Property is old but the rooms are in excellent condition Clean washroom and nice outdoor pool

Rooms are ok, but needs upgrading. Some lights not working properly. Pool was nice but no chairs. Friendly staff at front desk.

This location was just want we wanted - quiet, away from the hussle of the main tourist area - yet only 3 km away so we could drive in each day. All the staff were super friendly & helpful. The place was very clean & fresh & well supplied. We were very pleased with the price too! We will definitely be returning here again - & we recommend it to others!

The staff was great. The rooms were nice. The pool is no private its located next to a main road.

Not fancy, but clean. Very friendly staff. Free parking is nice and it was just down the road from all the falls view attractions.

Breakfast wasn’t good just serials and bread and butter. One small toaster for all gusts. Pool was good.

Stayed for a soccer tournament. Kind friendly staff and very helpful. Rooms were quiet. Great place to stay that’s not too busy. Pool was a big hit with the kids.

Great location clean and friendly! We booked for 3 nights and it was perfect for us. The wego bus stop is right accross the street and there is a nice peruvian restaurant beside. Room and pool was clean and easy access. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is basic, cereales, bread, juice and coffee. We loved our stay and recommend it!

Beds were comfortable, good internet, breakfast was basic but free so no complaints, helpful guy at check in realised I had a stick so swapped us for a downstairs room with no issues, swimming pool an added bonus. Good location for Niagara. Generally a little dated, but good value for money, a pleasant stay.

The staff were friendly, and the rooms and pool area were clean. The rooms are dated and could use a refresh, which is reflected in the price. (Bonus) - It is located right next to a WeGo transportation hub.

Shocked to find cockroaches, dead bed bug n other insects in the room. Bedsheet was not thoroughly washed n had visible blood stains. Lamp shades are broken. Cobwebs on outside rails. Breakfast was very basic. Staff was courteous. Near a GO bus stop. Walkable distance to the Whirlpool Aero Car n White Water Walk, Maple Leaf Place (where The Hungry Moose food court is) n close to the border at Whirlpool Bridge. We stumbled upon the Great Wolf Lodge opposite the bus stop one night while looking for a dining place n it looks like a great place for a family vacay. Location is ok but property needs a revamp.

BEDBUGS AND NO REFUND

Spider webs in every ceiling corner, spiders and ants on walls, thick layer of dust on floor edges clearly not vacuumed perimeter edges in years. Noise of other units using water. However front desk staff was very good.

Cleaning can be better. Spiders were everywhere. LOCATION is good.

While I do understand that it is a more than affordable hotel, I would expect it to be clean. It unfortunately wasn’t.

The room need need deep cleaning the carpetvfloor and the walls needcto ne vleanvthere was to many spiders 🕷 and ants 🐜 my daughter and I bitten. The tolilot sit need to change. Uet the sataf are very polite and welcoming. The location is very nice and i like the view it is wakling distance to riverside. And it is cheaper price and free parking.

Debris on floor in bathroom behind door, cobwebs in corner by bed, had to ask for different bedspreads because original ones had stains/ crusty stuff on them and “new” ones they gave me had same issue. Went to Walmart and bought own comforters. Front desk staff need to wear deodorant. Room smelled funny by we got used to it.

Very dated but clean & convenient. Didn't have high expectations due to the low price. Beds were comfortable, bathroom dated but everything worked. Basic breakfast was also included

No mini fridge or microwave. The bathtub was peeling abd the walls in the room itself needed repainting. We won't be staying there afain 👎👎

Upon entering the room, although the decore was alittle dated like the bedding, curtains etc overall the room was clean. The one issue is that the room was very humid and the carpet felt damp like it has been steam cleaned and not dried yet. During the night I almost broke my neck because i got up to go pee and the tile floor in the bathroom was damp (not from water but like a sweat from the humidity. Definitely a dehumidifier in the room. The complementary breakfast leaves much to be desired as its extremely basic. Toast was the only "hot" part of breakfast with butter, peanut butter and jam packets if desired. The "cold" part of breakfast was only 2 kinds of cereal (fruit loops or raisin brain). There was no other choices. No eggs, meat, yogurt or even simple fruit. There was a juice machine there but neither was filled with anything other then air. Coffee was available but tea was limited. I think most people would still need to go eat elsewhere to be full and not really choices for little ones. Staff were okay. Friendly enough but no "extra" just did my job vibes. I probably would look elsewhere for a different hotel next time over staying here. Its kinda far out. The price was reasonable but if i paid just alittle more for a different hotel i could have stayed on clifton hill for only slightly more, had a nicer hotel, better breakfast and to be honest staff that would be alittle more happier to see us check in and check out.

The hotel was budget-friendly, and the front desk staff were nice, but the rooms did not have a fridge and the walls were pretty thin, as you could hear noise easily.

Hotel is old and needs updating. It was clean, and the beds were comfortable.

Overall very good experience especially front desk service very helpful. A person name, Tanvesh, at front service desk here at Niagra Falls very kind and helpful and able to provide some services after hours. Very nice, comfortable, economical for family and friends.

We asked for a fridge to our room, because we have milk for my youngest kid and need s to be keep in the fridge. They keep telling they gonna bring but they never did. We stayed 2 nights and not a good experience at all.

Cheapest place in the area and well worth it!!! it! Every staff person was friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. They got a room ready early for us, cleaned and replenished towels and toiletries daily. I highly recommend!!! Even offered to get us breakfast after breakfast hours ended. Well run established!!

Friendly staff, clean room and bathroom. Loved the scenic view and it's close enough to the Falls. Our room was cleaned each day and fresh towels supplied also. Coffee and light breakfast provided and we appreciated the free parking. TV only has a few channels but that's okay, we were out sightseeing so not an issue. Overall our stay was enjoyable and we plan to return and stay here again.

it was perfect for my single getaway. 9 minutes biking from the Falls, parking enough and access to an outdoor pool. Only 20 minutes drive to Niagara-On-The-Lake and Fort George. Bottom line perfect Location and reasonable prices

Good quiet location (out of the noise) Walking distance to the whirlpool and beautiful park Great service at the front desk! The hotel needs a good makeover! Ripped lamp shades Holes and chipped paint on the walls and ceiling Needs to be improved on cleanliness! Stained carpet and chairs Dirt around the faucet fingerprints spots and stains on the walls For a one night YES! ( very comfy bed) For a price of $260 NO!!!

There is a short walk from the Super8 hotel to the Whirlpool Aero Car. At the Whirlpool Aero Car there is a food vendor and a WeGO green line bus stop. The lamps and lampshades need to be replaced. The hotel is quiet and conveniently located. I don’t like how the breakfast stops at 9am. It should continue till 10am. The breakfast offerings are cereal, juice, and toast only.

There is basically no breakfast. The options are coffee (regular only, no decaf), two types of juice from a machine - orange and apple; milk, three types of the cheapest sliced bread with the option of butter and/or jam, and two types of cereal. That’s it. The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily, but the furniture and carpets are old, dirty and stained. The place needs to be renovated ASAP. The place was full and many people were disappointed as it did not adhere to the expectations and the price paid. It takes about 40 minutes to an hour walking to get to the attractions.

not many options for breakfast, only bread and cereal is available for breakfast, and not enough sitting space in breakfast area.

Place is really easy to get to and find while been really close to a strip mall, Niagara Falls and Clinton Street. Having the parking right in front of the room you are staying is also really great. Breakfast option is not that great and really limited. Is mostly some off-brand cereal and bread. If breakfast option is important, don't pick this hotel for it.
