Está bien más no excelente. Lo que no me gustó es que para ir a la “playa del hotel” tienes que bajar por unas escaleras largas y un poco empinadas, si es que no llevas carro y no quieres esperar a la camioneta del hotel que te lleva cada media hora. Y lo que de plano odiamos fue que no tienen servicio de comida/bebidas en las albercas y playa. O sea tú tienes que ir por tus bebidas al mini bar que tienen en la alberca de abajo y llevártela a tu camastro, ah y al rededor de la alberca no puedes comer (sólo en las mesas que están destinadas para eso) El agua de las albercas estaba súper caliente. No refrescaba nada! La persona del aseo muy amable y atenta. En recepción muy lentos pero amables. El día que salimos el guardia que estaba afuera del hotel, se estaba peleando con una persona a palabras y desenfundó su arma, alertándonos de que posiblemente iba a usarla. Deberían tener más cuidado de a quién le dejan cuidar de los huéspedes. El guardia también fue muy grosero con nosotros y solo estábamos subiendo nuestras maletas para irnos al aeropuerto al igual que el señor al que le quería sacar el arma. En fin, hotel bueno pero no excelente.

El lugar hermoso, las instalaciones viejas pero comodas, me senti como en acapulco de los 90´s pero es lindo el lugar donde esta el hotel. No nos encanto que la alberca la cierran mandatoriamente a las 730 pm y el club de playa a las 6:00 pm. Las opciones de Comida no son buenas, arroz, pasta y algo mas pero muy limitado, los snacks son SOLO de 12 a 2 pm y si quieres algo de snack fuera del horario se paga a pesar de que tengas all inclusive y adicional no puedes comer en la alberca ni en la playa, solo en el restaurante. No hay mucho personal de servcio, casi todo es self service. La playa esta hermosa , pero peligrosa para nadar a esa altura, no te recomiendan bañarte en el mar.

This hotel is small quaint and nice. However the maintenance needs to be better in the common areas. The beach access is separate and although they have pools down in their beach club area, there is no lounge chairs on the bach and no staff service for the beach and you not even allowed to bring food to the beach. We only got the breakfast buffet and it was very good. The staff was also very nice and friendly. It's within a short drive to other activites.

We had a nice stay here, but it was not as advertised. There are supposed to be multiple dining options and 3 bars and there is only one bar which is actually a service door for staff as well. The big pool closes at 6pm and the small pool at 7:30, which was a bummer when traveling with a kid. M The property and amenities are much more run down, especially the bathrooms in the rooms. Housekeeping was fantastic and the front desk was nice. Sadly, the food was not good at either restaurant.

I have to clarify the cleaning staff do their job, the room was clean but there was a horrible drain smell coming from the shower and bathroom floor that made it unbearable to be in the room. The property is old and outdated, I don’t recommend it.

Los cuartos huelen demasiado a humedad y termine con un ataque de asma, también había una araña en lanabitacion , las puertas del baño , llenas de mojo. En general el olor a humedad muy fuerte, para alguien que sufre de asma o a elegía no es recomendable.

Room not cleaned until 6pm. Not enough staff. Dining room chaotic. Not enough waiters Beach towels not enough. Had to use my white towel from bedroom Apparently the owner “doesn’t care” the reception told me this And the WiFi was almost non existent. I woul not use this hotel again.

Vale la pena por el club de playa, sin embargo el cuarto del hotel estaba húmedo, lleno de moho, las almohadas huelen a humedad, el colchón estaba lleno de humedades (tengo fotos) y el personal no es muy amable. Falta mejorar la variedad de comida en su bufet, instalaciones viejas, los cuartos con instalaciones oxidadas, el baño de la habitación estaba muy descuidado (el silicón de la regadera ya estaba desgastado y negro), el wifi no llego a la habitación nunca, la luz se fue varias veces y todo se escuchaba de las habitaciones de los lados.

Staff at reception was no friendly, didn't want to provide a second room key. WiFi didn't work at the room, mold in the shower, smelly drain in the bathroom, no staff in lobby bar, no food allowed at the pool. Property was not at the beach so have to take the shuttle or walk to the beach club.

