5성급이라는 이름이 무색한 서비스와 불친절, 반드시 개선 및 반성하시기 바랍니다. 풀만 옌타이 센터의 명성과 5성급 타이틀을 믿고 방문했으나, 이번 숙박 경험은 그야말로 최악이었습니다. 호텔 측과 해당 직원들은 아래 문제점들에 대해 심각하게 반성하고 서비스 체계를 전면 재검토해야 합니다. 사전 고지 없는 시설 이용 제한 및 허위 안내 수영장 보수공사로 이용이 불가하다면 예약 전에 명확히 안내했어야 합니다. 체크인 시 사우나와 헬스장 이용이 가능하다고 안내받았으나, 막상 가보니 사우나는 이용 불가였고 헬스장 역시 런닝머신 외에는 제대로 갖춰진 것이 없었습니다. 일관성 없고 무성의한 서비스 제공 포함된 라운지 혜택은 제대로 운영조차 하지 않은 채 아무런 사전 고지 없이 조식 식당에 저녁을 먹게 했습니다. 직원들마다 설명이 제각각 달라 투숙객에게 혼란만 주었습니다. 객실 관리 부실 입실 시 객실 내 담배 냄새가 났습니다. 기본적인 위생 및 객실 상태 관리가 전혀 이루어지지 않고 있습니다. 고객을 대하는 직원의 태도 및 분실물 처리 불성실 체크아웃 후 두고 온 충전기 어댑터 확인을 위해 방문했을 때, 프론트의 안경 쓴 남자 직원 및 다음 날 근무한 Novia, Eden 직원의 태도는 매우 실망스러웠습니다. 분실물을 제대로 확인하려는 노력도 없이 투숙객을 응대하는 태도에서 전문성과 친절함은 전혀 찾아볼 수 없었습니다. 주말이라 결코 저렴한 가격이 아니었음에도, 기본적인 시설 안내부터 고객 응대까지 서비스 전반이 형편없었습니다. 해당 직원들과 매니저급 관리자들은 이번 일을 계기로 고객 서비스에 대해 깊이 반성하고 즉각적인 개선 조치를 취하시기 바랍니다.
