Sehr sauber, hervorragendes Frühstück und nette, hilfsbereite MItarbeiter, welche trotz bestehender Sprachbarriere immer eine Lösung gefunden haben

Die Anlage ist eigentlich schön, aber das Personal unmotiviert besonders im Restaurant. Frühstück war auch sehr überschaubar. Ich würde es nicht weiter empfehlen!

As instalações das áreas comuns e o jardim são muito lindos! O café da manhã é bom. Mas a equipe estava bem desalinhada, e as condições do quarto estavam péssimas!!! Não condizentes com o valor pago. Pedimos o lanche pra viagem ao chegar na noite anterior, o recepcionista não sabia se tinha essa opção ou não, e ficou de nos dar um retorno o qual jamais aconteceu! Na manhã seguinte pedi ao staff da cozinha, que nos deu um sanduíche seco e um suco em lata em uma sacola plástica, dizendo que precisamos avisar no dia anterior a necessidade desse serviço! (Oi?) As condições do quarto, com vazamento sobre a pia do banheiro, roupa de cama suja, pedida expressamente para ser trocada, foi trocado apenas o lençol e ficando o restante ainda sujo. Quartos com muito mofo, sem cortina, e vaso sanitário esatava solto! Foi muito ruim o quarto ainda com 2 crianças.. triste

Choosing to stay at Pousada Olho D’Água during our time in Bonito was without a doubt one of the best decisions we made. The property is impeccable, peacefully hidden in nature and surrounded by fruit trees, where we even got to pick delicious, fresh mangos. The rooms were comfortable and well sized, equipped with air conditioning and a lovely bathroom with an excellent shower. Waking up there was an experience in itself: macaws and parakeets became our natural alarm clock, gently forcing us out of bed just to admire them. We felt incredibly lucky to stay at Pousada Olho D’Água and to be able to contemplate nature as part of our daily routine. The only small suggestion we would make is to offer a greater variety of fresh, local juices at the restaurant. Overall, it was a truly memorable stay, and we would absolutely return.

Um lugar incrível em meio natureza, mesmo estando colado à cidade. Hospedagem aconchegante e com equipe solícita. Recomendado.
