Great stay for a family with small children. Located near good restaurants and close enough to the falls without having to break the bank! Cons: small swimming pool, the breakfast could offer better options and the double bed rooms bathroom is right in the middle and it does NOT lock!

Big rooms with comfortable beds and a walk in closet. Breakfast spread was great with lots of options to take a snack to go. For example, oatmeal, muffins and waffles in individualized packages. Parking free for the week when staying the night- perfect for a family that is flying out of Buffalo airport.

The staff remembered us from our previous stay and were friendly. helpful and efficient. Our room was clean, quiet and safe. Parking area was well lit and safe. Breakfast was very good with a nice healthy variety. The shuttle driver Saturday morning was on time as scheduled. She is friendly, and a good safe driver, It was good to see the shuttle roof had apparently been repaired because it didn't leak this time, We could see water stains on the roof, but no leaks, Thank you!

We had no notice that pool was out of service until we arrived, which was the major reason we booked a hotel room for the indoor pool for the kids, this information should have been provided on website or at least been offered a lower rate for the inconvenience. Also, rooms were small, tv was out of place, it was not centered for easy watching. There was an ice storm the night we stayed and at check out (noon) no signs of plow or salt truck..the parking lot was a sheet of ice. ..one more thing, at the time of check in, the front desk took a call from what i can assume was owner/management on occupancy status, just very tacky, this info should not be discussed in front of guest

Great rooms. Nice pool. Included breakfast was very good. Front desk staff could have been a bit more pleasant. Little things make a difference sometimes. Overall, a very nice place to spend the night.

The hotel was conveniently located in an area with a good variety of restaurants. The room.was stellar, down comforter and soft pillows. The cleanliness as above and beyond. I stayed at several other places during this trip and none could compare. I highly recommend this hotel.

Property was under construction and we were not informed and were given a room on the floor that was being refurbished. We were there for a wedding and had to be extra careful not to ruin our clothes because of paint on the hallway floors and walls, debris every where, and smell was disgusting. Also no housekeeping service the entire 4 night stay. Extremely disappointed! Was charged full rate!

The rooms are spacious, which is nice. The thing I found super annoying is the bathroom being the center of the room, with a big glass sliding door - so there is not way for hte light from it not to flood the room. When traveling with a family this is a real pain. Also - all the bathroom floors have a slippery residue on them - even the accessable room. Also - the accessable room had a low toilet, there were bars next to it, but still, that low squat is worth noting for those who have hip or knee issues. The bathrooms floors are very slippry - even with shoes on. I would never go barefoot in them.

Absolutely great stay! Friendly staff! Loved the convenience of being right off the interstate and close to shopping. We would definitely stay again. One comment, is to have to option to have the fridge on beyond 2 hours at a time. As if any left overs are in the fridge, there is the fear of spoilage. Having to press a button every 2 hours is not convenient, but I do get why you guys do that. Just would have been nice to be able to keep on over night. Or at least for 8 hours.

Our room was really nice and spacious. I liked the roominess of having a sofa bed with work station in addition to our two queen beds. The bathroom was also spacious, and the shower head was so nice! One drawback was the bathroom door emitting the brightness of the bathroom light if being used in the middle of the night. This hotel will be our go-to when we return when we visit our western New York relatives.

My overall stay was amazing. The only small minor minor downfall was I called for airport pickup roughly two weeks before my stay and we had to wait an additional 15 minutes at the airport. It was mentioned that it wasn’t place in the system after the receptionist confirmed with me initially. Overall I would stay here again and would recommend.

Not a good experience. At breakfast many things weren’t refilled, even though there were hours left. Water jug was usually empty. Was charged daily by an error even though I pre-payed (they eventually fixed it after 3 phone calls).

I reserved a queen suite and checked in. But upon arrival they had no room for us that we booked. They called the sister hotel and took us there but when we got there they had a smaller room. We called back. They picked us up and we took the smaller room. So why give a room away when you reserve the room.

We reserved a double bed room for 5 of us. Instead were given a King bed and were told we don't commit the room. Neither Expedia, nor hotel took the responsibility. No crib or extra mattress were peovided either.

Beautiful suite. Breakfast was decent. Nice pool. Quiet. It was a little far from the Walden Galleria so you definitely need a car to get around. Found a few ants but we were on the first floor so understandable. Overall it was a nice hotel.

Check in was less than 2 minutes and check out even faster. Hotel is in a quiet area but 5 to 10 minutes from plenty of shopping and eating choices.

Not a good experience. At breakfast many things weren’t refilled, even though there were hours left. Water jug was usually empty. Was charged daily by an error even though I pre-payed (they eventually fixed it after 3 phone calls).

The staff remembered us from our previous stay and were friendly. helpful and efficient. Our room was clean, quiet and safe. Parking area was well lit and safe. Breakfast was very good with a nice healthy variety. The shuttle driver Saturday morning was on time as scheduled. She is friendly, and a good safe driver, It was good to see the shuttle roof had apparently been repaired because it didn't leak this time, We could see water stains on the roof, but no leaks, Thank you!

Very cold room at night. Heat would not come on. Breakfast was terrible. Runny eegs. Stale pastries. No hot chocolate. And way over prices. This hotel should never charge more than $119/night.

Had some issues with our stay here - would have to disagree with the hotels.com rating. Would not rate this as a good hotel for families. Room sizes are smaller, definitely not the size of other suite hotel rooms. This was disappointing for our family of 4, as the pictures of the rooms were deceiving and walking around each other was narrow and tight. About 22 inches between the bed and wall to walk through the room. Breakfast was also just average. The breakfast staff were good at keeping it stocked and clean. However the size of the breakfast area was small for the amount of guests the hotel holds. Two of the three days of our stay, we decided just to skip breakfast instead of fight the chaos of everyone on top of each other at the single counter. Also, the seating was limited and full most of the time when we went down for breakfast. The staff were nice at the front desk. However we requested our room to be cleaned on the 2nd day because the housekeeper didn't make the beds or give us new towels. After we requested our room to be cleaned, there was no evidence they ever came to clean it the next 2 days at all. I had to go to the front desk to get clean towels and bathmat, and make our own beds and take out the trash. The pool area was nice and clean and our kids enjoyed it. They do seem to keep up with that area, as well as the outside of the property. That being said, the actual hotel room was one of the worst I have been to for many years.
