helpful. Everything was really great except 2 things the size of the rooms they were just too small including the dining area and no airconditioning in the 2 other bedrooms. We stayed at the beginning of winter and one of the bedrooms was uncomfortably hot. Traffic is noisy during the day but you expect that. Otherwise it was great.

We loved The Iconic. The hotel could not be better positioned. It is surrounded by fantastic restaurants. The room was immaculate and the views were exquisite. We will definitely be back soon.
