I would never stay at this hotel again. It was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The entire property smelled terrible. The carpet in the entrance looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time, and the hallways were constantly cluttered with housekeeping carts, making the place feel dirty and disorganized. The staff was not helpful at all. I explained that I had recently undergone knee surgery and asked if I could have a room close to the entrance. Instead, they assigned me one of the rooms farthest away, forcing me to walk much farther than I should have. The room itself had an unpleasant odor, the towels smelled awful, and there were no toiletries provided in the bathroom. Overall, the cleanliness of both the room and the common areas was unacceptable. Another frustrating experience was their visitor policy. I told them I had family visiting and asked if there was a way for them to be let in without me having to walk all the way downstairs, especially given my knee surgery and the location of my room. Even though someone was at the front desk 24 hours a day, they refused and insisted that I personally come downstairs every time to let my visitors in. This hotel seriously needs to improve its cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else unless you have absolutely no other option.

Average place. OK if you’re just passing through and need a place to rest your head.

This is a massive hotel. The lobby is tiny with staff of one behind glass. There was no staff available at checkout so nobody to tell that our bathroom sink didn’t drain. The hotel is very bare bones but the rooms are clean although the lobby carpet is not.

Prima kamer echter op deze warme dag geen airco oid maar een ventilator. Beetje jammer dat je tijdens iets eerder inchecken wanneer je kamer klaar is 15£ extra moet betalen. En anders wachten op je al gereed zijnde kamer. Verder alles prima.
