Tivemos uma ótima estadia. Mesmo não falando japonês ou inglês a comunicação foi muito tranquila. O hotel fica numa ótima localização, na mesma rua da estação de trem, com um supermercado ótimo na frente e restaurantes. A acomodação é completa, nos deixou super à vontade e relaxados. Senti falta de ter alguns utensilios como prato, copo e talheres.

It takes 3 minutes to the subway station and 25 minutes to Disneyland by bus. Also, there are many restaurants around this hotel but pretty quiet. There is Lawson in the first floor of the hotel and 24 hours opening supermarket next to the hotel.

It's an apartment building operated as a hotel and is perfect if you want to have a room with a kitchen and washer/dryer. The unit we stayed in was clean and the location was just a few minutes walk from the train station. Best part is there's a grocery right in front and a konbini at the ground floor of the building. There's also a lot of dinning options around the area. The staff were super friendly and tried their best to help us with our requests. Keep in mind though the location is in Chiba which is far from the center of Tokyo and the main sightseeing spots. Going back to the hotel in the middle of the day is really not an option because it can take almost an hour train ride one way depending on where you're coming from.

Our stay was fine. This is our second trip to the area and stay in the Bay Hotel (same room). Hotel is clean, quite although with a family of 4 (adult children) it is a bit cramped. The only issue we had was the WIFI in our room rarely worked. We had a portable WIFI which we used instead. Last year same issue. Bay hotel needs to update their WIFI. Otherwise we had a good stay. Hotel is basic, no breakfast or some of the perks you get at other hotels but you do get a washing machine and a hot plate for cooking in your room. TV we did not use so no input on that. Bus was near by to take you to Disney and we were one block from the T line station.

We enjoyed our stay in Urayasu Bay Hotel! Our second time here and it offered the best facilities a room has to offer. We enjoyed the bath a lot. Everything was within walking distance.

駅からも近く、コンビニが建物に入っているので利便性は高い。 21:00以降はディズニーリゾート目的で滞在している他の客が増え、エレベーターが混む。小さなエレベーターが一台しかないのは改善してほしい。

おそらく昔オートロック付きのアパートだった場所をホテルとして使っている作りになっていました。洗濯機、電子レンジ、IHコンロがついていて、自動湯沸かし付きのお風呂で毎日バスタブに浸かれます。ウォークインクローゼットがあるので、荷物を収納できてお部屋も広々使えました。目の前が西友のスーパーで24時間営業なので、とても便利でした。駅からもとても近いです。また利用したいです。

ディズニーの近くで、朝ゆとりを持って行けました。また、素泊まりでした、西友やオリジン、焼き鳥屋さん、牛丼チェーン店などがあり、困りません。駐車場も提携の場所はないですが、5分もかからずに最大料金が安い場所に停めることができました。

極めて近くに24時間営業の西友があり朝食の提供が無くてもこの部分に関しては全く困りませんでした。キッチンや洗濯機が備え付けで調理器具も貸し出しありなので、簡単な調理も可能。無料で紙皿や割り箸などの提供もあり、親切だと感じました。部屋の清掃に関しては、ウォークインクローゼットの棚の上に埃が溜まっていたり、窓枠のカビだったり気になる部分はありました。

Area and proximity to transit and trains was excellent. Many convenient stores and grocery stores within a stones throw of the hotel building. Staff were very helpful and willing to assist in any capacity. Room was spacious with kitchenette and washing machine, however we used neither, we weren’t there long enough. Shower is different than most, as the shower wand was actually beyond the outer edge of the stall/tub area, so you needed to hold the wand yourself during your shower. No place to “hook” the wand inside the stall/tub. Walls in our room had many luggage scuff marks on them, not very appealing.

水回りの清掃が行き届いていませんでした。 洗面は水に濡れると蛇口の根本からカビが浮いてきたり、浴槽は髪の毛が２箇所着いていたりと、清潔感が感じられませんでした。 部屋と朝食は良かったのでその点が残念でした。

Very clean and great customer service. But there’s no proper cutlery set (they gave us plastic spoon and small bowl), dryer function not hot enough. Other than that, all great. Staff is fantastic, location ok. Will come back.

We had excel stay at Bay Hotel Urayusu. Very conveniently located - just 200 m from Urayusu station from where Tokyo Station (Utemachi) is 25 min train ride. Rooms are decently sized as compared to similarly priced hotels in busier areas (Shibuya, Shinjku, etc.). Staff was very helpful and could converse well in English. Rooms were clean and functional with kitchenette.

