This was really a bad experience. We booked it for the SPIEL boardgame convention and we therefore hoped to have a place to try out our games in the night. We couldn’t borrow a single table, only very few coffee tables in the lobby. Staff was not supportive at all. Empty rooms and tables were plenty in the restaurant and in meeting rooms, but we were not allowed to lend any. We booked and paid for parking during our entire stay, but on the last evening everything was occupied. The hotel had sold our parking spot and we were left to finding a spot far away on our own. Staff was rude and not helpful at all. Can definitely not recommend this hotel for any convention guests. Find another hotel.

Hallo. Wir haben zwei Übernachtungen mit Frühstück (ca. 15,00 € Aufpreis pro Person) gebucht. Für den PKW müssen 13,00 € pro Nacht zusätzlich gezahlt werden - und dann war auf dem regulärem Parkplatz kein Platz mehr! Das Zimmer war gut und sauber. Beim Frühstücksbuffett ist beim Service noch Verbesserungspotential nach oben wünschenswert. Davon abgesehen, gebe ich fast allen eine zweite Chance.

Upon entering my assigned room, I immediately noticed a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. The odor was overwhelming and clearly unacceptable, especially as the room was supposed to be non-smoking. At around 12:00 a.m., despite being extremely tired and hungry after a long day, I contacted your staff to report the issue. I was informed that the hotel was fully booked and that changing rooms was not possible. While I understand occupancy limitations, I was disappointed by how the situation was handled. The staff’s response was very slow — I waited approximately 10 minutes and had to go to the front desk twice to follow up. Ultimately, the only action taken was spraying air freshener in the room, which did not resolve the issue at all. The strong cigarette smell remained and made the room very uncomfortable to stay in. To make matters worse, the heating system in the room was completely non-functional. This was particularly problematic given the cold temperature at night. Due to the combined issues of poor air quality and lack of heating, my sleep was severely affected, and I became seriously ill the following day. This experience fell far below the standard, both in terms of room conditions and customer service. I believe staying in a smoke-filled room with no heating poses a serious concern for guest comfort and healing poses a serious concern for guest comfort and health. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and provide appropriate compensation.

Empfang war sehr freundlich und schnell, dank Online Check In... Zimmer sehr in die Jahre gekommen. In der Badewanne der Abfluss war total verrostet und es waren Haare drin. 1 Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Check Out um halb 4 morgens sehr freundlich. Man konnte sich kostenlos Kaffeespezialitäten, Minicroissants, Minilaugenteile, Äpfel und Zitronen Wasser nehmen.

Not really near the airport. Staff were friendly, hotel really clean. Good sized room however shower wasn’t very good and safe didn’t work (took 4 attempts for staff to sort it). Lounge area was nice with free coffee.

Das Zimmer war sehr gross, was ich klasse fand. Es war sauber, trotz das ein Teppich lag. Badezimmer war auch sauber und sehr gross. Haben uns wohlgefühlt. Das Personal war super freundlich und sehr entgegenkommend. Die Zimmer Nachbarn waren morgens sehr laut, was nicht sehr schön war.

Camera al pianterreno con affaccio al giardino. Riscaldamento ben funzionante. Camera di grandezza più ampia della media claustrofobica di Düsseldorf ed Essen. La stanza ha un frigorifero. Mycket trevlig personal men rummet hade problem med värmen nästan hela tiden under min vistelse på nio dagar. Annars var rummet väldigt stort och trevligt men som sagt värmen var problematisk.

Fijn hotel wij komen regelmatig in Düsseldorf . Dit was de eerste keer in Leonardo maar komen hier zeker terug. Goed ontbijt en prettig personeel. Een hotel om aan te bevelen.

Zimmer ist für den Zweck in Ordnung, Personal an der Rezeption auch soweit gut. Einzig die Lautstärke des nahegelegenen Flughafen stört. Aber durch die Lage erwartbar. Aber das Restaurant (dortiges Personal, Frühstücks und Abendessen Situation) ist leider eine Katastrophe. Morgens kaum Plätze, man musste einem dunklen Bereich sitzen (wie eine alte Eckkneipe). Abends muss man auf einen Tisch ewig warten, dortige "Empfangsdame" leider überfordert, unfreundlich und machte keine Lust auf mehr. Essen dauerte dann auch lange bis es kam. War der erste und letzte Besuch.

Zimmer ist für den Zweck in Ordnung, Personal an der Rezeption auch soweit gut. Einzig die Lautstärke des nahegelegenen Flughafen stört. Aber durch die Lage erwartbar. This was really a bad experience. We booked it for the SPIEL boardgame convention and we therefore hoped to have a place to try out our games in the night. We couldn’t borrow a single table, only very few coffee tables in the lobby. Staff was not supportive at all. Empty rooms and tables were plenty in the restaurant and in meeting rooms, but we were not allowed to lend any. We booked and paid for parking during our entire stay, but on the last evening everything was occupied. The hotel had sold our parking spot and we were left to finding a spot far away on our own. Staff was rude and not helpful at all. Can definitely not recommend this hotel for any convention guests. Find another hotel.

We used buses from the airport station to reach this hotel, only 3 stops away. It seems popular with those arriving by car and leaving their car during trip away. Spacious, quiet room with good heating, fridge and bath. Lovely breakfasts and dinners in restaurant which is about to be refurbished. Very good value meals for an airport hotel. Swimming pool is popular. Bus ride into Ratingen also handy. Hotel staff helpful, if not fulsome in their friendliness. Would definitely return.

This hotel was good for a one night stay before departing to the airport. It was clean & spacious with easy check in and check out. The only downside was that, considering it was so close to the airport, I assumed they would have more frequent shuttles to and from the terminal. Unfortunately the shuttle times are really spaced out (I had checked out at 7:30am and the next shuttle wasn't until 9am), so I had to take an Uber. I wouldn't recommend staying here long-term just due to the distance from city center (not walkable), but for a short stay to go from the hotel to the airport it worked well.

I stayed here for three nights with my wife, and I was very impressed. Comfortable well-equipped rooms and friendly staff. The breakfast spread was outstanding, with a very wide range of options, hot and cold. On one evening we had dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was excellent. The wild boar medallions I had were as good as I have had anywhere. Well done to the chef!

Scrabbles egg var kolde. Det samme var pølser, spejlæg og bacon. Det eneste varme var de blødkogte æg - som så var blevet til hårdkogte æg. Vi var derfor ret skuffet over morgenbuffet. Derfor 3 id af 5 stjerner - pga pool og morgenbuffet
