The pool was green and out of service the entire time we were there. If we needed towels or toilet paper we had to go to the front desk to get them ourselves. The pancake machine was broken so the included breakfast was limited. Nobody cleaned our room or took out our trash even after multiple requests. We took out our own trash. I expected a lot more from this hotel seeing how it is only a few miles from the Army base.

We stayed here for a military ceremony for 3 nights. The pool was shut down the entire time which was unfortunate and breakfast was not the best. Our room was clean, and we had no issues checking in or out. Staff was very friendly which is always appreciated.

The property is nice. There are all the amenities you might need, like a gym and laundry. The staff is exceptionally friendly, which is a plus. The rooms could use some TLC (updating, paint, that sort of thing) but it is clean and comfortable. The only complaint, if I had one, is it’s a little bit noisy when someone slams a door or walks down the hall talking… you can hear it all. Overall, I wouldn’t rule it out if I were in the area again.

It was a very quiet place to stay. My kids enjoyed the pool. Our shower had mold on it and the tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned.

The staff was friendly. The room was fine. The bed/sheets were clean. The bathroom was HORRIFIC!! The toilet was covered in urine down the sides and front and on onto the floor. The shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers were empty. There was a puppy being supervised by what seemed like children of the staff who allowed the little guy to urinate in the lobby where the dining tables were without cleaning up behind him and walking away from it.

We were seriously disappointed considering this was our second visit to the hotel. They gave away the room we booked. The room was dirty, not vacuumed, sticky floor in the bathroom, towels weren’t replenished. We found a condom under the bed and dirty clothes in the drawers. Very sad because this location was the most convenient for us to visit my son in the Army.

The first room we checked into had beer cans in the bathroom trash. There was a used wash cloth hanging on the shower rod. Hair was all in the shower and toilet. The room smelled like it hadnt been cleaned. They moved us to another room and they shower was clogged with hair. Water wouldnt drain out.

It was filthy. Unfortunately the staff was some of the sweetest most hospitable group of people at all the hotels I’ve stayed. But the overall cleanliness was horrible and disgusting. The pictures provided were not accurate or representing the true state of the room or the hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was clean. The rooms are in desperate need of a remodel...at least new carpet and paint. The bathroom ceiling in my room had peeling paint in many places. The elevators were dirty as was the hallway carpet. One of the hallway trash cans was overflowing, too.

We stayed one night in the hotel and when we got there one of the pillows had makeup all over it. We slept in our day clothes on top of the sheets because we got in late and had a fussy infant that needed to sleep. When we woke up the next morning we found a roach in our bathroom! We had to cut our trip short and left immediately. When we spoke to the front desk she told us they come in when it gets cold and promised us the manager would give us a call. We never got a call but I did get a message saying they would call pest control for that room. Stay at your own risk.

The staff is really great and are always willing to help. They greet you whenever they see you and greet you when you re-enter the property. The rooms were clean, the only thing I didn't like was the street noise from outside was constant at night but I just canceled it out. The price of the rooms are average.

The rooms with a single queen bed are pretty small. Everything was clean and well-kept. We stayed 3 nights and there was no maid service and no fresh towels - we could have requested them, though. The breakfast was sparse but adequate. It was a good value for a clean room. Would stay again.

All the important things like great pillows, plenty of covers, great mattress, hot water, good water pressure were great. Breakfast was a bust. No pancake mix. Waiting for delivery. Employees Msrcus and Felcia spook to me, told me their names and incisted that i let them know if we needed anything. Great location near Ft. BENNING.

This is an older facility with maintenance items that can easily be corrected to present a better experience. Toilet handle needed to wiggled to work.. bathroom walls were plastered recently but not painted…

We attended a graduation ceremony at Fort Moore and I liked that the hotel was close and easy to get to and from post. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would like to make a special mention to Missie for her great personality and all of her help while checking in and out. I would definitely stay again!

The staff is outstanding!!!! Nicki at the front desk is so personable, friendly and attentive to the visitors! We will always choose this hotel when in the area! The room needed some minor fixes and deeper cleaning but overall an excellent hotel!