Was a really large room for a family which included a kitchenette area, washing machine and a walk in closet. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was good as it’s next to the train station.

The beds are absolutely awful, hard as bricks. The use of an actual key rather than a key card is very outdated. Ok, facility, just wish it could have been more confortable.

The wifi was not great, and you could hear the people above you. But the washing machine was really helpful and the kitchen was nice. The room is very minimalistic, for example, only one pillow per bed, and only one towel per person, but if you want more, you can go to the front desk and they will happily give you more. The location is 2 min walk from the train station, and getting to Disney is 1 bus and 1 train stop and took 15 min. Perfect location, very friendly staff!

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. We were originally given a room on the tenth floor, but we preferred to stay closer to the ground floor. The staff were very accommodating and arranged us a room on the third floor within 10 minutes. We liked the kitchen space, separate bathroom space, housekeeping, and amenities in general. The size of the walk-in closet was larger than expected, and could easily fit multiple suitcases. We were surprised to find a hair curler in addition to a hair drier in the bathroom drawer, which was great and not commonly found in most hotels. There are certain items that you could borrow from the front desk, free of charge. The room was also very clean. Our stay could have been improved by having a dryer in addition to the washing machine. We found the space a little tight if clothes were to be air-dried, as the door leading to the balcony was locked due to safety reasons. There could have also been more chairs included in the room, as we were staying as a family of four. Only two chairs were included, so there were never enough chairs going around. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel, and would choose to stay here again in the future.

The front desk staff were wonderful. The cleaning people were wonderful. The only problem I had was that the bed was so hard and the pillow so flat that I barely slept for the 2 nights I was there. So I was miserable during the day. The room was clean. The shower was great. It would be nice if some free bottles of water were provided.

We stayed at this hotel for 9 days while in Tokyo, and our experience was excellent. Check-in was very easy and fast—the staff was welcoming, polite, and professional. The place looked exactly like the pictures, and the room had a spacious closet that comfortably fit all our clothes and suitcases. The hotel policy requires you to leave your key at the front desk if you’ll be out for more than an hour, which wasn’t a problem at all since the front desk is staffed 24 hours. This is our second time staying here, and we enjoyed it thoroughly. It's conveniently located near the subway station, as well as a short bus ride away from Tokyo Disney. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, and we liked having access to a personal microwave. There is a 24-hour supermarket and pharmacy located across the street. Lots of food options nearby as well. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

素晴らしいホテル。ただし、電話がなく、電話を貸してくれないことが、海外からの宿泊者にとってタクシーすら呼べない状況になっている。 タクシーアプリをとれとフロントに言われたが、登録時に電話番号が必要なので、日本の電話番号をもっていない私にはできなかった。だから電話を貸してほしいとお願いしたが頑なに断られた。 他全てがよかっただけに残念だった。

Okay, so this location is nice. You aren’t but a few train rides away from Disney, the Urayasu Station is right down the street, shopping and food places are close by. However, the hotel is not so great. The communication with staff is Horrible. I was there for 7-day stay and was only able to get housekeeping once during my stay. The rooms are very dusty so it wasn’t that clean when we arrived. The bed is super uncomfortable and the pillows are flat. The sheets were rough. Overall it was impossible to have a good nights rest here. The cost for this hotel for what you receive is not worth it. I went to another hotel/resort for the remainder of our stay for lower cost, same amount of days at a high class hotel. I wouldn’t book this hotel again in the future.

スタッフの方々が親切なのが印象的でした！ホテル自体はコンパクトで必要最低限のものが揃っていました。かゆいところに手が届くというよりも、安い価格に照らして十分な準備があるホテルだと思います。目の前にスーパーがあるのも便利でした。ディズニーに行くのに、小さい子連れでバスで行くのは少し大変でしたが、何よりスタッフさんの対応が良かったのでこのホテルを利用して良かったと思います。

We had excel stay at Bay Hotel Urayusu. Very conveniently located - just 200 m from Urayusu station from where Tokyo Station (Utemachi) is 25 min train ride. Rooms are decently sized as compared to similarly priced hotels in busier areas (Shibuya, Shinjku, etc.). Staff was very helpful and could converse well in English. Rooms were clean and functional with kitchenette.

