I always stay at hostels when traveling alone and I ended up leaving early and eating the cost of the second night. The staff was friendly, but the space was inhospitable. I had to go through one room of bunks to get to my room of bunks. I was on the top bunk and there was only a single overhead light and no accessible outlet to charge my phone. The sides of the bunk were open so anything on the bed would fall off to the ground, and there was no shelf or space to put a water bottle or phone that I could reach. The floor was littered with the belongings of the other guests providing just a narrow walkway to the bunks. There were no locks on the doors but lockers with locks were provided. However, they were not wide enough to hold my luggage in an open position, and there wasn't enough floor or table space to put my luggage anywhere else - every time I needed to access something I had to take my suitcase to the kitchen table to be able to open it. The kitchen facility was large and well-equipped.

Very convenient location just by bus stop serving lake and trail heads. Very helpful staff who were able to accommodate left luggage at €5/bag. We would happily stay again.

Has what we wanted. Comfortable and clean rooms. Easy to use kitchen. Book swap. Bike rentals. Clean shared bath. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Great stay at this hostel. Very clean, good facilities, friendly and helpful staff. Fabulous location!! Hostel had lots of activities (bike hire, canyoning, rafting etc.) which made it easy to book when you arrive, no need to do it in advance. Dorm room was very clean, but no curtains on individual beds or on windows, meaning in summer you wake up at 4:50am with the sun. Good kitchen and nice bathrooms. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Where to start. I came for 1 day and i stayed for 4. Really enjoyed my stay! The staff are very friendly and very helpful. Thank you Jana and Leon for helping me plan, making my life easier by checking early, storing my backpack while i was hiking in the mountains and for the chats. The hostel is very clean, beds very comfortable, lovely working kitchen that opens up to the dining area where you can hang out with other travelers. Perfectly situated right next to the bus stop and with most shops a short walk away. It was a perfect base for my hiking trip.
