Die Wohnung ist super gelegen u. eignet sich so perfekt, um Madrid zu erkunden. Es gibt eine schöne Terrasse. Nachdem man sich (5 Etagen) durch ein wunderschönes Treppenhaus (mit schickem Holzfussboden) gekämpft hat, kommt man in eine überaus hässlich eingerichtete Wohnung - unschöner Fußboden u. geschmacklose Inneneinrichtung. Zum Glück war die Wohnung sauber u. die Küche halbwegs vernünftig ausgestattet. Aber ohne Terrasse wäre es ein völliger Reinfall gewesen.

The property was perfect. The location is amazing. The condo itself is clean and the outdoor patio is great. I highly recommend staying here, no complaints!

We arrived at 3pm as requested only to find the apartment not ready due to previous tenants late. We had to go away until cleaned. The apartment had a bad smell for the 6 days we were there and we had to leave windows open all the time To say the apartment is basic is a compliment! It is in dire need of modernisation and furnishings. The toilet is in the kitchen and the water power is so poor in the shower. You have to climb over the bidet to get to the shower. There’s only one mirror in the whole place and it’s in the bathroom. The hairdryer was broken. The kitchen is very poorly stocked and so limited for workspace. The bedrooms are bare and have no dressing tables or mirrors so you have to walk along a very long passage to the bathroom mirror. There are only 2 lamps in the place and both were broken. Worst of all are the beds. Squeak all the time. Every move makes them squeak so our sleep was so poor for 6 nights The pillows are terrible. Hard and lumpy. Also the air con in twin room is noisy The lounge sofa has lots of dirty stains on it so we had to cover it with a towel to sit down The TV is Spanish tv only There is a massive step up onto the balcony which is dangerous We did not enjoy our stay here and I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone We have stayed 3 times in Madrid and this is the most expensive but the worst place we have ever been. We knew about the 100 steps to climb up to it but it was so disappointing to climb them every day and reach this awful place It’s not worth half the rent they charge and should not be allowed The only positive is the location

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Great location. Nice terrace . Quite. Lots of stairs to get to the apartment. But that did not bother us , it was good exercise and helped us burn all the calories for all the deliceous food we ate in Madrid!!
