The location is wonderful for exploring Alberobello. The staff was very attentive and kind, ensuring I was well situated in the room. The suite was spacious with a spectacular view. And the restaurant NOS is a must - the pianist was incredible.

This accomodation is pleasant but by no means as chic as the promotion indicates. We had booked a classic room & were kindly upgraded to much larger accomodation in a trulli, a very short distance away. The position was fabulous just adjacent to the main tourist street. However the decor was a bit dated and fussy for my taste. It was well equipped but could do with upgrading. It was handy to have a tiny courtyard with a clothes line. Parking was an about 500m away but an easy walk & totally free. You will not need a car in the town as everything is walkable. We had breakfast the first day - pleasant to sit in the garden of the Palazzo but otherwise unremarkable for €10 pp. Adjacent to our accomodation was a lovely pasta restaurant - Il Primi - very stylish, serving only pasta but delicious. The restaurant is part of the ‘slow food’ movement and won’t disappoint.

A Magical Step Back in Time – Perfect Trulli Stay! My stay at the Palazzo Scotto Widespread Collection in Alberobello was nothing short of enchanting. We had the incredible opportunity to stay in one of the iconic Trulli houses, and it truly felt like being transported back in time. The conical stone roofs, the thick whitewashed walls, and the intimate, cozy atmosphere made for an unforgettable experience. It’s one thing to see these UNESCO World Heritage sites in photos, but quite another to actually live inside one, it was absolutely magical. The location was absolutely perfect. Nestled right in the heart of Alberobello, we were steps away from the charming streets, local shops, and panoramic viewpoints, yet the Trulli itself felt peaceful and private. It was the ideal base for exploring the town, especially at sunrise and sunset when the crowds thinned out and the area felt truly timeless. The check-in process was incredibly seamless and stress-free. The staff were welcoming, professional, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They provided clear directions, helpful local tips, and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. If you’re looking for an authentic Puglian experience, I cannot recommend Palazzo Scotto enough. Staying in a Trulli house here is a dream come true a perfect blend of history, charm, and hospitality. We will definitely be

One woman at the desk was reasonably friendly and helpful. However, a man at the desk did not seem to care at all about the problems we had with the insufficient hot water in the shower. The one key provided for the room was not sufficient and made leaving without my wife problematic. They should make breakfast more easily available and included. Since cars were not allowed in the area of the unit, this made hauling bags in and out difficult, especially after access was cut off completely when we were leaving.
