At first I was a bit surprised at staying in the dark yellow painted, deep red curtained and darkwood themed Africa room (135) but it grew on me. The patio area was pretty dark though. Breakfast was great but no restaurant for an evening meal nor a bar which was a shame. On leaving I realised I left my almost nearly new (expensive) CK shower gel behind and despite getting in touch that afternoon both by email and phone I received this reply at 20.00 - unfortunately we throw hygiene products from a departure in the trash. Sorry but those are the rules. Best regards Kati Azeroth Reservation Not acceptable in any way, shape or form after only a few hours since checking out. I wanted to upload some photos but the app isn't working properly. I also couldn't rate the parking which was very gravelly, apparently they top it up weekly, so motorcycle riders beware of the steep hill blind turn down into the hotel car park! (ask to park by the main door accessed across the pedestrian area).

Grundsätzlich wird das Hotel sehr professionell betrieben, aber immer im Sinne des Kunden gehandelt. Alle Bereiche sowie die Zimmer sind absolut sauber und technisch in Schuss. Der Frühstücksbereich wird vom Stammpersonal sehr liebevoll betreut. Hier sollte allerdings der Frühstückskaffee hinsichtlich Geschmack / Stärke verbessert werden. Alles in allem aber ist der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr zu empfehlen.

Muy lindo hotel, el desayuno estuvo muy rico, estuvimos muy contentos en nuestra estancia.

Fint hotel til en enkelt nat. Rene værelse og en fin morgenmad. Lidt bøvlet at tjekke ind efter receptionen var lukket.
