Booked 2 nights by mistake realizing our flight was 2am in the morning and not the afternoon . I couldn’t get a refund but it worked out ok. Our room faced the creek. It was comfortable, clean and basic. It’s not flashy but that’s exactly what I loved about this place. Checking in was easy, staff was friendly. We were driven by buggy to our block to our room. It’s easy to walk to and from without the buggy. When you step out of your block, you have access to eateries near by and along the Dubai Creek, shops selling souvenirs and clothing and also you can can the boat across. It’s a walkable area, safe and not so crowded. Breakfast is available and is held in a separate block to the reception. We walked there instead of catching a lift on the buggy. Just need to follow that boards placed on the sidewalk directing you where to go. Breakfast was lovely and well set out to eat out or indoors. Unfortunately there’s no airport transfer so we caught an Uber to the airport. Taxis can be another option but depending on the time of day, you might wait a while. There is a hop and off bus tour available which can take you to Dubai Mall. You can hop off at the diffère locations along the way eg. Dubai Frame. On same bus you can return to the village. We found this out when we caught the bus from Dubai Mall. Will definitely return again!

Absolutely loved my stay at Al Seef Heritage. Loved the vibrance of the area in the evenings, the room was great. Beautiful location and extremely helpful staff

The checking in was very long. 40 mn. there was only one staff person at the desk. Other staffs were just observing. Others in a room beside. After people complained one person came out the room and began to open the computer. And then only few indication to give the direction and the room location in the village. We were lost. No information about the place for the breakfast.

Beautiful hotel in Old Dubai, felt like I was in an old village. Breakfast was superb with traditional and European foods. Bed comfy. The room was cold so they brought a heater. Id imagine most of the year this wouldnt be a problem.
