Abbiamo trascorso una notte al Goodwin. Host reattivo, gentile, comunicazione adeguata durante i giorni precedenti l'arrivo. Le informazioni finali per il check-in da parte di Expedia, attese entro le 24 ore precedenti, non sono però arrivate in tempo, nonostante il sollecito il giorno precedente l'arrivo. Ci siamo presentati all'ingresso esterno a sera tarda per il check-in, la chiamata al numero preposto non è andata a buon fine. Casualmente una signora sulle scale ci ha notati e gentilmente ci ha fatti accedere, facendo da tramite con l'host per le verifiche. Le informazioni per il check-in di Expedia sono poi arrivate durante la notte. La camera nel seminterrato è nuova, pulita, adeguata. Molto comoda alla metropolitana per il centro, a pochi passi. Consigliato.

Great location handy to the park, public transport, shops and importantly, good coffee. Check in was a bit off but was quickly sorted out. Photos matched the reality but the description did not. Owners fault or booking site fault can't say. One minor thing was no water glasses. Overall quite happy.

Very clean - bathroom was especially worth a mention - lovely shower, no mould. Balcony space with two chairs was plenty big enough to sit in the sun and nice to have outdoor space. Fridge was nice to have. We didn't receive the access details and no reply to our emails so we had to chase with Hotels.com who got it sorted. Once we had the instructions, check in was easy. No safety notice (evacuation process, fire escapes) in the room - this may have been displayed somewhere else but I didn't see it. Very noisy guests in room next door (not the hotel's fault). They came back after midnight and had TV on so loud we could hear every word from our room. Think they had a bathroom outside the room as constant in and out, slamming doors. Area around hotel felt safe, lots of shops. Very close to Finsbury Park tube. Overall, a great value hotel and we'd 100% stay here again. Not sure how we've not come across it before!

Apart from a little confusion during check in, everything about the stay was great. Super bright and super clean, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.