We loved that Lawsons was right downstairs and there was a grocery store across the street. The train station as also a few minutes walk away. However, if you will be visiting Tokyo Disney, note that the Uruyasu train station trains will not take you there. We were confused at the train station and luckily a nice woman showed us the bus stop down a side street where we had to catch a bus to the parks. As for the room, it did contain a microwave, mini fridge, and a washing machine (which were all very useful) but there was very little room for luggage. For 4 of us, it made it a bit difficult to walk around the room.

Amazing property! I believe they are apartments converted into hotels so they will be uniquely shaped but it was overall an amazing experience! Extremely close to the Urayasu train station and also multiple bus stops so going to and from Disney was a breeze! Urayasu also offers cool and local attractions that helped us see things other than Tokyo so it was definitely a treat!

This is the 2nd stay here. 15 nights. Each time has been brilliant. Communication is wonderful. The hotel is a 3 minute walk to a train station on the Tozai line. So easy to travel on. All variety of food shops in the block. Supermarket directly across the road. I literally cant fault it

Love the location of the property. Super near station with eateries and 24 hr supermarket. Multiple local bus rides to disneyland. Not too expensive for a cab ride either if you want to get to disney even earlier to try your best to grab the priority passes. Property was clean and functional. We enjoyed the stay!

Our stay was fine. This is our second trip to the area and stay in the Bay Hotel (same room). Hotel is clean, quite although with a family of 4 (adult children) it is a bit cramped. The only issue we had was the WIFI in our room rarely worked. We had a portable WIFI which we used instead. Last year same issue. Bay hotel needs to update their WIFI. Otherwise we had a good stay. Hotel is basic, no breakfast or some of the perks you get at other hotels but you do get a washing machine and a hot plate for cooking in your room. TV we did not use so no input on that. Bus was near by to take you to Disney and we were one block from the T line station.

Much cheaper option when visiting Disney resort. Super spacious room with washer and dryers which -are just what I need. Separate toilet and shower/laundry makes it easer when you have family to share the room with. Seiyu department store is just at doorsteps where groceries are open 24/7. Loads of yummy restaurants open till late nearby but get busy and crowed after 10pm. About 2000-2800 yen by taxi from Disney so we were happy to grab one to get back to hotel. You can catch train too.

The apartment type rooms were even better than I imagined and I already thought they looked good! To have the space compared to most hotel rooms in Tokyo was great. The metro to all main areas and the airport is 3min walk away and buses to Disney an even shorter walk. Starbucks, was our choice for breakfast…. 2 lattes, 2 sandwiches/bagels generally about £10… Mcd’s, Burger King and KFC all opposite the metro station if you need fast food. We liked to use the 7 eleven right there for the great tuna or egg sandwiches which were around £1.20, the curry bread in the hot compartment at the till was a big fave too! Many choices at more than reasonable prices, noodle dishes, pasta, gratin that can be heated in the microwave back at the apartment. Staff and rules are all a bit quirky, but added to the culture experience! Eg check in at 3pm, came back at 2.58pm, but was told still ‘a little too early’… literally less than 2min later, ok it’s time now! It was cool, although when you have been travelling all night and is wet outside, some may not be in the mood for it! But this is what travelling is all about! Would recommend as a budget stay in a heartbeat, superb value.

Very accessible to train station and a lot of dining options, Starbucks, Mcdonald's, convenience store, massage parlor, 24 hours grocery just in front of the hotel. Though a busy area but still is quiet and had a peaceful and relaxing stay here. The place is well maintained and very clean. All amenities listed are provided. You just have to ask front desk so they can lend you. The staff are very welcoming and very helpful. This hotel is highly recommended.

Positives: •Room was clean and the amenities were as described. •Staff were very helpful, polite, and professional. They explained everything very well and their English was good. •Disney parks very close and only took as 10min to get there by taxi. •The Lawsons "konbini" at the bottom of the hotel was super convenient lol! Came in clutch a few times when we needed some items we didn't pack like laundry detergent and sunscreen. Plus the food, drinks, and feet patches to relieve the pain from all the walking. •Great restaurants around the area! Needs work: •Room size is small, but this was kind of expected already. •Room key is large and clunky. Made it a little inconvenient to travel with. They recommend leaving it at the front desk if going out all day and picking it up when you get back. Which is a different inconvenience in itself. Need to lock/unlock the room door using 2 different locks. •TV in the room was small and only had local channels in Japanese, of course. They did have a hdmi input hanging from the bottom if you want to connect your own device. •Wifi kept going out randomly. •No rail/rod in the shower room to hang dry laundry. Although there is a dry setting in the fan system. Overall, I'd still recommend this hotel based on the price, location, conveniences, and inviting staff .
