The Devon Inn was comfortable, clean, with an excellent breakfast. It’s an older property but well maintained and quiet. Also not price gouging, it is fairly priced and deserves business.

Old world charm meets comfortable stay. Only caveat would be lack of elevators to our room - so we got a bit of exercise hauling our luggage up the stairs. Not a big deal for us, but might give some others pause. Friendly staff, tasty breakfast options, good location for forays into nearby Ireland.

The hotel has a stately feel, with dark woods throughout. The carpeted floors are clean and the decor is classy , incorporating Irish culture and history. Service and food at the on site restaurant were fantastic which makes it easier at the end of a long day, rather than having to go out again for a dinner meal. We loved our stay!

Reception area and bar is recently refurbished and looks really nice but the actual rooms have not been updated since the 80’s. I was asked for full payment on check-in rather than pre-authorization or deposit which I’ve never seen in Ireland. Room was musty and old, even had a power switch for the entire rooms power. No lock on room door from the inside, anyone with a key can walk into your room which is not up to modern standards. Have a new TV in the room with nextflix and Wi-Fi but the TV doesn’t have a browser so I was unable to accept the hotel Wi-Fi terms and conditions and use Netflix. 7am a delivery of kegs came to the bar and was very loud throwing kegs and shouting at the back of the hotel. Breakfast was good, large choice and good hot breakfast

A loud wedding was going on until 0200 in the morning that had music shaking the whole building. This is the only wedding venue within a great distance so expect this to be a regular occurrence if you choose to stay here.

Nice stay. Staff was helpful and very pleasant, especially the front desk reception staff. The hotel was nice and comfortable but the bathrooms could probably use a little updating. The humidity and moisture is taking a toll on some of the fixtures. Overall a very pleasant stay.

This was our first stay at the Devon Inn Hotel and was recommended by two separate family members who had eaten here but not stayed. It was a good recommendation and the team were very friendly and helpful. My partner and I both enjoyed the food. The portion sizes were very generous and the dishes were cooked well. We will definitely book here again when staying in the area.

Convenient location. Staff pleasant. Nice decor. The vegetarian breakfast is less than the meat version. Why? Just offer something instead to bulk it to the same size as a full Irish breakfast. Vegetarians pay the same as meat eaters for the room! The cistern in the toilet took 15 minutes to refill after a flush. Needs modernised.

Convenient location. Staff pleasant. Nice decor. The vegetarian breakfast is less than the meat version. Why? Just offer something instead to bulk it to the same size as a full Irish breakfast. Vegetarians pay the same as meat eaters for the room! The cistern in the toilet took 15 minutes to refill after a flush. Needs modernised.

This was our first stay at the Devon Inn Hotel and was recommended by two separate family members who had eaten here but not stayed. It was a good recommendation and the team were very friendly and helpful. My partner and I both enjoyed the food. The portion sizes were very generous and the dishes were cooked well. We will definitely book here again when staying in the area.

Reception area and bar is recently refurbished and looks really nice but the actual rooms have not been updated since the 80’s. I was asked for full payment on check-in rather than pre-authorization or deposit which I’ve never seen in Ireland. Room was musty and old, even had a power switch for the entire rooms power. No lock on room door from the inside, anyone with a key can walk into your room which is not up to modern standards. Have a new TV in the room with nextflix and Wi-Fi but the TV doesn’t have a browser so I was unable to accept the hotel Wi-Fi terms and conditions and use Netflix. 7am a delivery of kegs came to the bar and was very loud throwing kegs and shouting at the back of the hotel. Breakfast was good, large choice and good hot breakfast

We booked the Devon Inn for an overnight stay doing a long journey. Check in was easy, room was nice and clean, plenty of parking. My only issue was my key was stiff for the door on one occasion had to get a staff member to help me open the door, but thats minor. We had dinner and the food was lovely.
