Sehr tolle Lage direkt am Meer. Zimmer mit Pool- und Meerblick war toll. Gutes Essen - Speisesaal etwas zu laut und voll. Toller Kinderpool. Netter Ort. Nah an Cala Millor und weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das große Hotelgelände wurde von einer Straße unterbrochen (das war optisch nicht so schön, aber auch kein Problem).

Het complex is goed onderhouden en alles is erg schoon en netjes. De kamers zijn ruim en comfortabel, echter wel erg gehorig en de airco werkt niet echt op de slaapkamer (we hadden in totaal 3 kamers). Er zijn een aantal zwembaden die wel erg overbevolkt zijn. Het complex is iets te groot voor het aantal faciliteiten. De kwaliteit van het eten is voor een all-inclusive erg goed. Echter is de eetzaal erg ongezellig en lawaaiig en overal staan rijen. Er is nog een tweede restaurant La Finca, hier moet je voor reserveren. Dit is echter zeker niet de moeite waard. Ze hebben een mexicaans buffet en een aziatisch buffet in La Finca. Wij hadden het mexicaanse buffet gedaan, maar zijn uiteindelijk toch maar naar het reguliere buffet gegaan. De bar is erg goed en er is genoeg keuze. Kwaliteit van het bier en de mixdranken is erg goed. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Al met al een mooi complex, maar zeker vatbaar voor wat verbeteringen, vooral in de verhouding van het aantal gasten en de faciliteiten.

Das Hotel ist eine große weitläufige Anlage mit vielen Pools, zT leider durch eine Straße getrennt. Der große Kinder-Piraten-Pool war super. Der Strand ist schnell erreichbar und wirklich ein Traum. Sehr toller Strand mit kleinen Kindern. Liegen allerdings teuer (18€). Das Essen in den Themenrestaurants (Tapas, mexikanisch und amerikanisch) war super, auch das Frühstück im Restaurant Finca. Im Hauptrestaurant war es jedoch schrecklich. Es war sehr sehr laut, man hat sich kaum verstanden am Tisch, wenig Plätze um draußen zu essen. Geschmacklich war es dort jedoch in Ordnung. Die Zimmer waren alt und mit vielen Mängeln (Schimmelgeruch, hängende Türen in der Küche, quietschende Zimmertüren, Rost im Bad…).

Loved this hotel, despite a few negative reviews. Huge hotel so split across a few buildings (roads separating them are no issue even with kids), clean, friendly staff, safe, daily kids club amazing, about 6 different pools! Lots of activities for kids, beach within about 2 minute walking distance from our room, ability to request housekeeping items for free via an app, internet works great and was able to stream our usual shows when needed. We will be booking again for 2025. We had 2 adults and 2 children (ages 2 and 5) in our booking.

We’ve stayed twice now and it’s great for kids. We will be back again.

Great for young families. Lots of options of pools and things to do. We went half board and found drinks and snacks reasonable. Only negative comment is some of its photos give the impression it has tennis and gym facilities but it doesnt.

I\'m very disappointed with the hotel. The reviews are great, and I didn\'t even think that there would be anything I wouldn\'t like. In the end, I don\'t understand at all why this hotel is considered child-friendly (other than the large number of kids). 1. There is no elevator in the hotel. Every single day we had to carry the baby and the stroller up several flights of stairs, and no ramps at the restaurants. 3. The water in the children\'s pool is freezing! Much colder than in the adult pool. When we mentioned this at reception, they rolled their eyes and said it was impossible. Well, they should try it themselves, at the very least. 4. There\'s absolutely nothing to feed the kids. Most of the food is fried, or deep-fried. There\'s very little in terms of vegetables. I was especially shocked by the frozen strawberries (in the middle of summer in Spain). 5. You can’t have tea during lunch or dinner. The coffee machines and hot water are turned off. When we asked why, they said something like "it’s not allowed." 6. It\'s stated that the hotel has a gym and spa—that’s a lie. The gym is in the neighboring hotel, and you can go there if you ask reception for a pass. However, the spa in the same neighboring hotel is not included in your stay. 7. We got food poisoning at the main restaurant. My child was vomiting, and so were our friends. The staff once again rolled their eyes and said something like, "well, I guess someone else will get stuck tomorrow" Overall, feels like 3-star hotel

