Staff very friendly and helpful even though the system throws a curve ball ,,but rarely, just checked out ,nice rest energy to spare

The room was only somewhat clean. The bedsheets had cigarette burns, the curtains were falling apart, and the floors were dirty and sticky. When we first arrived, there were two sheriff’s trucks parked outside, with people doing drugs nearby and several homeless individuals in front of the hotel. The overall environment felt unsafe and very rundown. The water from the sink came out yellow, which was extremely concerning. On top of that, when we checked out the next day, the staff initially refused to return my $100 deposit because they couldn’t find the record. The whole process was disorganized and frustrating. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience. I would not stay here again.

The staff is very attentive, courteous, friendly and professional. But the room, and the building condition is just ok, need update. the location is great, convenient both to get food, eat in restaurants, and the easy access to highway.
