El hotel estuvo sobre vendido por lo que me enviaron al Mayan Palace de Vidanta en el Club de Golf, la experiencia fue Maravillosa ya que este desarrollo es muy superior al de Ocean Brezze, las habitaciones muy cómodas, todo impecablemente bien mantenido y el aqua park con el río lento de 1er. mundo, la atención del personal inmejorable.

He viajado a este hotel durante muchas ocasiones y es una estupenda opción para ir en familia. Tiene un pequeño club de playa muy tranquilo que está solo al cruzar la calle. Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas y tiene una buena cocineta. Yo realmente recomendaría un cambio de tapicería en las sillas de la habitación pues por lo menos tiene 20 años el mismo tapíz y está muy sucio y viejo. Ojalá lo hagan pues es un lindo lugar del que disfrutamos mucho por su localización y tranquilidad. Es dificil mantener un hotel viejo en buenas condiciones y en su mayoría está bien mantenido.

Ocean Breeze Acapulco does not exist anymore since the hurricane Otis 2 years ago! It is unaccaptable to book a hotel on your website that does not exist? We arrived to the hotel gate using the location provided in the app and it was closed! Then a police officer walking around told us that it was closed and we must go to a different hotel (Grand Mayan). Our reservation was prepared in Grand Mayan. However, we booked Ocean Breeze because there was a water park for kids, and we traveled with kids. There was nothing like this in Grand Mayan. If we were aware of this, we could have searched different hotel.

Excelente opción para viajar en familia por ser suite. Todas las personas son sumamente amables. Los puntos negativos: televisiones muy viejas, no tiene elevador, la playa esta cruzando la calle con niños y calor llega a ser pesado caminarlo. Fatal: no hay wifi en la habitación.

So the property that we booked for was closed because it was destroyed due to a hurricane in 2023. We were taken to its sister property not far from this property and the Mayan Palace was really awesome. Rooms were overall great and mostly everything was working. The TV and the tub were the only things I had issues with. Staff was great, easy to get a taxi, there is no uber in the area. The amenities were awesome, like the pool, lazy river and gym. The dining we mid.

No tiene internet en las habitaciones. Si vienes con niños o necesitas trabajar es incomodo porque no puedes estar al sol de la.alberva o sentado en la recepción para tenee internet y entretenerte. Para ie al gimnasio temprano o a cualquier hora hay q ir a otro hotel. Muy incomodo

Buena atención y servicio al cliente. Había muchas moscas en el pasillo y en la habitación. Las toallas las recogieron después de dos días. La alberca está muy bonita y tranquila.

Avoid, unless you want something cheap, and I mean cheap. There is no WiFi in the rooms. The light in the rooms is miserable. Its impossible to read with such light. There is no restaurant for breakfast inside the property. If you want to have a breakfast, staff will send you to their parent hotel, Vidanta, which is 5min driving. You will get several calls a day to your room from their time share vendors requesting you to waste your time to sell you a time share. If you want a late check out, they will want to charge for that. Besides all that, the property is dated, with poor maintenance. No reason to go back there.

Mala publicidad en la plataforma y nos tardamos más de 2 horas en llegar donde era y nos ubicaran. El mismo 18 de noviembre el aire acondicionado de fue desde las 7 pm hasta las 12 am y no nos recompensaron ni nos dijeron nada

Ocean Breeze no existe, está destruido por Otis desde hace dos años. Avoid, unless you want something cheap, and I mean cheap. There is no WiFi in the rooms. The light in the rooms is miserable. Its impossible to read with such light. There is no restaurant for breakfast inside the property. If you want to have a breakfast, staff will send you to their parent hotel, Vidanta, which is 5min driving. You will get several calls a day to your room from their time share vendors requesting you to waste your time to sell you a time share. He viajado a este hotel durante muchas ocasiones y es una estupenda opción para ir en familia. Tiene un pequeño club de playa muy tranquilo que está solo al cruzar la calle. Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas y tiene una buena cocineta. Yo realmente recomendaría un cambio de tapicería en las sillas de la habitación pues por lo menos tiene 20 años el mismo tapíz y está muy sucio y viejo. Ojalá lo hagan pues es un lindo lugar del que disfrutamos mucho por su localización y tranquilidad. Es dificil mantener un hotel viejo en buenas condiciones y en su mayoría está bien mantenido.

So the property that we booked for was closed because it was destroyed due to a hurricane in 2023. We were taken to its sister property not far from this property and the Mayan Palace was really awesome. Rooms were overall great and mostly everything was working. The TV and the tub were the only things I had issues with. Staff was great, easy to get a taxi, there is no uber in the area. The amenities were awesome, like the pool, lazy river and gym. The dining we mid.

The Hoteles.com site gave the wrong map location for the hotel. Apparently they have closed that site. We had to ask around to find the new one. When we finally got there, the first they did was take our car keys (valet). It takes a phone call and 20 minutes to get them back even if you're just going to the corner convenience store. Then they start the daily sales pitch for a time share, at first in person, then by room phone. The on-site restaurants are expensive (e.g., US$32/pers for breakfast buffet), which another reason to want your car keys. We killed a cockroach in the room. One day the smell of septic field was everywhere but the pools were always very clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

En la terraza nos encontramos una colilla de cigarro y un plástico de los six de cerveza, solo tienes una alberca, la playa y el río lento, no hay más para dónde ir y el parque acuático que sale en la foto para los niños no está abierto por el momento nos dijeron y realmente llegas al hotel Grand Mayan Vidanta que está solo disponible a la mitad , la otra mitad está cerrada, yo la conocí hace 4 años y tenía más albercas a donde ir pero ya no porque la ocupación es poca
