Clean property, clean linens, overall a good experience and comfortable beds! We thoroughly enjoyed the dinner buffet at the on-site restaurant, and the breakfast buffet equally too! A short ride from the famous temple. This is the best place if you’re visiting the city.

The hotel is nice and clean. The staff here is very friendly, warm and helpfull. Nothing was to much for them. Mr. Venky and gopal at the reception. Check in was very quick. And the restaurant was great. Everybody is friendly and do there work with love and a smile. Nothing is to much. We want to thank sajana, santosh, indumati, shivakumar and every restaurant staff for excellent service. Chef ramasadhivan, youre food was deliciuos. In this hotel you get the feeling of home far away from home. Rooms are good. Breakfast is good and has everything. And dessert are yummie. This was such a nice hotel where even the cleaning personnel rahim and vanita came to ask us if the rooms were cleaned to our satisfation. Well done marriott madurai!! Keep doing youre work with love and dedication! For sure we will be staying here again if were in madurai. Thank you very much for a wonderfull stay.

I had a lovely stay at Courtyard by Marriott Madurai, what really stood out was the warm welcome from the front desk team. Alen, Pratik Shetty, Jinda, and Veer went out of their way to make me feel like a valued guest, from friendly greetings to helpful suggestions. The hotel itself is excellent, clean, well‑located, with a great breakfast spread, and round‑the‑clock service. Highly recommend this place,not just for the amenities, but for the genuine hospitality that the front desk team showed. PS: Not sure whether I got the reception people names right.

The staff was excellent and service was great. A bit disappointed by bathroom as water from shower was leaking into the toilet whenever we took shower. The food was excellent and people who served were awesome especially Shreya, Siddiq and Sachin. They took real good care of us. Front desk went out of the way to decorate the groom/bride room. Thank you.

Right from arrival & check in through to check out this hotel would be one of my favourites across the world. Super friendly, extremely efficient with "a nothing is too much trouble" attitude by each & every staff member. Excellent selection of dishes in the restaurant and very attentive wait staff.
