It was ok. Kind of run down. Pool wasn’t open. Didn’t have water in it. Hot in halls and kind of smelled. No breakfast as it says online. Room was adequate. Just older. Fridge was rusty. Bathroom door was peeling away and hanging off. I cut my foot on it. Beds were fine but sheets were all wrinkled so I hope they weren’t used. Blanket has stains all over them. Just didn’t feel clean. The faucet need replacing..the hot water took forever to get hot…moldy smell…bathtub stopper is broken…turn the bathroom light on and the blower comes on too…dim lights…the light fixture in the bathroom is so dusty…and not the correct light bulb iin it…this is the worse hotel I’ve ever visited…

No elevator, seniors had to carry luggage up 20 steps. Continental breakfast was BARE minimum, had to staff to fix grounds in coffee canteen and to bring out some apple juice. Was charged $15 for extra person in double bed room because I missed noting 2 when booking. And still waiting to get my Wyndham points.

Terrible terrible terrible. A/c didn’t work. The place didn’t have an elevator for anyone who can’t walk up stairs. The only room with a king size bed that I reserved couple days ahead of time didn’t lock from the hallway. Just terrible

Looks like nice budget hotel on the outside but stepping inside gives a very different vibe. The property is not taken care of although the front desk clerk was nice everything went downhill after that. We got in late/ early Saturday night/Sunday morning so when I washed my face and had very low water pressure and no hot water didn’t worry me to much. But when I got up Sunday morning to shower there was no hot water. I called the front desk (it was 6:30am) he came to “fix it” and couldn’t- he was supposed to let management know, I have spoke with the lady who then said to call @ 11, I did and he was horrible to deal with and I will be calling corporate. Not to mention the shower head and faucet about cane out of the wall when we were trying to get hot water.

Room was fiflty,Bad odor throughout hotel,Walls were stained and bathroom was disgusting, fecal matter and stained,bathroom fan made loud noise and couldnt turn it off cause it to,was wired to light switch as T.V. was also wired to bathroom switch.Funiture was trashed,Cabinet door hanging from broken hinge.Couldnt even shut it closed.Absoultly the worst room and hotel I ever stayed at and.payed over 130.00 after taxes and lets not forget the 100.00 room deposit you dont get ack till 3 to 5 business days.

We got a text offering to check in online, so I did. Then when we arrived I had to do the very same thing again- drivers license, credit card & make/ model of vehicle. And it was all prepaid with hotels.com already having all my information anyway! I think $100 deposit for a super 8 is ridiculous!! And the carpet along the walls & corners were FILTHY.

The rooms were not clean. I saw 3 of them and all were bad. There were holes burned in the sheets of the beds.the first room smelled like smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. I found a cockroach in my room on day 3 of a 5 day stay, so they had me switch rooms. They showed me 2 other rooms, but both were dirty. Options were limited, so I picked the less dirty of the two. Couldn't wait to check out. Will not stay here again.

The hotel does not communicate with the online super 8 pre check in. I had checked in online on the way to the hotel & my credit card was charged for the deposit (which by the way was $98.81, which is ridiculous for a super 8.) Then upon arrival the hotel wanted all the same info to charge me again for a deposit. If I hadn’t been paying attention to my texts & emails I would have been charged twice. The tv remote did not work. The refrigerator was loud & on its last leg- had to unplug it so we could sleep. Overall the room was dirty- the sink faucet was filthy & moldy around the base of the handles & under the faucet. Bed super hard. Another guy that had just checked in & got to his room came back to the front desk while we were checking in & asked for clean bedding because there was a large stain on the sheets. That should have been our clue to leave! But it’s horrid to get any money back once you’ve paid online.

My reserved room was not available and down graded. WiFi would not work right. No table to use in room for eating. Have stayed at other super8 and they also did not have table also. Room could use touch up work and deep cleaning. Furniture in room looks like from 80’s. The casino next door was not that much more money!

For us, the room was just fine. The bed was comfortable and bedding clean. The room itself did have a weird smell, but that might be because they are remodeling several rooms (not ours yet). The gal at the front desk was very sweet. The only off thing was, we made our reservation on hotels.com, then I was asked if I wanted an upgrade to a King for an extra four dollars. Well yes we would, thank you! At the hotel, they didn't get the information - I showed it still pending on my side in the app. The husband came up to the desk and charged us an extra $10 for the upgrade, which was a discount from $14. We just got home last night so will check to see if we ended up paying the entire $14. If we did, we are calling it good. I just want to mention it so people know. While $14 is not a lot, yes it is! In spite of this, we are still rating the stay a 4 because it was a better stay than a 3.

