Awesome on all levels. Housed in an old Pabst bottling factory only adds to the cool factor. Two great bars that you actually want to hang out at, at least when the weather is nice. Staff was amazing and beyond friendly. Free street parking was easy for us to find, not sure if that’s always the case. Great location near lots of restaurants. Union station an easy 15 minute walk away too.

Very cool, modern hotel in an old warehouse. Very interesting look and vibe. Very nice modern room and comfortable bed. A minibar - which I always appreciate. Some seating and table in the room. Some streaming on the TV, although we could not add what we wanted to stream. Only real complaint is the barn style door on the bathroom - as you can hear whatever noises your partner makes in there. Nice lobby bar with wood fired pizza cooked right there and good, creative cocktails. Nice lively rooftop bar as well. The hotel was very crowded with a wedding and strong Saturday night traffic coming through; however, I never had to wait look for service - whether ordering ice to the room or ordering a drink at the bar. Some wait for the two elevators though. We used the valet service so no issues with parking - always quick service when retrieving the vehicle.

It was close to the convention center. Staff was extremely polite. Room was spacious. I did not like that there was not any mini fridge or microwave in the room. Only one restaurant in hotel which had limited items. There were not any supermarkets, convenient stores, fast food restaurants near by either. Gym was good but there was not a POOL!!!

All the staff were amazing and super friendly and helpful - they gave us great ideas for things to do and dinners - the only thing missing was a pool but we knew that going in - a very nice hotel and very good amenities!!!

When we arrived to the room there was hair and makeup on the duvet, sheets, and pillows, along with candy on the bed frame. Reported it to reception and left for a few hours. Came back and reception said the room was fully cleaned for us. The pillows had the same hair and makeup on them. Reception brought up new pillows and comped some drinks. Went to shower later that night and found hair on the shower walls. Also, the club across the street was ridiculously loud. If you aren’t a part of the night life, you will be up all night. They were partying until close at 1am and then all the patrons went outside to scream and hang out until 1:30am. The rest of the night I was woken up by the loud AC and mini fridge. Disappointing experience because the hotel is so beautiful. Don’t recommend staying here.

Everything was fantastic.. my only complaint was that after day one our room wasn’t cleaned, and it was only when I called down to the front desk to find out why that they informed me that they only clean if requested which was not communicated at check-in.

My wife and I had a very nice stay at Crossroads. With both of us being retired, we like to “get away” in the middle of the week to avoid crowded hotels. Our room was quiet and clean. We liked the “industrial chic” feel of the decorating. The hotel restaurant was a bit pricey but fantastic food and service. We highly recommend this hotel and the Lazio restaurant.

Crossroads Hotel is a really cool hotel. The interior design is spectacular as well. The hotel is conveniently located in the Crossroads district and is within walking distance of the free streetcar. They also have two really good bars (that also have food). The only con is a big con. Avoid rooms on the 4th floor. These rooms are right under their rooftop bar where they have a DJ some nights. They do warn you about the DJ and have ear plugs. However, aside from the DJ (which only played 1 night that week), we could hear every footstep, every chair, every door up there from the moment the rooftop opened until it closed

Booked this stay as a day-trip for our 5 year anniversary. Check-in staff surprised us with a free room upgrade and two free drinks at one of the bars. The Jr. Suite was very spacious and clean. Enjoyed the rustic-modern look that complimented the brick architecture. Pillows were not as comfortable as the ones from home and the air conditioning unit was rather noisy, we were warned about that before accepting the room upgrade however. Was very pleasantly surprised that the hotel was a teo minute walk away from Lidia's Italian restaurant. Overall an excellent choice for the occasion

Had a great stay. My room was very nice and comfortable. I booked an atrium room, which was fairly dark as there's no outside window, but that's on me not realising when I booked, and not a complaint. All the staff were wonderful, extremely friendly and very helpful. Can't fault them. It was about a 5-10 minute walk to Main Street where you can use the free streetcar to get around. Also, as a solo traveller I felt safe walking around the area around the hotel. Xxx.

On Saturday night they had a dj in the lobby bar until 11pm. My interior facing room was blasted all night long. The sound really echoes in this large concrete atrium lobby; you can hear everyone walking and talking down there all night. If youre looking to sleep before a Sunday morning event, this is not the place. Also with no window to the outside, my interior room was miserably hot even with the furnace off.

Stayed a room right by the fitness center, which is on the second floor. It was awful. Around 5 am we were woken up by lound bangs and constant loud noise from things being thrown against the wall and floor. They should not be renting rooms out that join that fitness center wall. It truly ruined our morning of tryinf to relax and sleep in which was very disappointing for the money spent.