Upon arrival when we came to check in it was after 11p so we had to walk up to the window and the young lady ask my name then said just a minute, another couple walked up and she lets them inside and we’re wondering why she didn’t let us in then the other couple comes to the window and says she said you can come so we walk in and she’s assisting them so I said how are you gonna assist them when you asked my name and we’re helping me first she said well I thought they were you I say you asked my name so you knew they weren’t me she said well I tried to let you in so I assumed she was you . This young lady asked my name told me just a minute let me check your reservation stop assisting me took another couple then called me by my full name then tells me I assumed it was you. I said so her name is the same as mine? She just kept typing. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever seen. And to top it off she didn’t even apologize for her actions. I was in town for my sons graduation from the military and had it not been so late I would have went else where

Ive stayed at this location several times without incident, but this time was definitely different. The front desk clerk actually gave another guest a key to my room, and they were trying to get in while I was in there. The wuest stated she had neen in the room earlier, and i stated so was i. She said she saw my things, but wasn't sure why it was there. Apparently when she went out, i came back in. Crazy Right.

I didn't like the fact that I had the forfeit my $50 deposit for a spot of blood on a sheet. I was treated rudely by the staff at the front desk when trying to explain the reason for my $50 deposit being taken for a spot of blood on a sheet. I would never recommend microtel by Wyndham on St Mary's road Columbus Georgia to anyone. I hope that the $50 deposit will keep Wyndham and microtel out of bankruptcy.

The customer service was beyond excellent, especially James!!! He was working the front desk both nights we were there and he was awesome!!!! We had a problem with the room above us the 1st night, they were making alot of noise until midnight! We called James and within minutes the noise stopped! He was incredibly personable!! Remembered our names and greeted us by name every time we came through the lobby!! He should be the company's benchmark for the level of customer service you provide!!! Absolutely the best!!!

This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at coming from a upper class Miami girl. If you are visiting for military or needing somewhere last minute to stay then come to this hotel. The people are amazing, Ms. Phoenix and James are awesome and southern hospitality at core with their service. The rates are amazing too, please book here you won’t regret it.

Excellent Stay with Outstanding Service I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. Every team member I encountered—from the front desk to housekeeping—was friendly, courteous, and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. The level of service was exceptional. Very convenient to the freeway & getting to Fort Moore. It’s actually so close to the freeway that there is quite a bit of traffic noise, but the A/C had a constant fan feature that solved that issue. The front desk lady was helpful & attentive. I would stay here again.

The hotel itself is perfectly fine. No issues and the lady at the front desk was super friendly. The beds are comfy and the room is clean. The area nearby is questionable and possibly unsafe. We didn’t have any issues, however when we arrived a guy was outside of his car dancing. The car smelled very strongly of weed. When we got inside the rest of his party was being asked to leave because they could only provide id from a person who was not with them. I like that the hotel takes privacy and security seriously and would not let someone stay who had an id and credit card that didn’t belong to any of them and did not match their last name. Overall, the hotel is great, the breakfast was great and no one messed with anything in the parking lot. It’s fine for passing through for the night.

Breakfast was bad. Boiled eggs were extremely cold. 2nd day @ 8 a.m. the only items available were cold eggs, yogurt and juice. I understand continental, but that was not a good experience. Choices were very limited.

The rooms with a single queen bed are pretty small. Everything was clean and well-kept. We stayed 3 nights and there was no maid service and no fresh towels - we could have requested them, though. The breakfast was sparse but adequate. It was a good value for a clean room. Would stay again.

All the important things like great pillows, plenty of covers, great mattress, hot water, good water pressure were great. Breakfast was a bust. No pancake mix. Waiting for delivery. Employees Msrcus and Felcia spook to me, told me their names and incisted that i let them know if we needed anything. Great location near Ft. BENNING.

The rooms and the service were great.. Unfortunately we stayed in a room near the main road was very loud hard to sleep air conditioning was very loud too. Breakfast could have been better not a big choice of anything.. But overall clean nice place to stay if you're passing through

The breakfast wasn't all that great. Toast, bagels, pre-packaged muffins, hard boiled eggs, cereal, oranges, and pre-packaged oatmeal or grits. The coffee and juice were watered down. Otherwise, it was nice and I would stay there again.

I arrived at the hotel at 9:00 pm. There was a gentleman checking in As I was waiting for my turn, a little girl came down to get an item from the front desk and then an older lady came down with door card issues. Once the gentleman was checked in, the front desk helped the other two ladies, even though I had arrived at the desk before them. Once everyone but me had been taken care of, the front desk told me to wait because they were changing shifts. Once I was helped it took the new front desk attendant 5 min to check me in. I had to wait 30 minutes after I had arrived after a long day and knowing I also had an early morning. I am well versed in customer service and knowing it only takes 5 minutes the clerk should have taken care of me before the shift change. Very disappointing when people think about themselves before the customers they are helping.

The room cleaning service was terrible; we stayed for four days, and the rooms were never cleaned. We had to go to the lobby to ask for toilet paper and clean bath towels. I would never stay at this hotel again.
