An amazing hotel with the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Their answer to any request is NO. It is not possible. We asked for a room on the 1st floor due to mobility issues and Maya said right away that is was not possible. Until we call the manager and she changed the room. We asked for a fan because the AC does not work properly, Maya said is it NOT possible because they give priority to the other building. We had to go back to the manager and we got the fan. We left an important item in the room when we left. We called the hotel and spoke to Maya and she said that she couldn’t find it. We called twice to insist and she kept saying (I have a voice mail from her). We have to drive back 2 hours and as soon as we got to the hotel room, we found the item. This is unacceptable. You have to beg for the minimum necessity. They should not have employees with this attitude working in such a nice and beautiful hotel. It damages the image of it. Super disappointed experience.

優點： 1、房間設計新穎時尚。房屋本身也很漂亮。 2、有停車場。 3、離舊城區近，步行約3分鐘，就進入舊城區。 4、櫃檯的員工服務親切，會幫忙解決問題。 缺點： 1、浴室設計不良，沖澡要很小心，水會從門邊大量流出來。 2、浴缸沒有刷得很乾淨，所以我沒有使用。

Likte godt denne løsningen. Passet oss godt. Leilighet i eget bygg. Litt rart bad med glassdører og føltes veldig som en del av rommet. Og var en stol formet som huske(!) på rommet. Men alt i alt et sjarmerende overnattingstilbud med bra standard. Enkelt å komme med bil.

Charmigt boende ett stenkast från gamla stan. Vi uppskattade rummets storlek, AC, parkeringsplats utanför samt en bra frukost. Rummet kändes rent på ytan men kanske kunde varit ännu mer grundligt för vår smak. Allt sammanfattat ett bra boende på ett perfekt läge.

This was a wonderful place to stay! Super friendly staff and well versed in different languages. The rooms and amenities are fantastic. Perfect location, steps away from the amazing Rothenburg ob der tauber town. would absolutely stay again!!!!!
