Eine Enttäuschung auf ganzer Linie. Ungepflegt, shabby, Baustellenlärm und Hundegebell bis tief in die Nacht. Hellhörig und ohne Verdunklungsmöglichkeit der Fenster. Schmutzige Bettwäsche und Handtücher mit Löchern. Das Frühstück karg und nur zwischen 09:30 Uhr und 10:30 Uhr möglich. Nur sehr eingeschränktes Yoga- und Wellnessangebot wegen Beginn der Off-Season. Schön und gut, aber sowas muss transparent kommuniziert werden, und zwar bei der Buchung und nicht erst vor Ort. Was als Yoga-Urlaub geplant war, endete in einer Riesenenttäuschung. Bin vorzeitig in ein Hotel umgezogen. Dieses Retreat hat niemals vier Sterne.

Room was clean to an extent but unfortunately the stains on the table gave the impression it was dirty. Linen and towels tired so again didn’t feel as clean as could have been. Door locking system, whilst in the room didn’t feel entirely secure. Reception didn’t make me feel particularly welcome. Nothing was explained to me ie facilities available, how yoga classes worked or where to eat. Peaceful location away from crowds

The staff was especially accommodating when we first arrived. They helped to arrange transportation from the airport and gave us a wonderful tour of the entire facility. We enjoyed the massages and the yoga class. The facility is wonderfully relaxing and beautifully maintained. The only disappointing part was our departure. We had an early flight so we arranged to have someone help us with our luggage so we could check out early. When they didn't show I went to the reception desk to checkout and get help with the luggage. The person there could help me with our luggage but they couldn't check us out. I would still recommend this place and would come again!
