Bluesock Hostels Lisboa

Not upkept. Door would only shut properly if slammed which caused lots of noise to others. Rooms were not soundproof like described, could hear everything. Room were very tight for space and the drawer to store your belongings does not close or lock properly. You also need to bring your own lock. However you did get a queen bed and duvet. The included towel service was nice and the terrace was nice, wish they served appys up there. Showers took a long time to get hot water and only ran for one minute before turning off

The beds and pillows were clean and pretty comfortable, the rooms are quite small, bathrooms could be a bit cleaner not a bad stay for a few nights. There was no kitchen/fridge really for any food which is a bit of a bummer. Rooftop bar is gorg and overall seems like it is a nice hostel

Os quartos são bons, a localização também. O hostel tem apenas um hall para convivência dos hóspedes, não há cozinha compartilhada. São poucos banheiros por andar. É bom mas não é excelente!

En general, terrible. No lo recomiendo si gustas visitar Lisboa. En mi caso el proceso de Check In tardó como 40 minutos. La chica que me atendió muy amable, eso sí. Pero el proceso es engorroso. Si necesitas un candado para guardar tus cosas hay que pagar un depósito que te lo devuelven al salir del hotel... Esto me parece innecesario. Los elevadores son un tema, muy pero lentos y en una noche se averió por lo que era necesario subir o bajar con maletas por las escaleras que son muy estrechas. Los baños, en mi piso había uno que no funcionaba, visité otros pisos y era igual el tema. Falta cuidado en las instalaciones. El desayuno es básico por €7 euros, el primer dia pude comer pero el segundo llegué a las 10:40am y me dijeron que ya estaba cerrado cuando en teoría es hasta las 11am. En general no recomiendo este hostel. Pueden buscar mejores opciones más cómodas. El peor hostel que he visitado en Europa.

This place has a wonderful rooftop. We were in a suite. but every time the guys from the youth football team next door opened or closed the door it reflected into our room in a loud noise and since they are youth, it was all night long. Also the smells from the lower vents of the hostel were pushing all the nasty smells straight into our room via the shower.

A localização é incrível! Ao lado do metrô e muito perto de várias atrações no centro histórico da cidade. Da pra fazer muita coisa a pé. O check in foi tranquilo e o espaço para deixar as malas é imprescindível. Mas poderia ser gratuito também no momento de checkout. Deveriam haver mais banheiros por andar, por conta da quantidade de dormitórios existentes. Os chuveiros também poderiam ter uma vazão melhor, além de variar bastante a temperatura durante o banho.

Muy básico, sin cocina, baños muy básicos, y lo peor, lockers de juguete, por mas que le pongan candado se abren de un tiron, uno no puede dormir tranquilo así

Location-10/10 anything you need to go to is walking distance or a train ride away. Staff-really nice and friendly and helpful Facilities- everything is paper thin. If you are sensitive to noise to be able to sleep, would not recommend. The locker bin where you store your belongings does not lock even with a lock.

The hostel is very close to a metro station and bus station, rooms and bathrooms are incredibly clean, the staff is very kind and speak a lot of languages! The only thing is the shower has very low pressure and it is very hard to wet long hair, it takes forever, and you have to push continuously to get it open again.

The lockers underneath the beds need to be fixed especially since so many people have already mentioned it. The bathrooms have a bad odour even right after the cleaners are done cleaning. Overall, the service was good. I would recommend this hostel to other travellers.

O quarto estava muito limpo, cama super confortável, lençóis limpos e travesseiros macios. Ambiente agradável, equipe simpática

Nice modern hostel near/walkable distance from the city center and close to public transportation. My stay for one night was quite adequate. The beds and lockers were good. The bathrooms were clear, but the showers on my floor could have been a bit better-maintained.

Great location! And the staff is very attentive. Te rooms and showers are super clean. The lounge is pretty cool to chill or just rest. Also, the terrace has a nice view.

A localização é o melhor desta hospedagem, no centro da Av Liberdade, uma zona totalmente segura e com o melhor de Lisboa. Sobre o hostel, a limpeza é simplesmente algo que não existe principalmente nos quartos, estive lá por 5 dias (4 noites) e pude observar como é feito o serviço. As roupas de cama são apenas trocadas, o hospede saiu eles entram tiram as roupas de cama e já entra o próximo, não fazem nenhum tipo de desinfecção, pessoas de todas as nacionalidades, pessoas com problemas de saúde por exemplo podem transmitir algo fácil, pois não fazem uma limpeza como deveriam, nem o chão dos quartos varrem, apenas abrem a porta passa o aspirador na porta e vão embora, cabelos, papeis pelo chão resto de sujeiras é possível ver, mesmo tendo uma lata de lixo muitos hospedes jogam coisas pelo chão, os banheiros são separados de 1 lado do prédio fica o chuveiro e do outro lado o lugar pra fazer as necessidades, estranho! Os funcionários nada simpáticos, no 4 dia pedi pra trocar a toalha de banho e ouvi da funcionária que só trocam a cada 3 dias, como eu questionei que estava a 4 dias ela mandou eu ir na recepção pedir uma toalha, o hostel recebe hospedes a qualquer hora, mais uma vez ninguém assina nenhum termo de conduta, fazem o que querem, falam ao telefone na madrugada, batem a porta, derrubam coisas, ou seja se vc precisa descansar lá realmente não é lugar. Não emprestam cadeado, você que leve o seu. O chuveiro também é outro ponto chato, a cada minuto fecha.

