Good location with dining and shopping all within walking distance. Very friendly staff and nice amenities including breakfast soup as well as complimentary coffee and tea. Parking is quite limited but there are outdoor parking nearby at very low price.

Rundum perfekter Aufenthalt und großartige Wahl! Das Unwind bietet eine tolle Alternative zu allen Hotelketten und Burgen, die es zu Hauf rundherum und in Sapporo gibt. Wunderschön und individuell gestaltet, vom komfortablen Zimmer bis zur tollen Roof Top Bar mit Lagerfeuer, das täglich den Abend einläutet oder den Tag und Abend beendet. Das aufs Zimmer servierte Frühstück in Form einer Suppe ist lecker und alles liebevoll im Mehrweg bereitet. Wir kommen wieder!

建物に入った瞬間から匂いが良く、雰囲気は素敵でとても気に入った。ウェルカムドリンクや、外の炎でスイートポテトを焼いて食べるのは最高だった。暖かく、ホテルなのにキャンプをしたような気分が味わえた。また冬に来たい

Zimmer war für Japan echt groß (haben das extra so gebucht) und ganz nett. Die Gegend war nicht so schön, da das Hotel im Redlight Distrikt liegt - hätten wir das gewusst hätten wir das nicht gebucht. Frühzeitiger Check in (2h früher) mussten wir extra drauf zahlen. Parkplatz kostete auch extra & war enorm eng.

This was a well-designed, comfortable hotel, within walking distance to good restaurants, shopping, a park, and a subway station. The food there was delicious and we definitely took advantage of their daily free wine and s’mores.

The property has a cool concept that’s kinda like a ski resort. Great soup a baguette every morning at the door hot in a thermos. Rooftop bar and a fire pit was also nice.

It is very cute and personal. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was exceptionally kind and patient. The breakfast served to your room included a delicious soup - what a treat!

札幌に来る際には何度もリピート宿泊しています。良心的でフレンドリーなスタッフ。清潔な館内とお部屋。味が良くて丁度いい量のコンチネンタルブレックファスト。屋上階のバー。着心地のよいパジャマ。すべてが素晴らしく快適に過ごせます。

The service at this hotel was outstanding! Every staff member was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and charming. The bar was an outstanding atmosphere. This was our favourite stop during our trip and we hope to visit again one day!

There was black mold on the bathroom ceiling and the air ventilation was very poor. There were other aspects of the room that were nice but the mold was a big problem for us.

今回泊まらせていただきましたが、施設自体古いものをリノベーションしてありますが、宿泊費の割にとてもチープなお部屋でした。朝食もスープとパンのみで物足りなかったです。

I like this cozy hotel. The family room fit my party of 3 adults well, with sofa and kitchenette, we could chat drink and eat together. Breakfast is special with everyday starts off with a hot soup. The staff have international vibe. They are friendly and helpful, make us feel home outside home. Had a wonderful time staying in this hotel and definitely will pick this again next time.

My husband and I really liked Unwind Hotel and Bar Sapporo. It has a woodsy cabin-like vibe to it. We got the room with a king-sized bed and still had plenty of space. Daily breakfast of soup and bread was delivered to our door. It was delicious. The staff was friendly and their English was good. Communication was not a problem. No on-site washer/dryer but they do offer laundry service for a fee. On the top floor, is a cozy bar, which we liked. There is also a rooftop area for open air seating. For the reasonable rate and the size and comfort of the room, I would absolutely stay there again.

My mum and I stayed at Unwind Hotel for 6 nights. It is a small hotel and the setting is cozy. Very conveniently located with variety of eateries and near to Odori Park and all within walking distance. The team here are English speaking and they are very polite and helpful. Will definitely come back again in the future!

Overall very nice and clean hotel. Enjoyed the breakfast soups delivered daily to your room at requested time. Hotel is very close to Nakajima Park. Would stay again

小学生の子供2人と3人旅だったので、3人で寝れる大きいベッドのある部屋を選びました。駅から少しだけ歩きます。オシャレな雰囲気で、部屋についてるバルミューダのトースーで焼いた朝食のパン、スープカレーが美味しかったです。泊まるだけだったので、他の施設などは不要な我が家にはちょうど良かったです。

大通、すすきの等からは少し離れていますが、それ以外は全て素晴らしく、特にスタッフの対応は個人一人一人への配慮があり素敵でした。また、札幌に泊まる際はリピートしたいです。

房間超大，早餐付的湯跟麵包也很好吃，距離zepp sapporo也很近，稍微走點路也可以到薄野吃拉麵，並且距離車站也不遠，是個可以考慮住宿的地方

역 근처이고 4인 가족 예약하기가 좋았습니다 아침은 제공 해주는데 간단하면서 영향 균형도 좋았습니다 밥을 좋아하시면 마트에서 밥을 미리 사시는것을 추천드립니다 스푸와 밥이 잘 어울립니다