Property is gorgeous and cozy. We loved our entire stay. Only conn was the walls are paper thin and could hear everything from other guests on both sides of our room. Considering this we would still stay again!

I could not make it to my destination due to an emergency. I tried to cancel with the staff and called multiple people. They said that they would not refund any of my stay. It was over a thousand dollars. I even left a message for a manager and they never responded. I showed up finally the last few days I booked, but they canceled my room and kept my entire amount of money. I was in a bind and had to stay somewhere else. They never refunded anything and they didn’t save the room for the last few nights. I never even saw a room. They just took my money and didn’t even refund the days that they canceled. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anybody.

The staff at this hotel were the most amazing kind accommodating crew I’ve ever experienced. And not in a fake we have to be kind way. People just went out of their way to offer help when they saw a need. The bar is lively with small but perfect menu.

The staff, especially my girl Kelly, was phenomenal. They were all so accommodating and friendly. Started off with a free beer in a cute koozie, which was a nice little start to the stay. The room was so beautifully designed, and the rooftop bar had a great view. We had a little mishap with the valet, but Kelly took such good care of us after that. We had dinner at Lazia, the Italian restaurant in the hotel, and it was some of the best food I’ve ever had. All around this hotel was a 10/10 experience, and I will only stay here from now on while visiting KC.

The staff, especially my girl Kelly, was phenomenal. They were all so accommodating and friendly. Started off with a free beer in a cute koozie, which was a nice little start to the stay. The room was so beautifully designed, and the rooftop bar had a great view. We had a little mishap with the valet, but Kelly took such good care of us after that. We had dinner at Lazia, the Italian restaurant in the hotel, and it was some of the best food I’ve ever had. All around this hotel was a 10/10 experience, and I will only stay here from now on while visiting KC.

Tremendously good experience. The design elements of the Crossroads Hotel are fantastic. Think like an Ace Hotel, but with real soul to it. Whenever I’d interact with anyone at the hotel, they’d go out of their way to help and just be kind. The lobby bar is also really cool and not to be missed. Highly recommend.

Awesome on all levels. Housed in an old Pabst bottling factory only adds to the cool factor. Two great bars that you actually want to hang out at, at least when the weather is nice. Staff was amazing and beyond friendly. Free street parking was easy for us to find, not sure if that’s always the case. Great location near lots of restaurants. Union station an easy 15 minute walk away too.

Had a great stay. My room was very nice and comfortable. I booked an atrium room, which was fairly dark as there's no outside window, but that's on me not realising when I booked, and not a complaint. All the staff were wonderful, extremely friendly and very helpful. Can't fault them. It was about a 5-10 minute walk to Main Street where you can use the free streetcar to get around. Also, as a solo traveller I felt safe walking around the area around the hotel. Xxx.

We chose to stay at the Crossroads Hotel due to its proximity to Union Station. Thanks to the bridge that goes over the rail yard it was a short walk from the station to the hotel. In addition it was also a short walk to the downtown tram and various bus stops. It was also a short walk to Jack Stack and Lidia’s KC. The hotel was built inside an old Pabst storage warehouse. The design is modern and hip. Our room was in an interior section so the “window” looked out into a hall but was covered with enough drapes to provide needed privacy. Of our three night stay there was only one night where we a lot of sound from other areas of the hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive. Overall if we take the train to KC in the future we would stay here again.

This hotel is very unique. It was an old warehouse at one time. The staff was friendly and helpful. We ate at Lazio, the hotel restaurant. It was undoubtedly the best and most unique meal we have ever had. Most unusual was the hand pulled mozzarella. The mozzarella madam was delightful and the mozzarella was excellent. Don’t miss this restaurant.

There were loud women outside our window at 1 AM. We think they were staff members. When we complained at checkout the woman in charge was nice enough to remove the parking fee. The bartender at the rooftop bar does not know how to make a martini-worst ever.

From check in to check out everything was awesome. Sierra (not sure exact spelling) was very nice and personable. Our room was great and is very unique. The entire hotel lobby is very unique as well. XR is the bar in lobby and has some very good food. The staff there were always friendly (Stevie was very pleasant) and would have a convo with you. The mushroom pizza, french toast, sangweech and drinks were all fantastic. All and all this is a hotel that we would love to come back to if in the area.

My wife and I had a very nice stay at Crossroads. With both of us being retired, we like to “get away” in the middle of the week to avoid crowded hotels. Our room was quiet and clean. We liked the “industrial chic” feel of the decorating. The hotel restaurant was a bit pricey but fantastic food and service. We highly recommend this hotel and the Lazio restaurant.