Mi experiencia en este hotel fué terrible, elegí este hotel por la cancha de tenis y por ser kids friendly, y pagué una fortuna, la cancha está malgastada y sin mantenimiento, las habitaciones están peor que un hotel de paso, llaves oxidadas, canceles con hongos, pisos sucios, sábanas antiquísimas, muebles viejos, y trabajos de remodelación mal hechos. Me cambiaron de cuarto, el frigobar estaba oxidado, el control del aire acondicionado no funcionaba y la limpieza es deficiente. Los camastros del área de albercas están rotos y dañados. El espacio donde se sirve el buffet y se toman los platos está asqueroso, a tal grado que terminamos en el club bacocho al lado pagando extra, y saliendo a comer fuera a pesar de tener incluido el desayuno. Fué una verdadera decepción, el costo es excesivo para lo que ofrecen.

This hotel was horrible, it’s so old and run down that you want to walk away. The bathroom has mold everywhere and it’s falling apart. There’s no service at all, you have to bring your own food and your own drinks. The clubhouse is a joke the launch chairs are dirty and old. There aren’t launch chair in the beach area either. Food is also horrible everything looks horrible and taste horrible. We left the resort to eat outside because we couldn’t eat that garbage. We will not recommend to stay there at all

Es un hotel bonito, tranquilo, y la comida es muy rica. Su club de playa es lindo y la mayoría (no todos) de su personal es muy amable. Lo que no me gustó tanto fueron sus camas ya que son muy muy duras y amanecimos con dolor de cuello y espalda, tampoco los cuartos por qué se escucha todo lo de las habitaciones vecinas. Pero si volveré a hospedarme aquí.

We liked it's location - it was within walking distance of lovely restaurants and bars, and the beach was a short walk down some steps to the side of the property. The main thing we didn't like was how old/used our room seemed.

Pros: the pool areas Cons: ourdated linens and furnishings, felt more like a 2.5star motel than a resort style hotel. Bathrooms are in very poos state. Very noisy throughout the evening, could hear the guests in rooms above and next to us. Overall unfortunately I wouldn't consider staying here again for what i paid.

The place was beautiful. Awesome pools and lounging areas. Great views. Awesome room but didnt use it except for sleep. Had wifi in all areas except for rooms. Saw many people in the restaurant at night on their laptops because no wifi in rooms. When we asked about it, guy at front desk said he didnt have it either. But I was connected there. El hotel en sí es muy lindo, con instalaciones bien cuidadas, áreas verdes agradables y una ubicación privilegiada frente al mar. La experiencia podría haber sido excelente si no fuera por el trato recibido por parte del personal de recepción. Desde el inicio, intenté aclarar algunas situaciones relacionadas con mi reserva y atención, pero el equipo liderado por la Srita. Pamela y Sarahi mostró una actitud prepotente, poco empática e incluso discriminatoria. En ningún momento se me ofreció una solución, ni se mostró disposición para atender con respeto y profesionalismo. Afortunadamente, el gerente Ricardo se acercó posteriormente para ofrecer una disculpa en nombre del equipo, lo cual agradezco. Sin embargo, los momentos incómodos que viví por la falta de sensibilidad y servicio del personal de recepción dejaron una impresión negativa que contrastó con lo agradable que podría haber sido la estancia. The views and location are great but got treated horrible by front desk- lady ivette pushed us aside and made us wait for 45 minutes then gave us a dirty room that had dirty towels wet in the sink and bugs as well as had a gnarly odor- we had to go back to the front desk and wait another 30 minutes then gave us a room w a leek in the bathroom with drips going onto the toilet from the room above- w no chairs on the balcony- we had to ask twice and after waiting the 2nd time to no avail’ we had to ask one of the cleaning ladies to help us and she was able to give us two chairs from the room next door later in the day when she was cleaning that room.. worst hotel experience ever.. not going back ever

Oficialmente es el hotel del "NO". Ejemplo: Puedo hacer check-in antes? No. Tienes toallas adicionales para el cuarto? No. Mi habitación huele raro, me la puedes cambiar? No. Puedo pagar para que otros familiares accedan al club de playa? No. Las habitaciones están descuidadas y el servicio es malo, lo más rescatable es el club de playa. El check in muy malo, muy lento, esperamos una hora en la fila para que nos dijeran que la habitacion no estaba disponible por lo que tuvimos que esperar 1 hora mas, nos fue dada la habitacion a las 5 pm. El WIfi algo lento y la habitacion vieja , no servia la TV , no servia el aire acondicionado. Vale la pena por el club de playa, nadamas.

