Ok stay the hotel feels a bit dated, it doesn’t have the usual high standards you get from other NH hotels. Gym lacks machines, no towels or water available from the gym. Breakfast lady not so helpful. Reception team was lovely.

Nice room in a good location but lacking amenities like coffee machine or kettle you expect in this kind of hotel. Note: Rooms are NOT air conditioned! I was told that hotel does not turn it on at this time of year year (May). While it wasn't necessary MOST of the time, when you do need it it's not working. Hotel should not list rooms as air conditioned if it turn AC off!

The hotel is good and a cleanliness is good. The comfort is not good because of no airconditioning. Its hot and the only way to get some cold air is to open the window. Also pollen from trees is going inside. I do not recomend for people with pollen allergy during this season. Otherwise is a good hotel.

Located near San Domenico and opposite bus station area, walking distance to centre and sights. Hotel showing some signs of wear and tear - my standard room had broken window and curtains and stained carpet. Breakfast buffet very busy, not enough tables, food wasn’t labelled. Huge problem was no air conditioning - they didn’t tell me it was broken when I checked in (though they were telling people the next day, when it had been out for at least two days already). I was moved to a better room (views of Duomo on skyline), with a window I could open, but having such a problem over so many days definitely wasn’t the four-star experience I’d paid for.

The hotel was in poor condition. The first room we had was dirty, specifically in the bathroom. The air conditioning did not work correctly and we were uncomfortable. The furniture was chipped and tired. When contacting reception about the air con, we were advised that it was impossible to reach a lower temperature than 24 degrees. We requested another room later that evening. We moved to the 2nd floor. The air con unit reached a lower temperature and felt more comfortable, however the bathroom was even more dirty than the last one. The shower door was loose and scraping off the floor and there were large black areas in the corners. This hotel stay was really disappointing.

It was filthy. The property was impressive when we first entered the main foyer and the staff was friendly. However, once we hit the elevator button, conditions were horrible. Holes in the ceilings, and a cigarette smoke smell in the hallway, and our room made our skin crawl. It was beyond filthy and it looked like someone had a major 'fluid problem' that ended up on the floor and walls. Our bathroom smelled profusely of urine. I didn't dare take a shower...

Bathroom sink and faucet was extremely dirty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Had to have housekeeping come in and wipe it down (not even sure the cloth he used was clean..) One of the counter staff (blonde older lady) did not wash her hands after her use in the bathroom!!!! Not a good look

Room was fair, much like a Holiday inn. My biggest complaint was that every night around 10pm extremely loud music would start playing from a DJ in the back and go until after 2am. The bathroom smelled like mildew. Very walkable to everything.

La stanza era sporca ed i rubinetti arrugginiti, @- moquette andrebbe poi bandita dagli hotel per le allergie e la difficoltà di pulizia, non da un 4 stelle, veniva una terribile puzza di fogna dal bagno tanto che era difficile starci dentro per non parlare di 60€ di colazione ingiustificata. Centralissimo per carità è comodo per raggiungere il centro a piedi ma non un 4 stelle.

Pulizia della camera e del bagno non soddisfacente: nella vasca erano presenti capelli neri (non eliminati neppure il secondo giorno) e il pavimento erano presenti residui al nostro arrivo erano rimasti anche il giorno successivo in cui alle ore 15:30 la camera non era ancora stata rifatta. In bagno la rubinetteria è vecchia con cromatura ossidata o consumata; non sono presenti miscelatori ma solo rubinetti acqua cala e acqua fredda; non c’è la doccia ma una paratia trasparente consente di usare la vasca come doccia non è a tenuta stagna e l’acqua cade sul pavimento del bagno con risci per chi poi deve usare l’asciuga capelli

The room is old and dated. The wardrobe door cannot close properly, the curtain is torn and one hinge of a cupboard door is broken. There is no kettle and the shampoo pump doesn't work so I used my own. The only saving grace is its location. It is opposite the bus station and very close to a supermarket.

Siamo stati una sola notte ma il rumore forte e continuo dovuto a quanto pare all'impianto di aerazione ci ha fatto dormire malissimo. Abbiamo fatto presente il problema appena arrivati, ma ci è stato risposto che trattandosi di impianti centralizzati non si poteva fare niente. Allora ci è è stato proposto anche un cambio di camera ma senza successo. E' un vero peccato che un albergo a 4 stelle (la camera in sè non è assolutamente male) non sia però in grado di offrire un normale comfort notturno ai clienti.

L’hôtel est impeccable et idéalement placé. Le personnel est très sympathique et doit parler un paquet de langues y compris le français. Les chambres sont confortables. C’est un bon choix Le seul bémol c’est le parking, « parking disponible » veut dire débrouillez-vous. Finalement le bon choix, c’est d’aller au parking Santa Caterina et finir à pied après avoir déposé des bagages devant l’hôtel. Rien d’insurmontable mais il faut être organisé.

Good location just outside main centre of Siena but easy walking to shopping areas/piazza etc. Big room with comfy bed and all amenities. Staff helpful during check in when my booking via Expedia wasn’t showing up. Excellent range of breakfast options. Some road noise but nothing you wouldn’t expect in a busy city.

Upon arrival we felt like this was going to be an excellent stay. We found the room clean and comfortable, but we could not get the a/c to keep us comfortable. It had a governor on the controls. The location of hotel is good, but there are very few restaurants nearby to choose from. One evening after a long, tiring day of touring, we wanted to eat in the hotel restaurant. When we asked for a table we were told that the restaurant was closed for a private party and that the kitchen had a very limited menu. This forced us to leave hotel and walk to a restaurant.

Great location next to centre of town and Duomo area. 10 minutes by taxi from Siena rail station. Lots of very good small local restaurants within a few hundred metres. Good value. Staff very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the breakfasts very much.

The NH Siena has a great location. However the breakfast buffet was dismal for NH standards. I asked for croissants and in a thirty minute period they were not delivered. Likewise with many options in the buffet. Other than this a great hotel.
