Take this motel off your list of recommendations. Room 131 had the smoke detector removed and plastic grocery bags on the sprinklers Fridge leaked and 2 dead reaches. Floor sticky ad hell.

That hotel is nasty they moved us to 2 different rooms that had roaches. We did not stay. I want my money back

Saw a mouse inside the room.

Checked in was told after I paid online I needed a 200 deposit for each room. Got into our rooms and it had cockroaches running all over, left immediately and requested a refund.

The place had a bad smell and there was hair with blood on the floor.

Strong smell of cigarretes and hair on towls

The hotel was super clean, the bed was comfy and we had a good time. We didn’t get the two beds that I had reserved online and we were put in a handicap room instead. Also, the tv had no tv channels and we couldn’t watch anything at all so we just went to bed. But we still had fun and enjoyed our night in Raleigh

Rooms were dirty…don’t recommend.

A last option hotel, which it was. Lobby smelled of sewage. The safe and fridge didn’t work. The dresser drawers kept opening up into the walkway. Typical things you’d expect from a last option hotel

Do not i repeat Do not stay here i thought i was being punked. First didnt have the room i payed for so my brother slept in a chair. 2nd tv didnt work after 3 tvs later one side of room had no power 😑 . This place was horrible real sketchy place im sure i witnessed some shady things

Not a clean or safe looking place. No TV service. Sketchy people hanging around. I left after a few hours. I was not feeling safe.

Will never stay here again. First there is a $100 deposit that is never mentioned until you are checking in. Second the floor in the room we were in was coming up in places, the toilet paper holder was rusty, the paint was mismatched and the air conditioner never really cooled the room. The bed was not comfortable at all. There were people loitering in the parking lot until well after midnight with a food truck. We paid $150 for one night at this hotel for a room that should be $45 max if that.

Extreme quiet.

I was disappointed that the microwave in our room was missing the turn table and was unusable. A drawer was missing the face and the tub looked dirty. Besides those details the room was adequate. Breakfast options were limited.

It was only okay. Had to switch rooms due to issues upon arrival (TV wasn't working). New room wasn't quite prepared and had a worse set-up as far as the bathroom and bed-sizes.. No option for late check-out even though we were almost the only people there. Breakfast was meh.

I tried to check in, unfortunately did not have the extra $100 for a deposit and the room was already paid for. Was told I will not get my money back as they do not refund if you don't use your stay. It's 20 degrees tonight and it is going to be a difficult night. I am a member of choice hotels with enough points for a free stay but still couldn't cover the deposit to night. Someone should look into this and reach out. Expedia could not cancel the reservation because it is in process, of course because I can't check in. Kept calling Expedia and kept getting disconnected. Tough night but hopefully will make it through.

We arrived on Thursday evening, no one was at the front desk. Had to ring a bell that was on the counter with a note with a phone number to call if we needed assistance. After checking in, we went to our room. It was okay. Next morning we went to the lobby for the continental breakfast. There were only 3 cups for juice. No napkins. The juice machine would not work. There were 4 slices of bread in the container, three bagels in the other contain, and two containers of yogert in the refrigerator and two pitchers half empty. There was coffee, only two or three packages of sugar. An attendant finally came into the lounge and I told him the juice machine would only dispense water. The second day we went earlier for the breakfast,. There was less available that day. On the second day we were there, I had taken a shower and the shower curtain would not stay open so the water didn't run out into the floor. I went to use the wall hair dryer and three cockroaches came out of the wall unit.. I killed one of them with my hair brush. The other two scurried back into the wall unit. I put the one I killed in a tissue. On Sunday when we checked out, I gave the tissue to the clerk at the counter. He wasn't too concerned about it. saying that things can happen. Wanted to know if I had told someone when I first saw them, I told him no because there was never anyone at the lobby counter to tell. I told him I would never stay in his hotel again and that they needed to clean..

Quick stay on our journey through Raleigh. Staff were very helpful and congenial. They were able to accommodate a last minute issue which was very appreciated. Rooms were clean and convenient for us.

- active fatal car crash at entrance of parking lot on arrival. had to find an alternate entrance through neighboring business - clerk laying on chair in front office when I arrived - notified on arrival of a company policy requiring a $100 deposit for all rooms. This was not communicated anywhere on Hotels.com site or booking. - no hvac on in common areas or room i was assigned, creating a musty, stuffing feel to the air - Primary issue was watching multiple roaches scurry across floor, bed, and wall when we turned on room lights. A few waited for photo opportunity.

Horrible hotel that didn’t notify 20+ guests that they overbooked it until they arrived. Hotels.com had to pay for my stay since the hotel messed up. (Big ask) consider vetting hotels that are listed on hotels.com that are in areas where there might be a huge event. For example - if there is a major concert in NC, those hotels should be required to provide proof that there are rooms available for upcoming guests, else they are penalized. This will create a clear line on who is liable when a guest can’t stay there. The hotel is liable if they screw up or hotels.com is liable for listing the unavailable rooms

No explanation of the why! Didnt smoke, destroyed the place, nor stole towels with pubic hairs on them! Oh...I forgot the roaches in the bathroom. Last...beds were clean.

Our door didn’t lock & we had to leave to go to a concert. Front desk assured us it would be fixed when we returned. Got back at midnight still not fixed. Finally fixed next day. I would have thought after that type of oversight they would have offered something. They literally just acted like it was no big deal that someone could have stolen all our things while gone or broken in to two single women in a hotel room. Not the safest feeling.

It was a good quiet place to stay but 150 deposit should be noted on site was ask for at check-in was an inconvenient what if i didn't have a extra 150

The staff was very helpful and polite. I could check-in earlier early with know problem. I just hope I get my deposit of 100.00 dollars back on my card.

Nice area

Seems like transient housing. Police came to haul one guy off. He sounded possessed. Can't make this stuff up.

Check in was quick and efficient. It looks like the place was recently renovated - there was new carpet on the floor and the room had fresh, clean paint on the walls. The toilet seat was loose but I was able to tighten it by hand. Lots of channels to watch on tv and the building was quiet. It is close to a major road so light sleepers might want to get a room to the left side away from the road. It wasn't an issue for me. There was a food truck parked outside that has great, authentic food from South America at good prices - check them out!

Needs a groundskeeper and needs some better mattress. It’s a cheap place to stay close enough from costal creek arena

This place is at a perfect spot. Everything was so close and made our trip out here wonderful.

Run down hotel, stains on chairs, overpriced. Only cereal and bagels for breakfast with the worse coffee and spoiled milk.

Was there for an event. Everything was great until the day of checkout. Breakfast was not up to par. No hot water, no juices, and no milk for the cereal. They definitely are in need of so e up grades far as the continental breakfast.

Staff was very friendly, but Friday 05/19 breakfast was not available and it was included in the rate, very disappointing.

Everything was pretty much average they don’t serve breakfast here and charge an additional 100 but room was clean and secured. If you look for somewhere clean and budget friendly to lay your head this the place for you
