Lobby was not open, had to ring the bell for service. The coffee machine was down, but they offered a small coffee pot for room and provided coffee packets and supplies. Overall it was a good room for the price. No issues at all.

Had a late flight so the lobby was locked. I had to wait a few minutes for someone to answer and when you do it’s through a bank teller type scenario. The woman was very nice, the room was dated but the bed and towels were very soft and comfortable. The room was clean. The area is a little sketchy looking.

This is a great hotel for the price. The rooms themselves are pretty nice and recently updated. The rest of the facilities are not very nice, though. The mini-fridge was especially good, with a separate freezer, and having a microwave made it useful for a multi-day stay. Still, it would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room. There are lots of things nearby and it's close to the airport and highways, but that also meant it was pretty noisy.

My stay was very so so. Definitely a budget hotel stay. The check in was in the micro small breakfast area where the attendant was doing laundry. She had to keep calling someone to get me checked in which too almost 10 minutes. The bed was uncomfortable, wash sink was outside the bathroom where the toilet was near the floor and the covers were paper thin.. I won’t be staying there again.

It was good for a one day stay, close to the airport. It looks like they remodel all the room, but for some reason left the old worn coach chair. Outside is old, parking in the back was limited.

The outside of the property was a bit outdated, but interior was more updated and reassuring. The staff member we spoke to had amazing insight and recommendations for the area. He really made our experience with this hotel.

Kinda hard to find the road, behind gas station. Easy parking. Great food all around. It is as stated: economy standards. Was disappointed no hair dryer and I didn't bring one. Listed breakfast, but was none. Room was clean. If looking for very minimal, it works.

Very nice and cozy hotel. Location is convenient and close to the airport. Surrounding is quiet and safe. Room was clean and tidy. Very friendly staff. Just note there are two hotels on the property. This one is off the main road behind the front one.

This room was wonderful. Completely remodeled and remodeled the right way, no shortcuts. Everything in this room was new and it was incredibly clean. It even had a fridge with a separate freezer. This is where I will be staying anytime I visit Charleston from now on! Front desk was also extremely nice and helpful. Also in a great area, Walmart and Tanger outlets are literally .4 miles away!

I was very leery about booking a hotel with a cheaper rate, and an Econo Lodge, but what a diamond in the ruff ! I read reviews and they were all high rates, and my biggest concern was cleanliness and insect free, which is exactly what it was. Very nice rooms. We were musicians in town for a gig, so we used 4 different rooms in this hotel, and all were very clean, comfortable, and updated. None of us had any complaints. The outside of the building looks dated, but the inside is perfectly fine. No breakfast, but there's a Waffle House right across the driveway, so we went there. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. This wasn't just one room that was great, but 4 rooms, we all were very satisfied.

The gentleman that checked me in was so friendly I was suspicious at first. Was he trying to sell me a timeshare or take me to dinner?? No… he was just a master of customer service. The outside of the building has a hint of 1980’s Beirut but don’t let that scare you. The room was very clean and had a generously sized TV and a mini fridge with a separate freezer, which was nice. I’ve seen a couple other reviews with complain about the bathroom fan being loud… I did find it noisier than the average fan but while I was “doing my business” in the bathroom I was focused on more important things. I would say my only major complaint would be the hot water was lower case h hot, and to flush the toilet took more effort than one would expect. Minor complaints for the price.

The rooms were nice and clean, though definitely not spacious. There was no coffee in the rooms or in the lobby. There was no hair dryer or tissues in the room. There were also no instructions on how to use the TV, so until trial and error worked, my kids were left watching whatever was on. Thankfully, we weren't in the room much. I didn't expect it to be a luxury experience, but I did expect some things that seem to be basic. There was a refrigerator and microwave in the room which was nice, and the ice maker worked well. If you are up for a basic, no frills experience, this is the place for you.

I stayed here three times over the summer of 2024, and each stay was great! Rooms were kept very clean, and the front desk staff were friendly and accommodating of our late arrivals (11:00-12:30 at night). Solid option for a budget-friendly place to stay with good hook-ups to major highways to access the rest of the city.

The room very clean. The staff was SUPER helpful. I needed to add a night, but wouldn’t be able to check in until 3am. The person at the hotel I spoke with was so kind and helpful. He promised someone would be available to check us in at that time even though it was outside of their normal check in hours. They went above and beyond to help us.

