Best Western Plus Dartmouth Hotel & Suites

Clean and modern room. The whole hotel look very clean and modern. I personally did not swim in the pool but I heard some complaints about it being too cold for the little ones.

I only got chereos and the patatos since i don't like peppers and stuff in eggs would have prefered simple scrambled eggs and i didn't end up liking the patatoes with usually is my favorite part. I also don't eat breakfast sausage so i had no meat options. Maybe think to accomodate all people. A lot of people don't like peppers and onions in omelettes. If i liked those things tho they would have been very good was fresh

Overall, our stay was good. The room was spacious, and the location was great—close to shopping and very convenient. The hotel is also family-friendly. However, there are a few areas for improvement. The bathroom was quite small, and the mini fridge didn’t hold much. Breakfast service was inconsistent, and the food was cold. Pool rules and waivers should be better explained at check-in for safety. Housekeeping missed a few details like restocking toilet paper and refilling toiletries. The restaurant food was great, but service was slow and not very attentive. It would also help to have better supervision in shared spaces and posted quiet hours. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but would like to see some improvements before returning.
