The staff here are really excellent. Guilherme helped me book a special tour to the natural pool in Taubaté. The breakfast was delicious, too. The hotel is close to the balsa and close to the main street. However, the atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. If I return to Ilhabela, I would stay here again.

O único ponto que tenho a reclamar é em relação ao conforto da cama. Os colchões são um pouco desconfortáveis, principalmente porque a “cama de casal” é formada pela junção de duas camas de solteiro, o que acaba deixando uma divisão no meio e pode incomodar um pouco na hora de dormir (pelo menos no quarto em que fiquei). Outro ponto seria a ventilação do quarto. Além da porta, havia apenas uma janela pequena no banheiro, o que dificultava um pouco a circulação de ar no ambiente. De resto, a pousada é maravilhosa, muito bem cuidada e com uma vista linda. O café da manhã, apesar de simples, é muito bom e atende muito bem. Além disso, os funcionários são sempre muito simpáticos, atenciosos e prestativos. No geral, tive uma ótima experiência e certamente recomendaria a pousada.
