Very nice hotel. Friendly helpful staff, the room was nice and clean. The tv was not working but the next day after we reported it to the reception, it was fixed. The pool was lovely and big, great pool side bar and sun loungers. Really good atmosphere with music playing during the day. Very good location with just a short walk to many bars and restaurants. Would definitely return again.

Easy check in .booked a double superior room but had a free upgraded to a suite which was fabulous. Super comfy beds and pillows . Large bathroom /shower room . Very clean hotel. Lovely pool and bar/restaurant

Tout était très bien sauf 2 bémol, notre chambre était juste en dessous des moteur des clim sur les toit et un vrombissement permanent était un peu désagréable, après juste les horaires du petit déjeuner là fin à 10 h est un peu trop tôt, c'est un endroit de fête les gens ce lève tard, 11h serait judicieux. Horaire ouverture piscine trop tard 11h.est trop tard tout le monde attends depuis 9h30 10h et toules transat sont déjà pris, nous avons demandé à nous installer sur la terrasse du haut et le garçon de piscine très gentil nous a dis que non il n'avait pas l'autorisation, bien dommage nous avons dû nous mettre sur la planche même alors qu'il y avait beaucoup de place pour d'autre transat ou même la terrasse du haut était complètement vide. Malgres ces petits détail le séjour était fort agréable, merci à toute l'équipe, piscine et staff de débarras petit déjeuner, accueil, bonne équipe et très sympa, hôtel à recommander

This property charges for everything, the air conditioning is terrible. It is always hot in the room. The pool closes at early. No extra pillows was given. Just one flat pillow each for one bed.

Perfect location, hotel staff very friendly and lovely, pool area is extremely clean and kept looked after by the pool man throughout the day with good music playing from around 12pm - 6pm. Rooms are basic but very clean, supermarket next to the pool very cheap! Taxi rank outside hotel, walkable to o beach, restaurants, beach and San an town!

Great stay we will be back. A little out of the way but if you don’t mind walking it’s great. Nice huge pool with lots of chairs and umbrellas. Great buffet breakfast and a little store attached to the hotel.

Très bon hôtel très bien situé pas trop près du centre et donc très calme. Personnel serviable et chambre très propre et comme dans le descriptif...si je retourne à Ibiza je retourne dans cette hôtel... très bon séjour passé chez eux..

The bathroom was not cleaned very well, there was hairs on the floor and shower tiles. The drinking cups in the bathroom were very old and breaking we did not want to use them! The first morning breakfast was pretty good, the second morning it was very bad. The eggs were left under the heat lamps too long so it was all very dry. The bar steward was polite and friendly. There is no sofas or comfy seats in the bar to sit and relax. The reception area is like a hostel!

Handtücher haben gefusselt und nach Essig gerochen. Der Boden vom Hotelzimmer war nur dem Augenschein nach sauber, die Socken jedenfalls wurden dreckig. Aber für die gute Lage, den schönen Pool und die legere Stimmung kann ich es trotzdem empfehlen. Perfekter Startpunkt zum Feiern. :D

Lovely hotel, I had read some of the reviews & was unsure to what we were going to turn upto. Can not fault the property, good access to the centre, rooms clean, food good. What more can you ask for, would definitely recommend.

La atención en recepción me gusto mucho, muy atentos. El baño lo encontré por primera ves sucio. En especial el inodoro.

Good hotel to stay a couple of days. Pool was cold (April). Not enough umbrellas on the pool. Breakfast buffet was amazing with a lot of options. Room conditions wasn’t good. Uncomfortable beds. Cleaning service wasn’t good. We didn’t had shampoo refilled and hair dryer wasn’t working. No drinking water. No coffee or tea in the room. Small TV. Smelly room. Otherwise good hotel. It is not enough stuff in the hotel and sometimes you are waiting very long in the reception desk or if you need something. Pool towels only for 20 euro cash deposit what we doesn’t like it

Pulizia scarsa se non inesistente. Lenzuola sporche e asciugamani sporchi. Colazione da mensa, tutto precotto e nulla di fresco. Temperature sempre assurdamente glaciali nell’area colazione. Pagato tanto per il servizio offerto. Mai più!

Staff on reception and at breakfast in the morning were fantastic! There was an excellent selection of breakfast options served between 8 and 10am. It would be nice to have breakfast option a little bit earlier in the morning as we wanted to get up and go, but otherwise we were really happy. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, but a busy road outside our room, nothing that ear plugs can't block out though.