Coming into the property, the guy messed up gave me somebody else’s room knocked on my door at 3 AM to wake me up to tell me that he made a mistake when I’ve already taken and the bed sleeping I asked him to go away and I will talk to him in the morning. He proceeded to come knock on my door at 6 AM to wake me up again to tell me that he made a mistake and gave me somebody else’s room and he needed to see my ID. He looked at my ID took it to the front did not tell me he was going to take it to the front. I had to go out in my pajamas to get my id keep in mind The guy who was before me did not have an ID and he told him I’ll give you my cell phone. Coming into the property, the guy messed up gave me somebody else’s room knocked on my door at 3 AM to wake me up to tell me that he made a mistake when I’ve already taken and the bed sleeping I asked him to go away and I will talk to him in the morning. He proceeded to come knock on my door at 6 AM to wake me up again to tell me that he made a mistake and gave me somebody else’s room and he needed to see my ID. He looked at my ID took it to the front did not tell me he was going to take it to the front. I had to go out in my pajamas to get my id keep in mind The guy who was before me did not have an ID and he told him I’ll give you my cell phone. The hotel does not communicate with the online super 8 pre check in. I had checked in online on the way to the hotel & my credit card was charged for the deposit (which by the way was $98.81, which is ridiculous for a super 8.) Then upon arrival the hotel wanted all the same info to charge me again for a deposit. If I hadn’t been paying attention to my texts & emails I would have been charged twice. The tv remote did not work. The refrigerator was loud & on its last leg- had to unplug it so we could sleep. Overall the room was dirty- the sink faucet was filthy & moldy around the base of the handles & under the faucet. Bed super hard. Another guy that had just checked in & got to his room came back to the front desk while we were checking in & asked for clean bedding because there was a large stain on the sheets. That should have been our clue to leave! But it’s horrid to get any money back once you’ve paid online.

I was worried because I had booked a room and then read several reviews of people complaining about bed bugs so I was terrified. But I couldn’t get my money back so I went ahead and continued with my reservation, and no bed bugs ! So for that I’m very thankful ! Great location you can walk over to the casino 🎰

Staff was friendly, when available. Rooms were clean enough but very outdated with holes in the bedspread. If you just need a cheap place to crash one night in walking distance from the Casino then it's good enough.

This hotel was within 15 minutes driving distance of everything we wanted to do. Very good spot and quiet. There are some updates that the property needs but all in all great price, great location, and good times.

It was ok. Kind of run down. Pool wasn’t open. Didn’t have water in it. Hot in halls and kind of smelled. No breakfast as it says online. Room was adequate. Just older. Fridge was rusty. Bathroom door was peeling away and hanging off. I cut my foot on it. Beds were fine but sheets were all wrinkled so I hope they weren’t used. Blanket has stains all over them. Just didn’t feel clean. Quiet

Basic clean but old corroded, rusty, and moldy faucets. Breakfast was pure carbs...bread, cereal, waffles. Nothing fresh at all. For a great location, a very run down hotel. I wish I'd spent the extra 40 bucks on a Marriott.

No elevator, seniors had to carry luggage up 20 steps. Continental breakfast was BARE minimum, had to staff to fix grounds in coffee canteen and to bring out some apple juice. Was charged $15 for extra person in double bed room because I missed noting 2 when booking. And still waiting to get my Wyndham points.

Employees were creepy and made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay. My friend had to stay in our room because of how dirty it was. Her door didn’t deadbolt. There were stains and messes on the wall. The lighting fixtures were all broken. Key cards stopped working twice. Bed was broken and would tip on one side

absolutely disgusting. toe nail clippings on the floor, “mysterious white stains” all over the mattress skirt, dust ridden vents, burned and stained carpet floor. Next time i’ll just sleep in my car, at least my doors actually lock and it doesn’t reek of mold and cigarettes.

We stayed at this hotel last year for the MR340 river race, and again this year. It is older and outdated, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The gal working the front desk was very nice and helpful! We didn't use any of the extras so can't say anything about that. We just needed a place to stay. The A/C was working, but not great. But it was also over 100 degrees and so humid, so I imagine all units had a hard time keeping up. There are no USB hook ups so be sure to bring a plug in thing to hook your USB cord into. Shower pressure was good and towels were plentiful and clean. We would stay here again.

Well where do I begin I was disappointed that the pool was not in operation and maybe closed down permanently as one or two articles on the internet indicated otherwise everything was so outdated and everything was not that clean the lavatory sink plunger was broke and it looked like there was some kind of glue or worm thing coming from there the carpet was very outdated and I just didn't feel very sanitary being in the room like I wanted to put hand sanitizer all over me when I left paid a hundred bucks for 20 or 30 bucks more with my discount from hotels.com I could have stayed at The Argosy Casino Hotel next door which is extremely nice I will not be back