Splendida Scoperta Hotel superorganizzato, pulito in un punto mare fantastico. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno assegnato una camera al secondo piano. All’inizio, viaggiando con un bambino piccolo, eravamo preoccupati poi però la vista dal balcone ci ha fatto dimenticare la fatica. Punto mare: 10 e lode. Anche se di tanto in tanto il mare è pieno di Posidonia, basta spostarsi di qualche metro per trovare un mare limpido, pulito e dai colori caraibici. Particolarmente apprezzato il fondale degradante che aiutava i bambini più piccoli ad entrare da soli in acqua. Spiaggia: attrezzata e libera. Prezzo 6 euro a pezzo. Piena di famiglie e bambini…. ci si scatena nel castello di sabbia più bello. Stanze: spaziosissima con 2 ambienti, camera e soggiorno. Attrezzata con piastra a induzione, microonde e stoviglie. Noi avevamo l’all inclusive e non l’abbiamo mai utilizzata. Spazi Comuni: sempre curati e puliti anche se spesso affollati. Ristorazione: è un villaggio per tedeschi e inglesi quindi non si può chiedere tanto. Le materie prime sono di alta qualità ma la scelta molto limitata. Buona la colazione e la cena mentre il pranzo è davvero deludente. Mini club: SPETTACOLARE. Essendo in spagnolo, tedesco e inglese eravamo convinti di non poterne usufruire e invece nostro figlio non voleva venire più via. Me, my husband and our sun were sick from the food, everyone has thrown up and constantly had a diarrhea. We had spoiled fruits a couple of times and asked to change the plate (thanks to the stuff - they did that), whole fruits in the restaurant were dirty, we needed to wash them before eating. The time for lunch is 12.30-14.15, which is exactly the sleeping time of many toddlers. Even 12 would be nice to have. We ended up eating separately and taking food to our baby. The water in the kids swimming pools was quite cold, interestingly colder than the big ones and the sea. I saw the bartender poured the cheap gin to a bottle of Bombay gin, he noticed I saw that, but he continued doing that. The cleaning service is awful, sometimes they forget to change the towels or clean the floor. And there is no cleaning on Thursdays, not a big deal, but for 4 stars hotel?! We changed our tickets and checked out earlier, the stuff at the reception was not interested in knowing the reason. When I asked is it ok with you that your gusts are leaving earlier, they told me they don't care as it is not there hotel

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in diesem Hotel. Unser Appartment-Zimmer war schön groß. Leider hatten wir sehr viele kleine Schaben im Zimmer. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer ließ leider auch zu wünschen übrig. Die gleichen „Krümel“ lagen über die Woche verteilt unter unserem Esstisch. Allgemein ist der Zustand schon sehr abgewohnt und vor allem die Ecken im Badezimmer sehr schmuddelig. Leider wurden auch im Restaurant die Essensreste oft nur unter den Tisch gekehrt und die Kinderstühle nicht abgewischt, sodass man als 2. Tischbesetzung kein schönes Feeling mehr hatte. Auch der Indoor Spielbereich ist ziemlich heruntergekommen und es gibt viel kaputtes Spielzeug, welches man auch mal wieder erneuern könnte. Die Pools waren leider alle unbeheizt, sodass für uns als „Warmduscher“ das Baden Ende Mai unmöglich war. Insgesamt hat es vor allem unserer Tochter doch sehr gefallen!

The holiday was perfect! The staff were every helpful! Couldn’t do enough for you! Very very clean! Large selection on foods, right on the beach front! Everything you could think of was in walking distance! Took a little while to check in when we first got there but after that was all good! Had a little issue with the room door sticking spoke to one of the cleaners, she ran off found the maintenance guys and was fixed within 20 mins! Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Super Kinderfreundlich und tolle Angebote für die ganze Familie.E könnte nur etwas besser gereinigt werden. Die Küchen Untensilien waren zum Teil noch mit Essensresten und im Badezimmer lagen noch Haare

Ein bisle ist das Zimmer abgerockt. Leichter renovierungsbedarf. Evtl. Ein bisschen weitere Frühstücksauswahl. Alles in allem aber echt sehr gut.