Cleanest hostel I've ever stayed in, and really chill/nice/helpful staff.

I liked this hostel but a couple things were not ideal. In the women’s bathroom on my floor there was never soap to wash your hands. I also kind of wished there was an all female floor instead of just designated rooms. Overall this was a nice and clean hostel to stay in!

Muy bien situado a 15 minutos andando del centro, con una parada de metro a 50 m del Hostel. Habitación privada con baño, sin lujos, no tiene armarios ni mesitas pero dispone de mini nevera y hervidor de agua con tazas y tes y azucarilos. Baño completo. Cambio de toallas a diario.

A localização é excelente, próximo aos pontos turísticos e transporte público. O quarto é pequeno, porém a cama e o espaço para bagagem são enormes. O banheiro é separado do quarto, estavam sempre limpos, porém não possuía local para colocar os pertences de banho.

Ótima localização, os funcionários Umaro e Raquel, muito prestativos. Achei o quarto muito pequeno.,mas a cama e lençóis muito bons.

Good locate and easy commute but so loud from the next door rooms and crowded neighborhood.

The rooms were terribly hot (at least my room was) the room was very clean but someone decided not to shower and the odor was putrid.. I did not sleep either night that I was there because of the heat!

Lorsqu'il fait chaud et que la fenêtre est ouverte nous entendons les autres voyageurs rires fort sur la terrasse jusque tard dans la nuit ce qui a nuit au sommeil de plusieurs personnes. Pourtant. la terrasse doit fermer à 23h...

Der Check-In war leider nicht eher möglich aber immerhin konnten wir unser Gepäck bis 15 Uhr abgeben. Als es dann zum Check-In kam, hätte ruhig noch eine zweite Person die Gäste einchecken können. Die Gäste vor mir waren zu viert und haben Ewigkeiten gebraucht. Wir haben zwar ein Zimmer“Upgrade“ bekommen, hatten aber direkt das Zimmer am Fahrstuhl, wo jeder lang läuft und es permanent laut war. Generell verstehe ich nicht, wieso sich die Fenster nicht ankippen ließen. Die Lage war dafür sehr zentral.

The building, itself, and my room and location were nice. However the walls are thin. Young people wrestling, throwing furniture around yelling, singing all night. This place is made for 20 year kids.

Great staff Loved the location

I would gave given a higher ranking if the manager at the front desk didnt try to embarrass me in front of all of the other travelers checking in when I asked for my bags to be watched for free for 2 hours because of all the inconvenience I faced. The first night I had to switch rooms because the AC wasnt working and it felt like a furnace in the room! It was terrible. I wasnt the only one, there were more people complaining and leaving the hostel. Then every night I had to re-encode my card because the card was so sensitive. Havent had that issue at other hostels yet the manager was blaming the guest for the issue. She was loud and rude to everyone including the workers. They could have more entertainment, like turning on the tv at the rooftop but it looks like theyre being cheap and cutting corners. The workers were very nice and helpful, including the cleaning staff. Outside of that, I stayed for the rooftop and the convenience of walking to everything and public transportation. Sometimes travelers just want to come and relax without being yelled at for voicing their concerns about the things that are wrong with the facility.

Smooth check-in, nice and cheerful staff. The room was clean, comfortable bed and both bed linen and towels were included.

It is very well located, and the room is great, but the service and the people at the reception are terrible, very rude and they didn't care. It is a shame.

Aside from being closely located to the Avanida Metro Station making a short walk getting to Roomoo, I was met by Mary at the desk who made everything so easy. Fluent in Porteguese and English, she was exceptionally helpful, pleasant, sweet, and knowledgeable in all aspects of her job. Thank you Mary, you made everything so easy.

Surpresa agradável. Excelente estrutura, com cama confortável, café da manhã, pago a parte, muito bom. A 200 m da estação de metrô Avenida e a curta caminhada de vários pontos turísticos, como a região do Chiado, Parque Eduardo VII, etc

Très bon emplacement pour visiter Lisbonne. Proche station Metro (25 minutes aéroport). Sur grande avenue centrale. Cela évite d'aller chercher son Rb&b dans une petite rue introuvable. Beaucoup de jeunes dans cet établissement qui propose des chambres pour plusieurs (lit superposés), mais aussi des chambres couples standards à prix abordable.

My first hostel stay for years and a very positive experience. Perfect for a late arrival into Lisbon and an early start the next day. I recommend the breakfast, great value at €7-8!

Clean silent and perfectly organized, unfortunately no kitchen but well served, cheap supermarket around the corner, metro and bus station and lots of good restaurants. Perfect for remotely working!

La ducha es un problema poder equilibrar el agua caliente y la fría, o sale muy caliente o sale muy fría. Por todo lo demás los felicito El desayuno es bueno y está justo a su precio

Stayed in a 4 female bed shared room. Bed was nice, clean and spacious. A lot of noise from bathroom, and upper rooms, doors opening and closing , etc. Breakfast is an extra 6 euros and not so many options, but still.was good and comfortable if you dont have much time. You can stay until 11 am and work while you get endless coffee so I would advise to get their breakfast. Check in is long, as there is usually a line, also in the.morning for breakfast you'll have to get in line so go early if you can..same for check out. Overall good, nice location, close to Avenida metro. I arrived on a Sunday and there was dancing on the streets 2 blocks away.
