I booked through Expedia/Hotels.com. I have been double charged. Hotel staff will not help me and Expedia staff is terrible to work with. Basically it’s a steal your money, then sit on hold, then send, resend and resend supporting docs substantiating the double charge (one of which is on their own letterhead stating the terms of the stay due to a change made in the allowable time) but yet they now are saying they have to “pull voice recordings” as if it’s now a police investigation. Don’t stay there and don’t ever ever ever use Expedia! They stole money from me.

Clean and quiet place, stuff is friendly

We originally were given a room that was still occupied. They then placed us in another room that was of lesser value. The shower head sprayed all over and the shower curtain was inadequate to keep water from spraying out. Breakfast was mediocre. We won’t be back.