Apartments recht alt, vermutlich zuletzt in den 90 er Jahren saniert. Feucht und klamm. Dementsprechend auch leicht unangenehmer Geruch in der Wohnung. Würde nicht nochmal buchen.

The Air con did not work, specially early morning,complained about it a few times but the issue did not resolve.

Parfait. Excellents restaurants très variés. La plage est juste en face de l'hitel avec sable fin et eau chaude. Les piscines sont supers. Le personnel est toujours au top.

Fine if you’re ok with overcrowded chaos! Staff were good although one man very rude and bar staff should try smile. Cleaners were lovely and reception staff. If you want to have a cabana you get told off for not reserving at reception which is across the road. Bare in mind there’s nothing that says this! You would have thought they take payment when people decide to sit there. Breakfast food was ok, but I guess good enough for kids, i wouldnt say it’s a a 4 star overall. We had an apartment room which was clean and nice for our family with all useful facility’s.

Gute Lage der Anlage direkt am Strand. Zweigeteilt durch eine Straße. Gut für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Frühstück = ok, mäßige Auswahl und Qualität der Speisen und Getränke. Durch volle Auslastung/ausgebucht natürlich laut.

Perfect location for a relaxed familytrip...

Ist ein gutes Hotel in 1 a Lage Was zu bemängeln ist ist das man zu Frühstücksbuffet teilweise 5-10min unterwegs ist und das obwohl die Zeiten bis 11:30 angegeben werden lassen die Mitarbeiter einem schon um 11-11:15 merken das man sich jetzt beeilen muss um es wird schon vieles weggeräumt . Aber ingesamt ok allein schon wegen der super Lage 👌 Waren 2 Monate zuvor im adults only neben an da hat alles gestimmt 👌👌

Splendida Scoperta Hotel superorganizzato, pulito in un punto mare fantastico. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno assegnato una camera al secondo piano. All’inizio, viaggiando con un bambino piccolo, eravamo preoccupati poi però la vista dal balcone ci ha fatto dimenticare la fatica. Punto mare: 10 e lode. Anche se di tanto in tanto il mare è pieno di Posidonia, basta spostarsi di qualche metro per trovare un mare limpido, pulito e dai colori caraibici. Particolarmente apprezzato il fondale degradante che aiutava i bambini più piccoli ad entrare da soli in acqua. Spiaggia: attrezzata e libera. Prezzo 6 euro a pezzo. Piena di famiglie e bambini…. ci si scatena nel castello di sabbia più bello. Stanze: spaziosissima con 2 ambienti, camera e soggiorno. Attrezzata con piastra a induzione, microonde e stoviglie. Noi avevamo l’all inclusive e non l’abbiamo mai utilizzata. Spazi Comuni: sempre curati e puliti anche se spesso affollati. Ristorazione: è un villaggio per tedeschi e inglesi quindi non si può chiedere tanto. Le materie prime sono di alta qualità ma la scelta molto limitata. Buona la colazione e la cena mentre il pranzo è davvero deludente. Mini club: SPETTACOLARE. Essendo in spagnolo, tedesco e inglese eravamo convinti di non poterne usufruire e invece nostro figlio non voleva venire più via. Das Restaurant ist sehr überfüllt

Het complex is goed onderhouden en alles is erg schoon en netjes. De kamers zijn ruim en comfortabel, echter wel erg gehorig en de airco werkt niet echt op de slaapkamer (we hadden in totaal 3 kamers). Er zijn een aantal zwembaden die wel erg overbevolkt zijn. Het complex is iets te groot voor het aantal faciliteiten. De kwaliteit van het eten is voor een all-inclusive erg goed. Echter is de eetzaal erg ongezellig en lawaaiig en overal staan rijen. Er is nog een tweede restaurant La Finca, hier moet je voor reserveren. Dit is echter zeker niet de moeite waard. Ze hebben een mexicaans buffet en een aziatisch buffet in La Finca. Wij hadden het mexicaanse buffet gedaan, maar zijn uiteindelijk toch maar naar het reguliere buffet gegaan. De bar is erg goed en er is genoeg keuze. Kwaliteit van het bier en de mixdranken is erg goed. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Al met al een mooi complex, maar zeker vatbaar voor wat verbeteringen, vooral in de verhouding van het aantal gasten en de faciliteiten.

