The hotel was fine but Expedia advertised that it has a hot tub and it does not have one. The pool was fine but no hot tub.

The parking lot is atrocious full of potholes and makes walking difficult and dangerous. The room smelled damp and musty and the carpet was gross so wore shoes the whole time. Staff not particularly friendly.

Pool closed.

Room was clean and quiet. We slept well. Breakfast was hot. Reasonably priced room rate. But no elevator to second floor. Did not use pool.

Website states that building has a hot tub as an amenity, they in-fact do not, and when you try to talk to them about it, they say that only certain rooms have them. Those aren't hot tubs... that would be a spa tub, or glorified bathtub. The front desk staff was rude and uncooperative when trying to talk to them about the hot tub, and refused to give a refund after we had only been checked in for less than an hour before finding out the amenity wasn't there.

Only disappointment is no elevator...need to carry luggage up and down stairs! Odd a newer bldg doesn't have elevator.

The owner and staff are always obliging, the inside is always clean. We stay here 3 to 4 times a year and the parking lot is in terrible shape and has been for some time. There is also minimal upkeep to the grounds and lawn. Cigarette butts throughout the parking lot and immediate area.

We have stayed as a family at this hotel several times. The pool is very nice and the kids really enjoy it. The last two times we’ve stayed here we have to ask for pool towels. It seems there’s never more than 4 towels and when 10 kids swimming that’s not enough. This stay the breakfast area was not kept supplied. I went about 8:30 and there were 2 egg Pattie’s and a couple sausages left. I took one of each and they were cold. We had to go and ask for orange juice, milk, yogurt etc because everything was gone and counter area in breakfast area was covered in crumbs and not wiped down

Stayed here because it was convenient, right off the interstate. It served it's purpose - gave us a place to sleep for the night before pushing off again in the morning. Here are a few observations of note: 1 - Front desk help was not terribly helpful. We called ahead to confirm a late check-in and the gentleman didn't bother to tell us that there is major construction on I-90 going on in the area and we would have to take a back road of a different exit to access the hotel. That would have been nice to know since we ended up having to drive beyond the typical exit a few minutes and then come back from the opposite direction since the west-bound exit was closed. 2 - Everything at the hotel seemed jerry-rigged. Really poor shoestring budget repairs in the rooms - loose fixtures, warped doors that wouldn't close, etc, etc. 3 - Pool closes early and opens late, so the kids couldn't swim at all, to our disappointment. 4 - Breakfast was meager and clearly stuff had been placed out for eating that was not fresh - the seals on the tops of the butter packets weren't attached, so the butter was exposed to the environment, whatever that may be. My issue is this - we needed a place to lay our heads, which we got, so for that purpose this hotel is adequate and met our needs. However, the rooms were over-priced - they should not be more than $100/nt to stay here. This is a motel essentially and should be priced as such.

Comfy bed, although the room probably needed 1 king & not 2 Queens... little crowded, but very clean. Breakfast was nice, pool was a bit too chilly & altho HOT TUB was listed, there wasn't one (?)... Housekeeping Guy was very cheerful. We'd stay again... Nice location.

No suite available when we paid for a suite, air conditioner leaking water so the carpet was soaking wet, mirror so dirty it said “clean me” written on it from the previous guest, or possibly the one before that.

The toilet seat was discussing looking. Needs a new seat. Rest was ok. Coating was coming off and it looked like someone peed all over it. Put towels on the seat before I would sit down on it.

Save yourself and keep driving a few extra miles for the next hotel. Stayed in a room on the lower level and it was very musty and moldy smelling in the room. The carpet was damp. The whole room felt damp. It was disgusting. Worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Only perk was Cabin Coffee Co right next door.

The room was very clean. It had all the accommodations that I needed during my stay. Brandy was amazing Towards me, and help me get Checked in quickly

There is just the one thing that bothered me with this property. The cleanliness. The edges of all areas need a deep clean. I does not look like they dusted or vacuumed the edges of the carpet, behind tables and dressers. Even the main hallway needed to be edged on the carpeting and base boards. People with dust allergies would really have a problem staying here. I do have pictures if you would like to see the room 105.

First thing I want to say is the man at the front desk was very nice, very welcoming and very helpful. With that being said the first room that we went into was disgusting. There was hair in the bathroom sink. There was mold all over the hairdryer and in the shower. Also there were foot marks on the bathroom floor & the room smelled awful. We then went back to the nice man at the front desk and he said that there was another room available so we went up there, it was better but not great. There were cracks in the shower surround that looked as if somebody had punched it, there was dirt also along the top of the shower surround. It also looked as if somebody had slit the curtains they were ripped and tattered overall, it was not a great experience there, except for the nice man at the front desk.

Check in and staff very nice but the room smell of mildew instantly hit us each time we walked in…bathroom had poor quality repairs and needed overall redo…shower chair filthy…. been coming here for years watching this place slowly go downhill. It’s our last visit. Driving a bit further for better room at same price

Its alway an okay place to stay. Mattresses need replacing and touchups done in the rooms to paint in bathroom. There werent many there this christmas so limited food selection.

Nice ADA room

This was a good hotel with clean comfortable rooms. They had all the amenities that we needed in the room. Free breakfast and coffee too.

A totally fine place to stay. Decor is a little dated. Staff is very friendly. Nice waffles for breakfast.

This hotel seemed overpriced for the condition it is in. The lobby is nice, and looks remodeled. The free breakfast was subpar at best. We went to the gas station across the street for food and coffee. The man who did check-in wasn't very friendly, polite or helpful. Our room was okay, but had peeling paint around the doorframe and scratchy toilet paper. The shower curtain rod had been ripped out of the wall in the bathroom previously and no repainting done. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were awful. Would not stay here again, especially at the price. Will try the Super 8 across the street next time.

It's the best place to stay in Blue Earth, Minnesota. Rooms are quiet and clean. The pool is very nice.

The check in person was very rude, and said i made a mistake and had to call expedia because i put 2 people instead of 4. He didnt want to help at all. Finally found out that i was right, and he was looking at it wrong. He didnt apologize and was very upset that we used an outside online booking.

This hotel is always a pleasant stay for us when we come to town to visit family. Very nice owners.

Staff accommodating

Desk clerk barely said 2 words to us. Couldn’t find our name on his reservation sheet so handed it to us to find our name. We asked about nearby restaurants and he pointed across the street. Breakfast is very limited.

Clean, quiet hotel. Pleased with my stay. Comfortable bed and sofa. Not much in town other than a cute coffee shop and a pizza hut which i utilzed both.

Easy to get to. Good dining choices

Convenient lodging during the County fair.

The hotel is easy to get to and is near food and gas. It is clean quiet, with reasonable prices.

Close to what we were in town for.

Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable temperatures and bed. When we arrived for breakfast, there was very little food available - one cold egg, 1 sausage, milk was gone. We were able to make waffles, which were good.

Breakfast not refilled at all from 0830 to 1000. Empty hot bar. Employee standing in the back behind the counter, didnt come out until it was time to put out the 3 slices of bread back into the loaf of bread. At least 3 families waiting for food during the multiple times we checked the dining area, nothing but an empty waffle dispenser, 2 bagels and cold cereal dispenser.

The photo of the room showed a spa tub, but our room did not have one. The room smelled like a jr high boys gym bag! The room looked clean, but smelled. This is the third hotel in 11 days that was pet friendly and this one smelled the worst. It also said it had breakfast. Well if you call bagels and toast breakfast then you will love it.
