Very clean. Staff was friendly. I loved the location. My dog was welcome, and breakfast was great. I woke early at 6 and breakfast was ready, took a walk on historic streets, came back at 8 just a tad hungry so had a little snack. Great fun!

Things that need improvement toilet is extremely cramped and crowded by wall on one side and sink on other; very awkward (we are average size adults) no hand holds in tub/shower; this is dangerous; also no place to set things in shower had to ask for towel service and shampoo; soaps very tiny considering two adults no dresser to store clothing; left in suitcases window air conditioner and loud tv had no cable, no usage instructions and were unable to get help from desk bedside lighting for reading only on one side of bed two night stay but told at check in there would be no maid service or entry into our room on second day; if we needed anything we could find someone to ask the room (one queen size bed) was VERY small For the price that we paid we expected better and were disappointed overall Things that were good breakfasts were good with adequate choices room and rest of hotel were very clean and common areas attractive

Optimum location in the heart of the city. Appreciated the historical aspect, attentive staff and information provided. Comfortable room and accessible to numerous cafes, bars and musical venues.

My one-night stay at this Hotel was great! Laurie, the front desk person, was not only friendly, but helped "educate" me to Silver City and this fantastic Art Deco Hotel history of upgrading. This was my first visit to Silver City to visit friends I hadn't seen in years, and if I ever get the chance to return to Silver City, I would gladly stay there again! Just a couple suggestions, if applicable: I would suggest inputting in descriptions online that rooms have a refrigerator and a window air conditioner. (I didn't see those 2 items listed in the descriptions I read online about the hotel, but it would have been nice to know that info--so I wouldn't have had to bring my cooler. All the very best to this beautiful Art Deco hotel....! Sometimes it's nice to see things from the past, all new again and especially with the help of your very friendly/helpful staff!
