Re Vittorio De Luxe

Wonderful ambience, quick walk to cruise terminal. Our luggage was lost by Delta, so we were quite late arriving and I felt very sorry for the gentleman who had to wait up (very late) to let us in. Fantastic shower — didn’t want to get out! Room was very clean, super comfy. We had two bedrooms with a little connecting area, which is perfect for families or people who are traveling together but want separate rooms. Typical continental breakfast; server squeezed fresh orange juice for us which was a nice treat. Beautiful historic building in a charming neighborhood. Great value for the price. Would definitely stay here again.

Property had mosquitoes! No face towels provided. Refrigerator was missing stuff and we had to tell them in advance so they don’t charge us. Breakfast was subpar.

I do not want to hurt any feelings but the word deluxe does not belong. My room very difficult in the shower area. The only possibility was the hand held shower. That is not deluxe. Then a flood outside door. The inside of shower needs a lot of repair. But the most terrible problem the lock does not work. I was trapped inside and good thing my grand daughter was there and called my son in another room and he came and bang the lock open. There is no room in bathroom to place anything. Need shelves maybe.

Breakfast was great. Internet was not working in the am. Need a bigger sign out front as it looked like an old building but inside was modern. Be nice to have a smart Tv that has You Tube. Be nice to have some body wash or bigger bar of soap.

The rooms are okay and it's good value for the money you pay. But it's looks much nicer on the website, than in reality and I think it needs an upgrade. Breakfast ok, but half of the things at the buffet disappeared and the staff didn't fill it up.. So a little disappointment.
