Utmärkt läge, trevlig personal. Sängarna lite smala att sova 2 i, ca 1,20 breda. Vi sov 3 personer i två sängsrum och det var trångt och en säng stod intill ACn så man hade kalluften på sig. Karaokebaren runt hörnet rekommenderas inte ;) Bagaget togs om hand efter utcheckning tills vi skulle åka vidare

Mycket bra läge till rimligt pris, beläget på gränsen mellan SoHo och Little Italy. Rummet var litet och det kom en del ljud från gatan, men det får man räkna med i en storstad. Stort restaurangutbud i närheten. Hotellet bjöd på kaffe och sötsaker varje morgon för den som önskar. Bra städning, men lite nedgångna ytskick. Sköna sängar. Vi fick ett rum högt upp med trevlig utsikt mot One World Trade Center. Sammantaget ett gott betyg, vi kommer gärna tillbaka.

The hotel was honestly mediocre. The location was the greatest asset. My biggest complaints are maintenance and cleanliness related. One of my pillowcases had noticeable staining and soiling, and the bedspread had a small stain. The shower curtain was cut off weirdly at the bottom making it difficult to keep in place. The bathtub had been poorly refinished. The bathroom mirror light was very dim and blue hued -which was odd. The bathroom didn’t seem to have an exhaust fan or ventilation either. The windows didn’t open at all, and since there was no ventilation in the bathroom when I took a shower the entire hotel room would get filled with steam. The staff were nice, no complaints there.

The staff was helpful and friendly and the location good for me... I did not mind the small room (expected) a problem or the no frills hotel but there were just annoying minor design issues making it seem LOW end for a newer hotel,... The coffee breakfast snacks were served on a tiny table in the elevator vestibule with no area to even put something down . The lone elevator very small . The room only accessible outlet was behind the entry door or way under the desk. Tiny tub where just a shower would have been better ,,, Small things that made it feel like HUMAN use was an after thought
