A fantastic hotel with exceptional staff and service. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and professional. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Great hotel BUT........ They are very proud about their location. The swimming pool is in a fabulous location but the huge hedges all around obscure what could be a glorious view. The garden bar is great with good staff but again the view is obscured by hedges. The terrace restaurant is fabulous but again with the view obscured. I don't understand why the management have willingly destroyed the hotel's greatest asset. Please explain.

Really good stay! I felt some of the staff weren’t very accommodating as I had just come from Swiss diamond and had a slightly elevated experience. One negative I will give this is this place gatekeeps water worse than I’ve seen for a 5 star hotel across Europe. For a 2 day stay I spent $211 on just water… and yes you can drink the tap water but I shouldn’t be expected to fill from the bathroom sink the entire time. The restaurant staff weren’t wonderful and they’re the main reason I kept this at a 4. I think if you bring a case of waters to the hotel it probably will be wonderful but paying $10 every time I was thirsty stung a bit.
