For the second time in one year I have had a motorcycle trailer stolen off my truck while staying at this hotel. A total of three motorcycles lost. I can not recommend staying here for that reason. This last time it was parked 30 feet from the front door. Another guest had the same thing happen to him. Stay elsewhere.

This hotel was new and clean and very comfortable. It was incredibly disappointing that the hot tub was not functional, as that is the main reason for booking it. I feel that a discount is in order when promised amenities are non functional. There was no offer to amend the situatuation.

Check-in was fast/efficient. Common areas were clean and well maintained as with my room. Considering there were several highschool teams staying, the rooms/hallways were very quiet. Location was convenient with ample parking. After returning from dinner we were once again greeted, this time, with a ‘have a good night’.

Elevator was out for days. Otherwise it’s a great spot, grounds are nice. If you’re heading to Oliver this is your best bet for stays other than airbnbs. Fresh fruit at breakfast would be a nice addition.

Location was great for our needs,The breakfast was convenient. Cleanliness was a problem on arrival there were signs posted about seasonal bugs .There were plenty in our room.Got locked in the bathroom as the the latch was broken.Went to get the extra blanket and a partial bottle of vodka fell out.Found a twisted piece of hard plastic under the fitted sheet.The room was not cleaned for our entire 3 day stay!

When I checked in the room I was given had a very strong mould smell. The front desk immediately changed my room which was great. My second room did not have a smell. Sadly, the bathroom was covered in hair. I decided to give it a wipe down myself. Common areas were not clean at all. The floors in the stairwell looked as though they hadn’t been vacuumed in a very long time. Food crumbs, candy wrappers and various other debris pieces scattered. I was there for 3 nights, it didn’t get vacuumed. Lobby and breakfast area was clean. I would also suggest having sports channels on the TV in the gym.

Stayed for one night at the Coast Oliver Hotel as part of a week-long road trip. It’s a nice looking hotel, modern, with good amenities. At first glance seemed clean but when we went into the washroom there was what looked to be feces (hopefully animal but I’m unsure) on the side of the tub and on the floor of the bathroom. The front desk person switched us rooms that night but it really did make me wonder how well the rooms were really cleaned. When we checked out in the morning there was no more mention of it.

We stayed in 3 rooms for 3 nights which cost us more than $3000. We were there for a family wedding. The rooms were infested w fleas and bugs. No apologies and poor customer service w. Coffee makers dirty. Staff lacklustre and not interested in helping. Breakfast eggs inedible. Room cleaning staff were friendly.

Absolutely the worst hotel. Everything else is actually ok, the reason I said it’s the worst, because the bathroom fan is continuously making really loud noise. And you can not turn it off!!! I went to the front desk, the guy was telling me he can’t do anything about it and gave me the last three ear plugs!!! And no one can find their manager to talk to. We did not sleep much that night.

Oliver is a beautiful area and the hotel is situated nicely. Everything else was okay. The lobby smelled funky, the bathroom sink was a design style that was obviously tough to clean properly, and the room we had was noisy at night (next to elevator and constant rumble of ventilation). Other than that we had no complaints but there was nothing that stood out as being a nice touch. Everything seemed like a bare minimum and reminded me of why we’ve used AirBnB over hotels the last few years. Very blah and still a fair amount of money to stay.

Could hear the people above stomping around at 440am. Then their tv at 5am. For such a new hotel, the soundproofing was terrible. Won't stay here again. I can stay in any little motel that's quieter for half the price.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and comfortable…best nights sleep I’ve had in a long time!! View was of the river, we walked the small town and rode the bike trail end to end! The fan in the bathroom stayed on all the time but it didn’t really disturb us. We would definitely stay there again!!!

Front desk services are not good as Vancouver for sure. Not good with responding from complaints of broken facilities. Phone was not working the whole time, had to call with my cell phone. Asked me if I want to switch rooms. Same type. No help from house keeping or anyone, Didn’t want to pack everything and unpack again, Just rudeness of their cultural attitude made the whole stay off.

A mix up with the rooms led me to sit in the lobby until 11pm on my wedding night. The staff didn't seem to care or be sympathetic to the situation. They refused to issue a refund despite our room being given to someone else. They don't require photo ID at the front desk so anyone can come take your room. The room itself was okay but not worth the price. Because they are one of the only options in Oliver they can get away with charging crazy amounts for an extremely average hotel experience.

Excellent, kind, courteous front desk staff and breakfast staff, easy check-in and check-out, hot breakfast had lots of variety. Appreciated cleanliness of the room and property. The tub was spotless, thank-you!

Great location in the downtown core of Oliver with short driving distance to major wineries. The free breakfast offers a waffle iron where you can make your own fresh waffles. Starbucks coffee is also really good.

Property was well situated in town. Walkable to many local things. Beds comfortable and relatively clean. In the room we stayed in there was a sitting lounging chair that had visible stains. So we did not want to sit on it. The pool and hot tub was nice. The continental breakfast was very underwhelming. It did not change the 2 night we were there. And very limited items. Only 1 elevator which caused many delays as the hotel was very full.

Convenient to most places in Oliver. Near river front park. Easy access to trail and park. Quiet, clean and ,under other circumstances, would have been a great place to visit. Breakfast was great. Large parking area. All good.

Dangerous rooms were left open on multiple floors — electrical rooms, custodial rooms, employee-only Laundry rooms with chutes, Etc. Shower curtains were smelly and mildewy. Outlets on bed lamp were very loose and required service/replacement. Front desk clerk was constantly leaving for 10-15 minutes at a time multiple times after trying to check in around 8pm. No ice machine on each floor.