My reservation was lost. I arrived around midnight; no booking found, and I had to pay a higher amount than I had booked for. The room was okay; the breakfast was a joke, and not readily available. A couple making a great effort, but that seemed to be the whole staff.

There wasn’t anyone at the front desk, had to wait 10 minutes. I ask about the free breakfast she told me they are under renovations and the guy didn’t bring anything so there wouldn’t be any breakfast. Went down this morning to get a cup of coffee and the door was locked to the office. Room was clean. Don’t think I will stay here again.

I was flying in from California and needed a place to sleep that was near the hotel. This property was perfect for that. The gal in the front stayed up to 11pm, due to my late arrival. She was very nice and the room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel is an excellent option for price. However, the staff person at the front was extremely unhelpful, needed to constantly call someone for help, tried to cancel my reservation when my credit card didn't work, and was generally uninterested in giving me any sort of customer service.

So the outside looks run down but the insides are nicely appointed and clean. The immediate parking lot area also seems run down but once you go outside of that it seems like a nice location. We felt safe. I’d recommend this location with these caveats plus that you will hear some fairly loud aircraft noise. We plan on staying here again.

We felt safe. I’d recommend this location with these caveats plus that you will hear some fairly loud aircraft noise. We plan on staying here again.

Excellent, friendly owner. This is a family-run place. Come to stay with them. Highway 26 is steps away, easy to get both to Charleston and to the beaches. The rooms are refurbished and very nice for a price.

This room was wonderful. Completely remodeled and remodeled the right way, no shortcuts. Everything in this room was new and it was incredibly clean. It even had a fridge with a separate freezer. This is where I will be staying anytime I visit Charleston from now on! Front desk was also extremely nice and helpful. Also in a great area, Walmart and Tanger outlets are literally .4 miles away!

Very nice and cozy hotel. Location is convenient and close to the airport. Surrounding is quiet and safe. Room was clean and tidy. Very friendly staff. Just note there are two hotels on the property. This one is off the main road behind the front one.

Lobby was not open, had to ring the bell for service. The coffee machine was down, but they offered a small coffee pot for room and provided coffee packets and supplies. Overall it was a good room for the price. No issues at all.

My reservation was lost. I arrived around midnight; no booking found, and I had to pay a higher amount than I had booked for. The room was okay; the breakfast was a joke, and not readily available. A couple making a great effort, but that seemed to be the whole staff.

Very helpful front desk clerk. My room was newly renovated, well done for a modest budget motel. Rooms are not equipped with coffee makers or hot cups to use in the provided microwave, which is really too bad. No breakfast. Waffle House is just 200 ft away, and a convenience store.

It was clean and comfortable. Would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room being I went to the office at 7am to get coffee there since I noticed it at check in. But 7am no one was in the office.

The rooms were nice and clean, though definitely not spacious. There was no coffee in the rooms or in the lobby. There was no hair dryer or tissues in the room. There were also no instructions on how to use the TV, so until trial and error worked, my kids were left watching whatever was on. Thankfully, we weren't in the room much. I didn't expect it to be a luxury experience, but I did expect some things that seem to be basic. There was a refrigerator and microwave in the room which was nice, and the ice maker worked well. If you are up for a basic, no frills experience, this is the place for you.

Kinda hard to find the road, behind gas station. Easy parking. Great food all around. It is as stated: economy standards. Was disappointed no hair dryer and I didn't bring one. Listed breakfast, but was none. Room was clean. If looking for very minimal, it works.

This is a very old and used hotel. Yes it has new carpet but that’s about it. Old bathroom, furniture, tv etc. Very dingy. Tears on velvet chair. TV was standard definition blurry and stretched pic) The a/c was the old type by the front door/window but worked ok. The front desk staff ( possible owners) were very nice and we were allowed to check in early Thank goodness we were only there to sleep as we were in town attending a concert. No blow dryer or ice bucket in room and didn’t see an ice machine by the 1st floor soda machine There was a microwave and fridge in the room

The actual building is very old and could use some upgrades. The continental breakfast pictured on their site, is only for show per the gentleman that checked us in. They do not even offer coffee. There is a Waffle House within walking distance. The actual room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The bath towels are paper thin. The neighborhood is sketchy. It was okay for a quick stay.
