The gentleman at the front desk and his wife were very kind. My first room had an issue with the toilet and I was given a room on the first floor. The AC unit started out blowing cold air but through out the night it got extremely hot. I kept getting up to see if I could fix the issue. Then I saw a dead roach by the front door then a live spider in the bathroom. I decided to leave at 2:30 in the morning because I was so uncomfortable. I felt very disappointed to not be able to rest after just getting discharged from the hospital.

Booked a room with a kitchenette which includes a full size fridge and stovetop and was told at check in there were none bailable. Apparently the rate is the same for all rooms. Was not happy because we had lots of food that needed to be stored. There was also only two towels and no dresser or desk to store anything. Ok for one night if you have a small bag but not any longer than that. Strong smell of weed on our floor as well.

We had to ask to change rooms 3 times. Toilet was floppy and leaking on one, bathroom door coming apart on second one. The ice machines were broken, and the pool was not able to be heated. They need some serious maintenance to make this hotel any good for next time.
