Cons: dirty floors, ants at counter top, mosquitos, parking garage issues. The 1st level of garage is open at street level, it is NOT gated. As it moves upward you need the key fob to pass thru the interior gate to be able to park with some minimal amount of security. Sadly, that interior access gate has a lower clearance... our Ford 350 was too tall! A major reason for our selecting this apt rental was the off street gated parking garage. Trucks in Texas are being broken into and often times stolen outright, on a daily badis. Our trucks have been hit on 4 occasions! On the 2nd night, we were awakened 4 times due to car alarms going off for looong periods of time within the garage. The unit did smell a bit like pet urine and only 2 tv remotes were found, the 3rd was missing. The pros: Bedrooms x2 were large, beds firm but comfortable. The towels were soft, clean, plentiful. Bathrooms were large and clean. It was a 1st floor unit so pretty dark, so you might want to request an upper floor to avoid the dreary darkness.

We booked Kasa because of the proximity to UT Southwestern Medical Center. So close, we walked. The rooms were spacious and beds super comfortable! If we needed anything, Kasa was available 24/7. Their service was top-notch! The common area is nice. The gym didn’t have hardly any working equipment but we made do. The dog park was less than stellar for sure. No one cleans up after their pets. We had to find a new pet friendly area to take our pup. Overall, it served its purpose well and we would stay again for the proximity to the hospital.

It was Fantastic! The place was very clean. It was quiet. It’s close to the airport and medical centers. It had a nice Community room and pool. All questions were answered immediately!

Very spacious apartment had plenty of room for me and my family! Bathrooms were huge and so was the closet space! The pool needed some cleaning so therefore we didn’t get in but it is a nice big pool space. We did put the kitchen to use and there was everything utensils wise we needed in the cabinets so that was a plus! It was a pretty good stay over all.

We enjoyed our stay overall with Kasa. The virtual front desk process went smoothly. Great communication with very detailed instructions. Parking was secure and felt safe overall. The Kasa Love property had the pool closed for the month for yearly maintenance which we were not made aware of as this was the reason I chose this location but they did move us to a different property that had an open pool halfway thru our trip. They responded quickly to any issues that arise during our stay.

The room was very clean, welcoming and my kitchen had everything from pans, spoons forks, to a Keurig. Rooms were nice and cool and I slept like a bear on their King size bed. Highly recommend.

I would have rated this four stars, but...my feet turned black from walking around apartment. Unit needs to be mopped several times over...which made me question the cleanliness of EVERYTHING. Towels are cheap and threadbare, ice maker did not work, bathroom sink faucet is leaking and unit was skimpy on the toilet paper for a 5-day stay. Otherwise, it served its purpose (needed to stay close by while family member was in hospital). I appreciated the detailed check-in/out instructions; and having somewhere to stay with a full kitchen.

Having the space of a 2 bed/2 bath apartment was nice!! Also enjoyed having the kitchen and complimentary coffee!! However, the floors were dirty! They didn’t appear dirty but after walking around barefoot for a little while my feet were disgustingly dirty! So we had to always have shoes on which sucked. We also had a couple bugs in the apartment. The property had a lot of trash piled up and the parking area also had rundown cars and trashed furniture you could tell had been there for awhile. The beds were not comfortable at all. Some cabinet doors were fallin apart. The apartment was cute but quality was just ok. The area was also not what I would consider to be safe as there were alot of transients around. I was super happy there was gated parking…but it wasn’t convenient to have to get out to enter the code.

The room was very clean organized and big. They made sure that all my entry codes worked went we got there. They had plenty of towels coffee sugar creamer and tea so we wouldn’t have to be asking for it.

The unit was very nice. Clean, comfortable furniture. The patio was nice just too hot to set out on. The only issue with this place was we were on the first floor and above us were kids running and tromping from 2pm to 11. They were so loud you could barely watch tv. For that reason I will not stay again.

Overall Kasa is a good option, especially if you have business at the medical center. The mattresses could use an upgrade and there were some little things that could be fixed like the missing handle inside the shower.

Overall stay was great , love hiwnits close to UT and Food places just down the street. Room had full kitchen wash and dryer. Two TVs one in bedroom and one in living room. Lots of space!! Downside, bed was uncomfortable and sqraked with the slightest movement. The tub in bathroom as old and peeling from the bottom made you not want to step foot in it. No trash service on the weekend and we stayed three days so there is that. Was not sure where the pool was we were in building B and was not sure if we could get into Building A maybe it was in there.

This place was very close to the hospital for us. Very easy to access. The place was very pretty and clean. Accommodation were great the only complaint was that too much light comes in the windows at night in the bedrooms. Maybe some blackout window covers would help. Would recommend it.