The hotel itself is great. Staff were friendly, nice big pool area with plenty of sunbeds. A nice pool bar which served good food. The only downside was the air con, or lack of, we stayed for 1 night on our arrival to Ibiza and the air con did eventually start getting cool, we also stayed here on our last night in a supposedly suite but wasn't much different from our first night and the AC wasn't working! In that heat you need air con. It was blowing out slightly cold air but it never filled the room so trying to get ready and sleep was a nightmare. A shame as we probably wouldn't stay again. But the rest of the facilities are spot on.

La atencion del personal fue excepcional. Nos dejaron hacer el check in antes de tiempo porque la habitacion ya estaba lista. A la salida pudimos dejar la habitacion y aprovechar el dia porque nos guardaron el equipaje y pudimos ducharnos antes de viajar.

Breakfast was salty on some days, room was cleaned only once shabbily during our 6 days stay. They kept asking us to come down to the reception to get things necessary in the room ourselves (like shower caps pillows and blankets). Hotel smelt upon our arrival we had to complain to the receptionist.

Cuando llegué a registrarme me dijeron que solamente faltaban por pagar las tasas. Yo en ese momento no me acordaba si lo había pagado el Hotel o no le dije que vale por la tarde cuando fuimos a entrar nos habían bloqueado la habitación no podíamos acceder a ella, porque la habitación no estaba apagada Cosa que me indigno bastante si no las cobrado al principio porque no te has dado cuenta yo pregunté que para pagar me dijeron que solamente había las tasas pues esperar al final de la estancia o cuando me veas en recepción me dice Sheyla que está pendiente de pagar lo que es intolerable es que bloqueen la habitación y no pueda entrar en ella con tus cosas dentro

If you’re looking for a cheap and nice place to stay definitely come here. It’s affordable, the breakfast buffets is very nice with a mixture of everything. The hotel is very close to the airport literally about 15 minutes in the cab and it only cost about 20£ so a good price if you’re splitting it. The hotel is close to the beach, and near the shops and restaurants if you want to roam around.

Perfect location, hotel staff very friendly and lovely, pool area is extremely clean and kept looked after by the pool man throughout the day with good music playing from around 12pm - 6pm. Rooms are basic but very clean, supermarket next to the pool very cheap! Taxi rank outside hotel, walkable to o beach, restaurants, beach and San an town!

Great stay we will be back. A little out of the way but if you don’t mind walking it’s great. Nice huge pool with lots of chairs and umbrellas. Great buffet breakfast and a little store attached to the hotel.

We arrived after the main season, so returned home today, really enjoyed our stay for the weekend. Within walking distance to the beach, bars and clubs. Hotel staff were very friendly and the breakfast had a great choice, full English, continental etc with fresh fruit, yogurts and cereal. The only annoying thing was the sound of suitcase wheels running along the tiles up and down the corridors, woken up early hours a few times, but overall a great stay!

The bathroom was not cleaned very well, there was hairs on the floor and shower tiles. The drinking cups in the bathroom were very old and breaking we did not want to use them! The first morning breakfast was pretty good, the second morning it was very bad. The eggs were left under the heat lamps too long so it was all very dry. The bar steward was polite and friendly. There is no sofas or comfy seats in the bar to sit and relax. The reception area is like a hostel!

We had an initial four pieceful days and then a large group of about 100 school children who were there for a football competition. The breakfast for the first four days was great but sharing the dining room with all these children was very noisy and I believe that the kitchen staff couldn't cope with the volume of guests and the bacon and we're cold and overcooked. Such a shame as loved the island later in the evenings peace returned to the bar area as the children had gone to bed

Lovely hotel, I had read some of the reviews & was unsure to what we were going to turn upto. Can not fault the property, good access to the centre, rooms clean, food good. What more can you ask for, would definitely recommend.

My room was disappointing. I was given one with a balcony with only one seat overlooking a wild, unkempt wall at the back of building 3. It was grotty. Also, the room had an unpleasant dank smell, and NO AC. I heard a woman complain about the smell in her room at check-in. It's obviously a problem. The pool area was quite nice, with a bar & nice loungers.

Excellent hotel for a cheek trip to Ibiza. Hotel very clean, not noisy and had a relaxed well behaved vibe. Stayed here back in 2015, can tell the general fabric of the building is getting tired compared to my last stay. Hotel 5 mins walk away from the beach/strip. Defoe great value for money and would stay here again for sure.