Me, my husband and our sun were sick from the food, everyone has thrown up and constantly had a diarrhea. We had spoiled fruits a couple of times and asked to change the plate (thanks to the stuff - they did that), whole fruits in the restaurant were dirty, we needed to wash them before eating. The time for lunch is 12.30-14.15, which is exactly the sleeping time of many toddlers. Even 12 would be nice to have. We ended up eating separately and taking food to our baby. The water in the kids swimming pools was quite cold, interestingly colder than the big ones and the sea. I saw the bartender poured the cheap gin to a bottle of Bombay gin, he noticed I saw that, but he continued doing that. The cleaning service is awful, sometimes they forget to change the towels or clean the floor. And there is no cleaning on Thursdays, not a big deal, but for 4 stars hotel?! We changed our tickets and checked out earlier, the stuff at the reception was not interested in knowing the reason. When I asked is it ok with you that your gusts are leaving earlier, they told me they don't care as it is not there hotel

Parfait. Excellents restaurants très variés. La plage est juste en face de l'hitel avec sable fin et eau chaude. Les piscines sont supers. Le personnel est toujours au top.

Das Hotel ist eine große weitläufige Anlage mit vielen Pools, zT leider durch eine Straße getrennt. Der große Kinder-Piraten-Pool war super. Der Strand ist schnell erreichbar und wirklich ein Traum. Sehr toller Strand mit kleinen Kindern. Liegen allerdings teuer (18€). Das Essen in den Themenrestaurants (Tapas, mexikanisch und amerikanisch) war super, auch das Frühstück im Restaurant Finca. Im Hauptrestaurant war es jedoch schrecklich. Es war sehr sehr laut, man hat sich kaum verstanden am Tisch, wenig Plätze um draußen zu essen. Geschmacklich war es dort jedoch in Ordnung. Die Zimmer waren alt und mit vielen Mängeln (Schimmelgeruch, hängende Türen in der Küche, quietschende Zimmertüren, Rost im Bad…).

The hotel is generally good. We selected the half board option. It has a very unusual and unpleasant policy: drink and coffee all free for the breakfast, but not free for the dinner. We had to pay 2.40 Euro for even a single small glass of water! This should be indicated clearly on the web.

I\'m very disappointed with the hotel. The reviews are great, and I didn\'t even think that there would be anything I wouldn\'t like. In the end, I don\'t understand at all why this hotel is considered child-friendly (other than the large number of kids). 1. There is no elevator in the hotel. Every single day we had to carry the baby and the stroller up several flights of stairs, and no ramps at the restaurants. 3. The water in the children\'s pool is freezing! Much colder than in the adult pool. When we mentioned this at reception, they rolled their eyes and said it was impossible. Well, they should try it themselves, at the very least. 4. There\'s absolutely nothing to feed the kids. Most of the food is fried, or deep-fried. There\'s very little in terms of vegetables. I was especially shocked by the frozen strawberries (in the middle of summer in Spain). 5. You can’t have tea during lunch or dinner. The coffee machines and hot water are turned off. When we asked why, they said something like "it’s not allowed." 6. It\'s stated that the hotel has a gym and spa—that’s a lie. The gym is in the neighboring hotel, and you can go there if you ask reception for a pass. However, the spa in the same neighboring hotel is not included in your stay. 7. We got food poisoning at the main restaurant. My child was vomiting, and so were our friends. The staff once again rolled their eyes and said something like, "well, I guess someone else will get stuck tomorrow" Overall, feels like 3-star hotel