Pros: Minimalist decor is amazing! The unit size/floorplan was perfect for my business stay needs. Location is close to the airport and medical district for healthcare professionals. Not far from I35N which helped my commutes. Cons: Patio door was jammed so I couldn't use the patio. Not fixed during my stay. A bit of rusting on the shower ceiling and cracks in walls thoughout the unit distract from an otherwise nice place to stay. Dog park and slamming doors in the hallway create alot of noise.

This was the perfect place to stay at while I was in town for a conference. The service and communication was top-notch. I felt safe, comfortable and as if I was in my own home. Thank you for your friendly service and hospitality!! I definitely would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Fantastic choice for a weekend getaway forcmy husband and I. From the start, I received clear communication for the check in process. I had a very responsive personal contact 24/7 to answer any question and who checked on us. The apartment was very well appointed with everything needed to prepare food such as pans, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, etc... The bed was so comfy and there was a full size washer/dryer. It was the biggest bang for our buck. Much less than what we would have paid for a hotel, especially after you include parking and/or valet. Parking was free and easy. We felt safe and the outdoor pool area was really nice! It was close to convenient stores and restaurants. I highly recommend.

Fantastic choice for a weekend getaway forcmy husband and I. From the start, I received clear communication for the check in process. I had a very responsive personal contact 24/7 to answer any question and who checked on us. The apartment was very well appointed with everything needed to prepare food such as pans, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, etc... The bed was so comfy and there was a full size washer/dryer. It was the biggest bang for our buck. Much less than what we would have paid for a hotel, especially after you include parking and/or valet. Parking was free and easy. We felt safe and the outdoor pool area was really nice! It was close to convenient stores and restaurants. I highly recommend.

It was great to have the amenities of a fully furnished apartment. The check in was cumbersome due to it not being clearly stated in the check in instructions that there are two buildings separated by a parking garage. We found it but it is not clearly signed or mentioned in the check it steps to find the apartment.

The staff is wonderful. Very attentive to any needs and very quick to respond. I was communicating about schedules and check out times while we were in Dallas for my wife’s survey. That night they came to my door with a bouquet of flowers and some fruits, nuts and cheese for us. What great customer service. We were minutes away from UT Southwest. Very convenient to the medical district. I would recommend this place to everyone.

We stayed there for 3 nights from 12/29-1/1/2025, the room is not good sound proof, we were waked by variant noise every night, on third night after dinner, they updated the call box code, we didn’t know and were locked out of the building

We enjoyed our stay overall with Kasa. The virtual front desk process went smoothly. Great communication with very detailed instructions. Parking was secure and felt safe overall. The Kasa Love property had the pool closed for the month for yearly maintenance which we were not made aware of as this was the reason I chose this location but they did move us to a different property that had an open pool halfway thru our trip. They responded quickly to any issues that arise during our stay.

The room was wonderful - very clean and had plenty of space. Kasa's communication was fantastic with the check in and check out instructions. My only complaint is that the parking garage is creepy and so are the buildings hallways. I wouldn't go in those places alone because it felt unsafe.

I would definitely recommend this place if you plan to stay in Dallas! The location was nice! The planes weren’t much of a bother and it was actually pretty cool to see some of them landing. The roads around the area are a bit terrible so be mindful of that. Few homeless people walking about but they weren’t a bother. Parking was easy and the instructions for check-in and access to the amenities was pretty straight forward! They even had pictures with the instructions. The outside patio was a bit smaller than expected and the mosquitoes were pretty ruthless…but it’s Texas in the summertime so that’s to be expected. There were a few minor things such as a light that was out and the presence of a few gnats, but otherwise it was a comfortable stay! I’d definitely stay here again ☺️

The studio is very nice. Spacious, very well equipped, with everything one would need. The area is not great, there are a few restaurants within walking distance, but overall is not pedestrian or pretty.

Positives- As depicted room and clear communication. Close to airports which is nice and medical district. Negatives- Building entry door jammed and we found it left open on many occasions and made worse as areas behind/around the property were sketchy. Would not stay again, but appreciate the clear communication and accurate room description.

O apartamento está em boa localização. Estacionamento interno. Tivemos alguns problemas, o chuveiro era péssimo, o pior que já fiquei em um hotel e cama era extremamente barulhenta. As paredes são muito finas, era possível ouvir todas as conversas dos apartamentos ao lado.

BEWARE THERE IS A REASON ITS NON-REFUNDABLE!!!!! It was difficult to find but once we made it in we quickly realized this is not like a regular hotel. It has a virtual front desk so there isn't any person for you to talk face to face with. The pictures were a bit misleading, the fold out couch in our unit was broken, and we didn't have any pool passes. When I reached out I was contacted regarding issues I never even reported so there was some confusion on their end. They have noise sensors in the units but that does nothing for all the dogs barking and planes flying over. We ended up eating the payment and stayed somewhere more suited to what we are used to.
