We did not get the email about check in details so got in contact and the details were text to me . If travelling by car the car park opposite will charge £50 for overnight . Couldn’t find any street parking that didn’t need a permit . The room was ok , newly decorated with plants plug sockets and USB points . Room was very hot with the windows closed but very noisy with the windows open . No full length mirror but a round mirror for make up and hair . The bathroom is separate and private , couple of issues , the plug in the sink didn’t work and had to released by going under the sink and fiddling with the mechanism. The shower is an over bath but the bracket to hold the shower is broken so it is a bit awkward Great location and being on the third floor had a lift . Couldn’t used this on check out as cleaners had wedged it open in floor 1

No internet and lots of train noise. We complained about missing internet connection just after arrival Thursday afternoon and we did not experience it working until shortly before our departure on Saturday morning meaning that we could not watch TV or use laptops. Instead we had train noise until after midnight and from early morning. We asked for chairs to the terrace, but never got any feedback!

Very clean and close to the train station with many food options! The way to get in with the code and keys was very convenient. It was nice having a full kitchen and more private space than a hotel with many guests.

Easy to access, so close to finsbury for events. quiet at night - would stay again! if you're planning to sit on the balcony, you can't as there's no chairs, but other than that, great!

Convenient location being so close to tube station. Signage for the actual hotel wasn’t obvious, didn’t see Goodwin at first. Entry via lock box worked fine. Room was spacious, nice to have a fridge and slippers. Had everything we needed for our stay.

What a great property . Brilliant facilities and price and location. Fantastic communication prior to our arrival detailing the location of various shops/cafes and eateries. Little things like this make such a difference. The property was clean and tidy. The entrance via a lockbox was hassle free and again clear and concise instructions were provided. The location is ideal for mainline and tube travellers alike. The property itself is literally a 20 second walk from the tube station. Overall I’d definitely recommend and can easily see myself staying here again.

Easy to find and the communication was good, the directions provided were easy to follow and we had no issues getting into the property. It was clean and well maintained, convenient area. Would stay again. Car park across the road wasn’t as expected and very expensive, we ended up parking elsewhere. Bare this in mind when staying overnight.

Perfect check in instructions. Very clean and well fitted out. Had the ground floor room which was a bit strange with no windows that opened but didn’t impact on a fantastic stay. Very well located for the tube station.

Perfect for what we needed. Right next to Finsbury Park tube station. Room and bathroom was clean and modern. To note, when you turn up you need to call the number to get in, we thought we might have been scammed to begin with because it’s not obvious and the number went straight to voicemail, but he has no reception downstairs. I would stay here again and reasonably priced.

The place is very new (even smells fresh), modern and just lovely. The only thing I could hear all the neighbours like they were in my room and I found huge spot on the bedsheet even if it looks so new and fresh. But overall it wasn't a problem and I'd stay again.

Accommodation was ideal for the overnight stay. The only issue was the shower being blocked and the shower head loose therefore having to hold. Apart from that i would book again.

There were hairs in the blankets and on the floors. Also, the “private bathroom” is shared with the floor (2 other rooms). Surfaces weren’t cleaned. In all, not the cleanest. But it did work for a nights stay and is proximal to food and transportation.

Very central location, literally a couple of mins from Finsbury Park station. Everything looks brand new and very clean, self check in was very easy and Wifi connection was trouble free. Despite the location the room was very quiet and warm. Highly recommended

This is not a hotel, but several rooms in a new building. Great standard. Key drop etc worked well. Great location next to Tube. However, some noise day time (construction in building), slow internet, and can hear neighbours (door to hallway not isolated).

We had stayed here one night. Everything clean and good connection, subway. Large double beds for 4 people. Room a bit bright, no real darkening possible, this could be improved. Bathroom clean and modern but minor flaws in the shower bracket

Stayed one night for a gig at Tottenham’s stadium, location is perfect as it’s right outside Finsbury Park on the Victoria line. Check-in instructions very simple, room and bathroom clean and comfortable. Provided a very small fan, would be nice to have a larger fan in the room, as with any city hotel, you can’t have the windows open at night due to noise, so it got quite warm during the evening.

Bed was a little firm for my liking but that's just personal taste. Walls are fairly thin so you can hear other people - including the cleaner who seems to bang against the walls quite a lot on a morning. These are minor details though, would happily stay again

The apartment was in a great location, so close to Finsbury Park tube station, M&S, coffee shops and restaurants. It was clean and well looked-after, and the managers were very accommodating when we arrived early and needed somewhere to store our bags. The only issue experienced was with noise on the Friday evening, but this was out of the building manager’s control.

Cons: Not centrally located, not in the center of town Pros: Efficient person-less check-in, clean, newly renovated, close to tube and Thameslink station, close to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, even a fringe theater nearby (the wonderful Park Theatre)

The apartment was in a great location, so close to Finsbury Park tube station, M&S, coffee shops and restaurants. It was clean and well looked-after, and the managers were very accommodating when we arrived early and needed somewhere to store our bags. The only issue experienced was with noise on the Friday evening, but this was out of the building manager’s control.

Perfect for what we needed. Right next to Finsbury Park tube station. Room and bathroom was clean and modern. To note, when you turn up you need to call the number to get in, we thought we might have been scammed to begin with because it’s not obvious and the number went straight to voicemail, but he has no reception downstairs. I would stay here again and reasonably priced.

Very clean and close to the train station with many food options! The way to get in with the code and keys was very convenient. It was nice having a full kitchen and more private space than a hotel with many guests.

Fabulous hotel. A stones throw from tube station. It was really quiet stay. Very secure. Bed was comfy. Communication from hotel is excellent. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed one night for a gig at Tottenham’s stadium, location is perfect as it’s right outside Finsbury Park on the Victoria line. Check-in instructions very simple, room and bathroom clean and comfortable. Provided a very small fan, would be nice to have a larger fan in the room, as with any city hotel, you can’t have the windows open at night due to noise, so it got quite warm during the evening.

Great location handy to the park, public transport, shops and importantly, good coffee. Check in was a bit off but was quickly sorted out. Photos matched the reality but the description did not. Owners fault or booking site fault can't say. One minor thing was no water glasses. Overall quite happy.

Very clean - bathroom was especially worth a mention - lovely shower, no mould. Balcony space with two chairs was plenty big enough to sit in the sun and nice to have outdoor space. Fridge was nice to have. We didn't receive the access details and no reply to our emails so we had to chase with Hotels.com who got it sorted. Once we had the instructions, check in was easy. No safety notice (evacuation process, fire escapes) in the room - this may have been displayed somewhere else but I didn't see it. Very noisy guests in room next door (not the hotel's fault). They came back after midnight and had TV on so loud we could hear every word from our room. Think they had a bathroom outside the room as constant in and out, slamming doors. Area around hotel felt safe, lots of shops. Very close to Finsbury Park tube. Overall, a great value hotel and we'd 100% stay here again. Not sure how we've not come across it before!
