Really horrible experience right off when we arrived there were 2 thin bath towels and we are 3 when we asked for another towel and toilet paper we were informed there may not be enough for everyone. So if you want a hotel room with tp towels and even one soap bar or shampoo you will not get it here…there was plenty of smoking all around our room the dot was bent in and this left a crack for skunk pot stench and bugs to get in the toilet flushed all night long and the sink dripped water all over the floor all day and by the way the floor was filthy… and the shower floor has stuff poking through and people sitting on the stairs made it impossible to pass… just a mess!

Black mold in main room and bathroom. Shower not cleaned. Property not kept up as there was trash everywhere. Room Key stopped working after three hours. No fridge or microwave. No tv remote. AC was loud and struggling to keep the room at 70. Only one bath towel in room. This property did not live up to other motels in the area. I guess you get what you pay for.

Zero stars Hotel will not answer phone repeatedly. Paid for deluxe. My room was disgusting, filthy, a/c worked sporadically, no tissue, door broken into wouldnt close all the way so deadbolt wouldnt lock. No microwave as advertised. Key stopped working everyday. New clerk said the other programmed it for everyday instead of my 3 day stay. Complained to original clerk, who slurred acted high said no other rooms available. Took shower, stepped off white towel onto floor then back onto towel...towel black with dirt. Fridge draining inside. Homeless hanging out 3 ft from my door. 2 doors down fire alarm tripped 4am called front desk repeatedly again no answers. Walk to room was like an alley...filthy, things leaky, dripping on head from above several areas. Nothing like photos or reviews!! Total false advertising. I want refund and apology. This does not reach quality of ANY motel6 i have ever been to. Disgusted with this and Hotels.com for promoting this hotel.

I stay for hurricane milton.My room door didn't close properly and the room started to flooded when i notice i went to to the front desk they said they can't do nothing and gave me towels to dry the flooded floor Non-refundable cuz it was 8 pm. The room was filthy and trash under the bed.

Stayed in multiple rooms, over all definitely need to bring cleaning supplies. One of the rooms had roaches bad. Another bed bugs. Hot water, hardly at all. Plus I paid for a "deluxe and that includes microwave and fridge. Well it didn't have microwave and although I had that room for 5 days. And I told them it was missing and told one would be taken to my room, it was never received.PlusThe one front desk attendant the bigger black lady definitely needs to be fired. For reasons in which I can't even discuss at the moment but if you would like to know you can ask. Maybe I will have the time, and patience to elaborate.

The room smelled like cigarettes and had me coughing throughout the night. Couldn’t get the tv to work. Just said “no service.” I was displaced because of the storm and my home didn’t have power or water. It was a place where I could go with my dog.

First off there was no key pad access to the room the attendant had to open with crowbar.The noise from the parking lot was insane at 12am the attendant even walked around there to retrieve a bottle of beer from the partying check ins.lastly the room reeked of stank trash I will never stay again

We had a confirmed Expedia reservation. We arrived at 10 pm and told that our room had been given away. Ee tried for an hour to find a hotel. Ended up sleeping in our car at the ballfield where we umpired 8 straight games that day and will be doing another 6 today Expedia looked into it and refunded our money. Absolutely unacceptable.

I called ahead of my arrival. The phone rang for over 30 minutes no answer. Arived at 6:30 the say they did not have my room i was forced to book another room thru anothernooking site at a higher price than it i had resered it. Very disappointed will not book Motel 6 again. Cost me money and very inconvenient

Horrible customer service. Front desk attendant was very rude and it is impossible to get them to answer the phone. Really horrible experience right off when we arrived there were 2 thin bath towels and we are 3 when we asked for another towel and toilet paper we were informed there may not be enough for everyone. So if you want a hotel room with tp towels and even one soap bar or shampoo you will not get it here…there was plenty of smoking all around our room the dot was bent in and this left a crack for skunk pot stench and bugs to get in the toilet flushed all night long and the sink dripped water all over the floor all day and by the way the floor was filthy… and the shower floor has stuff poking through and people sitting on the stairs made it impossible to pass… just a mess!

I work nights and I get off at 4 am. One morning I took my dogs out. This was about 6am. I had closed my door and left my key card in the room. For a little over an hour there was no one in the office and it left me locked out of the room. At 7:05 I'm in the office and the manager tells me that for about an hour there's no one here. So for an hour everyday there is no one to contact if there's an emergency.

Dangerous facility. Warning about keeping door lock and dead bolted when in room. I didn't mind as a single man. The room itself was fine. Bed very comfortable and quiet. Amazingly quiet A/C for this light sleeper. No amenities in the room and no breakfast, but Bod Evans and Denny's right next door was great.

I stayed at this hotel from December 7- December 13th because my son was playing in the Nationals. This was the only hotel that was available at the last minute, and that was located never plant city.. The hotel needs work done but we enjoyed our stay.. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

We weren’t able to actually stay. Our room wasn’t ready at 4 because their system said we had book 20 minutes before our arrival which we had booked months ago. We were told to come back at 5. Came back at 5:30 and still no room. We needed up getting a refund and leaving.

I can’t believe you have this motel property on your website for people to stay at. I have stayed at many Motel 6’s before. This motel chain does not bother us at all. Yes I know it isn’t the Ritz… but I expect it to be at least clean. Let’s put it this way… we went to planet fitness to shower. There was feces in the toilet. The reason why we picked this motel is because we had 4cats with us. Well let’s just say I didn’t give a damn when I left kitty litter on the floor from the litter pans. But, they probably won’t sweep it anyways. There were 3 small roaches in the tub. The door to the room barely shut. A lot People live at this motel. I stayed in room 209. GET THIS MOTEL OFF YOUR SITE! If it weren’t for my 4cats, I would have went somewhere else and demanded my money back. We left at 430 am because we didn’t feel safe there.

They are remodeling so not many rooms but my room was clean for most part only thing is the ac didn't not blow well at all but maintance man gave me a fan to help. Also only had shower in my room and whoever installed it did not do it very well bc it drained right out on to floor soaking the bathroom floor and part of my stuff in bedroom. I was in room 106 so just dont get that room. The man who checked me in was very nice and did all he could to help with any of my questions or concerns. He even checked me in b4 3pm. When I got there I was told from a messge i could check in at 11 am but when I got there the lady didn't even get up from the desk to greet me just asked if she could help me and I told her what message said from motel 6 and she said that was wrong that there were no rooms even cleaned yet and they wouldnt be ready till 3pm if not later. Then went back to doing whatever it is she was doing.
