Absolutely the worst hotel i have ever stayed, i arrived at 3am and was booked into a room on the 4th floor, i was then advised that no lifts was working, so after 20 flights of stairs i finally crawled into bed at 3:30. At 5am reception then called my room saying they forgot to take payment, i advised i will pay after i slept, they then called at 6am and 7am. I had no sleep and a busy day at F1 ahead. Im requesting a refund for these rooms

Overall experience, the avenue hotel was okay. Several complaints is that the bar that was advertised on the booking has been closed for a while. The staff here were very friendly and accommodating, besides one laundry snaffu(they charge per article of clothing BE SURE TO ASK FOR PRICING). The breakfast was good some days and okay others, the hot food was sometimes luke warm and sometimes even cold. It would benefit the hotel if they invested in better hot plates to keep food warm. Pastries in the morning were often stale, wouldn’t be surprised if they were older than 5 plus days. Don’t expect a 5 star hotel as advertised here. I think 3-4 stars is more accurate. For the price though, not a bad experience.

This is just a 3 star hotel. People from other rooms banging their door so loud at the middle of the night. Pillows are not comfortable. Bathroom drainage is slow to drain. No hand towels provided by the hotel. Front desk did not tell us about brakfast and dinner we booked, we just asked. Parking is too thight. Turning on and off lights and AC is a struggle. Air conditioning is too noisy. It's just an old hotel in Doha.

Rommene var greie, men vi booket bevisst ett hotell som så ut til å ha ett fint bassengområde, siden vi ønsket å tilbringe dagen ute ved bassenget. Det var derfor en skuffelse at bassengområdet var stengt for vedlikehold. Hadde vi visst dette hadde vi heller valgt ett annet hotell.

Helpful staff and spacious room. The breakfast buffet was nice and had decent variety. There was a plumbing issue in my toilet to it was a bit smelly and I saw a tiny cockroach there - I haven't told reception though but whenever I wanted housekeeping, they came immediately. Hotel had busy commercial area just few minutes walking from it and Uber was always 1-2 minutes away from the hotel. Overall, nice experience and I would probably stay there again.

Very dirty room, no clean towels and washcloths. Bad smell in the room like old musty stale mop water. Everything is stained: the wood, the walls, bathroom. just filthy. Customer service was very rude and dismissive. Don’t stay here

This hotel is the first 5 star hotel that gave me one roll of toilet paper and one towel at a time. This hotel is definitely poor when compared to other 5 star hotels. They do not use any sort of mattress and pillow cover/protectors which is very unsanitary. As soon as I walked into the room I smelled sweat from the mattress. The pillows had stains on them. Also, the room definitely had some issues aesthetically. You guys could do a lot better.

Hotel room was ok, pretty average tbh. A fire alarm test went off at 4am on our first night which wasn’t good and the mini fridge rattled so had to turn off on a night. Breakfast was average

Awful hotel, worst hotel I’ve stayed in. You’ll spend most of the time waiting for things, like check in (3 hours late), lunch (over an hour), iron (2 hours), room never got cleaned so had to grab towels and toilet rolls my self from the trolley. Absolutely shambles, got given room key but someone was already in that room when we went in!

The hotel was decent. In my experience the only people that left a good impression on us was Adam and Islam! They were very helpful and nice. However, when we got there we were told we could get shuttle service from the airport and had emailed the hotel to confirm, we received a reply from the reservation manager (Haseeb) saying we could get one. No one showed up to the airport. We ended up taking a taxi which was cheaper anyways, but not the best first impression. Breakfast was okay. The condition of the room wasn’t horrible but some things could have been better.

Das Hotel war ambitioniert ausgelegt, hat aber im Laufe der Jahre etwas an Ausstrahlung verloren. Einige Dinge sehen recht ge-/verbraucht aus, Sauberkeit in den Ecken nicht so toll. Aber sehr freundliches und fleißiges Personal. Von 5 "wake up calls" haben 2 nicht funktioniert.

L'équipe hôtelière est géniale cependant il y a des points à corriger pour avoir un réel statut de 5 étoiles. Il n'est pas normal que l'on répète 3 jours d'affilés avant une action. Nous avons réclamés car la poignet de la porte de la salle de bain était défectueuse et ne s'ouvrait plus de l'intérieur. De plus nous avons répétés à plusieurs reprises que l'on était 2 et qu'il nous fallait plus de serviettes. Le ménage à également était oubliez un jour. Enfin, pour ameliorer l'expérience il faudrait diversifier le petit déjeuner. Alterner les plats, les jus, les viennoiseries, les fruits selon les jour de la semaine. Il faudrait également un employé à la piscine qui donne les serviettes et prend d'éventuel commandes. Ce sont seulement des remarques pour une amélioration futur. Je retournerais sans hésiter dans cet hôtel. Il y a un restaurant 24/24 au dernier étage et l'équipe est super sympathique.

Personal al Top. A partire dalla reception che ci ha dato assistenza all'arrivo alle 03.00 al ristorante che ci ha permesso di cenare a quell'ora. Estremamente pulito . La struttura ha i suoi anni e li sente però il soggiorno è reso piacevole dall' estrema attenzione del personale. Ci si sente davvero coccolati. Ricordiamo in modo particolare Nissa e Hillary che sono stati deliziosi