Fue todo... Llegamos a las 12:30pm con mis hijos y me dicen que no puedo usar la alberca ni nada del hotel hasta las 2pm porque son sus nuevas politicas y les dije que si la alberca que usare mas tarde no sea la misma que ahorita, para ver si esa era la excusa y me dicen que no, despues salen con que la alberca no se puedes usar mas tarde de las 6pm, imaginense ir a un hotel con alberca y te digan que a las 6pm se cierra todo?, el agua de la alberca super super clorada, abrias los ojos en el agua y te ardia horrible, toallas sólo una vez podias pedir, imaginense estar en elm mar en la alberca y que sólo te den una toalla? Es una exageracion, nadie nos recibio a nuestra llegada, no no esta pesimo ese hotel....no lo recomiendo, aparye no es gratis cobran todo y al final la salida era a las 12pm y le dijimos si podiamos estar mas tiempo y nos dijerln que no que porque nos habiamos quitado los brazaletes y que ya no podiamos le dijimos que al final esos brazaletes eran de nuestra estancia que estuvimos y ahora nos pusieran otro para consumir y hacer uso de las albercas, porque eso nos dijeron al principio, no puedo creer que por algo tan simple no nos hayan permitido estar mas tiempo en la alberca y que al final lo que ibamos a consumir ya lo pagabamos por nuestra cuentaa, pero creo no quieren ganar extras

Area around the property is safe. There are some rif-rafs down by playa principal. However, the rinconada is safe and has many nice bars and restaurants. The hotel is a bit dated but it’s beautiful and has nice landscaping. Staff is friendly but you might need to speak some Spanish.

We went with our family and we had a great time at Posada Real. We love the dynamic of having to travel (walk) to the coco beach club and that the resort was elevated overseeing the ocean. It’s small but quaint and the staff was very friendly. The food and drinks were great and we loved being close to Puerty Escondido. It was easy to get around and see other features of the area. We would go again. Thank you

Prácticamente no hay servicio en las amenidades (a la playa o a la alberca), el All inclusive y el restaurante y bar deficientes en la calidad de comida y bebidas, variedad de alimentos y restricción de horarios, difícil acceso a la playa tienes que ir en un carrito o caminar bastante en el sol, etc. el cuarto olía a caño por el baño, no hay internet, entre muchos otros detalles por el precio que pagamos no vale la pena.

Terrible hotel. Very bad experience, the room quality is awful, bed is like a rock, Bath and shower deteriorated and stain. Mattresses are full of stains. The service? What Service? no Service at all. I left the hotel one day early because was impossible to stay there. I reserved a king bed and no king bed available at my checking. and they charge me the price no adjustment for downgrade room. Food quality the worst. Cold, flies on top of the food, no cleanness.

Me gustaron las instalaciones, lo unico que no me gusto mucho fue el buffet en el hotel, el de desayuno esta mas o menos pero el de la comida en el Club de playa no me gusto, como yo no tenia todo incluido, lo pague y es demasiado caro para lo que incluye. Overall I really enjoyed my stay at Posada Real, my only complaint was the food options. I chose to pay for the all inclusive package, but in retrospect I would’ve opted to just have a room and pay for meals out in the city. The only meal of the day I enjoyed at the hotel was breakfast, and even that wasn’t amazing. The facilities are a bit dated, if you’re looking for resorts like in Cabo or Cancun this isn’t it, however, it is air conditioned and you do get access to two quality swimming pools and a pool for kids. The views of the Pacific Ocean were fantastic at this location. Long story short, this IS NOT a luxury resort if you’re used to Cabo or Cancun, but it is a great stay and comes recommended highly by me.

The setting is gorgeous. Up top there is a large beautiful area to lounge. The pool up top is beautiful and relaxing and there are comfortable chairs along the edge/cliff for gorgeous views and a great place to sip a drink or coffee. There was a little putting green which they call mini golf. There is a short, but steep, walk down to the beach and second pool area along with the other restaurant. The pool is very kid friendly, but very shallow, so the water is pretty warm. There are some things for kids down there too: trampoline, swing, soccer field. All the staff was extremely kind and helpful, from front desk to restaurant/bar staff, etc. We had to change rooms a couple of times (see below), but the rooms were pleasant, bright and with a very nice sea view. The place is a little run down (we had to change rooms a couple of times because the AC didn't work) and many of the lounge cushions were dirty and moldy. Actually, the lounge cushions weren't placed on the lounge chairs, you had to find them and pull them out yourselves. The food was okay. Buffet, so there was good variety, but some meals were better than others. There was also a fresh station for tacos, eggs, etc. They try to have international menus, which were not as good as the traditional Mexican food. The freshly made items on the snack menu (fish tacos) were great. It was a very pleasant stay, and I would recommend it, especially for families.
