Fantastic experience at this location. The location is great with everything important at walking distance along with the Art district. Excellent views from the room, patio and the parking space. Actually parking is in front of the rooms with each room having a seating area in front of them. The rooms are clean and tidy with all amenities. Bathroom was clean and we felt good staying there. The office closes off at 9 pm and reopens at 8:30 am. As we checked out before that, we had to leave our keys in the room. We paid around $256 for one night and given the popularity of Sedona during spring and all high costs around, this felt justifiable. Overall the location and the views are king for this accommodation. A 5/5 experience.

Nice place overall. Great location. An older hotel updated. The ice machine did not work and hasn't for over a year as we were informed. If that's an issue, find another place. The beds were comfy and the view of the rocks very nice. No breakfast served here but there are good places within walking distance.

The property was fine. My only issue was that the ice machine was out of order and I was told I could go across the street for a "bag" of ice. I only needed a few cubes for a drink. They should have told me this at check in. They could have had a cooler in the lobby with a bag of ice. There are not many rooms so it wouldn't have been a big deal.

This is in a great location and has a fabulous veranda where you can sit and enjoy the views. Art district is a block away with very good eating locations and beautiful art to view.

It was clean but smelled a little funny. The furniture and bathrooms could use a refresh but it was comfortable. I liked that they had a large-ish refrigerator and a microwave. The staff were friendly and helpful but they are not on the property overnight.

The room was dirty. Used razor and soap in shower, hair on the floor, shower broken. Stains on the sheets. We left immediately. Did not stay, didn’t ask for another room.

The reception desk isn’t always open, but when I did check in, the clerk walked me to the room, showed me how everything worked and even called the next day to see if there was anything I needed. The room was spotless, and things like shampoo, toilet paper, etc. were replaced daily. The refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker all worked well, and were conveniently located. There was even a small table and two chairs to use for light meals when we didn’t feel like going out. The lighting was exceptional. Most motel rooms have low lighting at best, but this room had canned lights so there was plenty of light to see and read by. The linens were clean, but a bit aged, so they weren’t the softest, but there were plenty of them for our use, and they were replaced daily.

Staff was friendly and accommodating making sure we were settled before leaving for the night. The room was average, but had all the comforts needed and very clean. THE VIEW is breathtaking! You won’t be disappointed with your stay at this hotel.

When we walked in the room, it was really warm inside because the AC was not on. The AC unit took a long time to cool down the room, we went out and had dinner, came back, the room was still not quite cooled. Other than that, it’s clean and the pillows fit me perfectly, it’s rare cause usually they are too thick for me.

Very convenient location for visiting Sedona. Comfortable room with basic amenities. Nothing fancy, just a row of rooms in the typical motel style. Picture shown on Hotels.com is of the office and is not representative of the motel or it's rooms. Would stay here again for it's great location in town. You can walk to most of the downtown locations which matters when traffic gets bad (which is common now in Sedona).

There was stunning art in the lobby, and the front desk people were lovely and helpful. The view across the road was beautiful. The m/hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to shops and the art district just down the hill. The only downside was that the small block of rooms was just a renovated strip motel, so there was noise coming through the walls from other rooms. I missed having a desk or table to work on my laptop in the evening.

The location and view of the Inn was amazing. You can walk to so many different places to shop or eat. Very convenient. The room was clean and very spacious and decorated. The bed mattress was probably one of the worst I’ve ever slept on to be completely honest. Was the hardest mattress ever.

We were checked in by the hotel manager. He was friendly and accommodating. He even walked us to our room to show us how key items worked. Unusually thorough and welcoming. He gave us several recommendations for dining. We chose one of those and were delighted with the menu, service and cuisine.

Wonderful place to stay!! We arrived a bit early yet still able to check in. Michael was friendly and showed us to our room. He even called to check on us that night to be sure our stay was going well. Highly recommend Sedona Hilltop Inn.

Gentleman at registration could have been a bit more friendly. My husband and I found him to be a bit condecending. Hotel was quaint and had lovely retro decor feel to it. We loved that the parking was right outside our room door. View outside our front window was very nice. room was very spacious. Bed however, was lumpy and uncomfortable, it seems to have an old foam mattress. I had a lot of trouble sleeping on it. The heavy iron chairs was also uncomfortable, seat cushions thin and worn out. Bed and furniture needs updating. Comfort was hard to find in this room. Price was a bit steep for an uncomfortable room. Not very likely we'd recommend or stay here again.

Property and location were great. Check in host was not very helpful with places to visit and there is nobody to answer questions from 9pm-8:30am. Even at 8:30am there was nobody in the lobby.

This is an avoid at all costs property. Having advised via Expedia I would be a day late, they cancelled my booking anyway leaving me with no where to stay. The front desk man was rude (swore at me when I complained) and was aggressive. Things got no better when I asked to see the manager who told me it was all my fault. When I said I would take it up with Expedia she said I could take it up with President Trump for all she cared. Looks like I dodged a bullet staying here as it didn’t feel at all safe and was located next to a busy traffic roundabout. I’m hoping Expedia will refund my charges due to no the awful experience and inconvenience

The location is the best part of this hotel. The views outside the door are amazing and the Tlaquepaque shops are just a couple blocks away. It does get some traffic but I didn't really think it was too terrible. I'd stay here again next time I am in town.

This is probably the best location to stay when you are visiting Sedona. It's clean and comfortable and everyone we met working there were very friendly and helpful. Fantastic views!

This was an excellent hotel with great service. Its renovated design blends beautifully into the Sedona red rocks around it. It’s a renovated older motel and still retains some vintage flair but with updated amenities and lots of art. Also the patio is beautiful. Walking distance to art,shopping, and tons of restaurants. We would stay here again.

The Sedona Hilltop Inn was in a perfect location, very clean and staff was excellent. There was some noise from the road but the trade off was that you were able to walk to Tlaquepaque, restaurants and shops. There was a patio to enjoy coffee in the AM and for socializing in the evening

I loved the location, amenities in the area- easily walkable to shops, restaurants and bars. Parking was easy and in front of your room door. Staff was friendly and available. Room was clean. I didn't like the extreme firmness of the bed, the sink drain was broken, and there was no coffee in the room or lobby, requiring me to drive 10 minutes of coffee.

Property is in great location in the arts district, right next to Tlaquepacque. Walking distance to uptown shops and restaurants. A bit dated with few amenities. Really missed a coffee pot in the room!

Room was clean but had a wet dog smell. Picked up a $3.00 air freshener that helped. Basic no frills hotel. Lots of shopping in Sedona. Parking was easy.

I would definitely stay there again. The price was right, and it was an ideal location for us. There were restaurants we could walk to. The front desk is not attended after hours and was not open when we left so we left the key in the room as instructed when we checked in. We found the room neat had a good TV good heat, nice shower and all the other things that are typically provided in a hotel room. The room was a little dated, but it was perfect for us on this trip.
